Made the mistake of buying a razer huntsman keyboard which by itself, is a good keyboard. But the software for that keyboard is so unbelievably bad and buggy the first week I got it, it would randomly hit escape without me ever touching it mid game constantly. I looked up everything to fix it, from unbinding escape and binding it back, reinstalling, and everything under the sun. Then randomly yesterday, my keyboard wouldn’t read any of the inputs I was doing at all. THE KEYBOARD RANDOMLY PUT ITSELF BACK INTO DEMO MODE. I then had to figure out how to get it out of demo mode, and then immediately just got rid of the razer software and no it’s no longer randomly hitting the escape button anymore. So now, the keyboard finally works normally but I cannot use the lighting effects because I need the software downloaded, and I can’t use the other features that you can do with the keyboard. Started getting the “your computer has run into a problem” last year and kinda given up trying to find a solution, some posts are suggesting it is either a failing ssd or memory, gave up trying to find a software solution after trying EVERYTHING and re pasting cpu etc. been playing around with the idea of putting a Linux distro on it just purely out of interest just after some personal experiences and recommendation on a 2022 R9 6900x 3080ti model what distro would u guys recommend 

My headset beeps randomly while doing anything, the audio the audio is gone for a couple of seconds, then it’s back lower. So i would have to restart the headphones for it to work again, i have had it for around 2 weeks only, anyone encounters the same issue? and what do i have to do, please help

I’m using my Basilisk V3 Pro on the Firefly V2 Pro, and there’s this weird grinding/rattling noise coming from the Slider Switch area every time I move the mouse. I need to to function keys to be primaly function keys not multimedia keys. i cant install synapse on work pc, how can i switch to f1-f12 for good? fn+ escape doesnt help

I've had a Razer Viper Ultimate since 2020 and today the wireless dongle died. I'm looking to get a replacement but not sure what to get. Can someone please recommend a good mouse? I am tired of picking up the mouse three or four times to get my cursor across the screen.

I recently lost the dongle for my blackshark v3 x hyperspeed for xbox headset and am unable to find it, and was wondering if the dongle replacement that razer sells is compatible for it because it doesn’t say, or if I just have to buy a whole new headset.

My current keyboard is a Logitech G710+ I bought a decade ago. I love the keyboard, but it's starting to show its age. Backlights going out, a couple of broken key caps, and a super outdated software.I've been on the hunt for a comparable keyboard and want to pull the trigger on the Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro with orange switches. I imagine they'll be close to the quieter, but tactile brown switches on my Logitech. I'm a big user of the programmable macro keys on the left side which is another plus, and the full size with media keys puts it right up my alley.I've heard some things (perhaps from the earliest batch?) about the orange switches giving people issues. Is this still a concern? I have 3 Razer peripherals: a DeathAdder V3 Pro, a Huntsman V3 Pro tenkeyless, and a Barracuda Pro—and they're honestly the worst trash I've ever seen. My headset and keyboard don't work properly. Both have broken volume wheels, and I have no idea why. My keyboard also has double keypresses, and I can't use RMA because I've moved countries. The DeathAdder's wheel scrolls randomly when I'm navigating websites, and worst of all, my Barracuda requires pairing every time I turn on my computer—it's a nightmare. I'm NEVER buying Razer again, and while I really love the brand, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I've had my headset for about 3 months now. It was working perfectly fine when I first got it but lately it does this thing where the mic will auto mute/unmute itself without pressing the button on the headset. I've checked all my connections and as far as I know all the software is up to date. I can't seem to figure out the problem and hearing the little beeping of it muting and unmuting is driving me crazy. The headset is Bluetooth also not sure if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So this laptop has been used for 4 years now, great design and performance, really liked it. Recently, however, I noticed intense heat while gaming and the fans were spinning like a jet engine. I did some cleaning (blowing the dust out of the fan and vent), tried using Balanced Mode instead of Gaming Mode, but no use. The average temp when idle is around 53 degrees Celsius and 100 after 30 minutes on heavy load. Now is it okay for the laptop to continue working like that? I'm thinking about repasting (Any paste recommendation is appreciated). I would love to hear your advice before changing the thermal paste. Thank you.  

I’m interested in the upcoming Razer Artisan Keycap Triple-Headed Snake. The Support and FAQ page states it fits any “cross-stem (MX-style) switch”. The problem is, I’m not sure if this includes low-profile keyboards like the Deathstalker V2.Will the upcoming triple-head snake keycap work on a Deathstalker V2? Is there an exhaustive list of Razer keyboards that’ll work with this or other custom keycaps? – Dave
