My keyboard enter key won’t work.i took the plate off and try using other switches still not working

Hi so, recently I have been having problems with the Razer Kiyo Pro. I have had it for three years and I haven’t had any problems with it until right now. I tried changing the powerline frequency, I have uninstalled software and installed it again. The top part of the feed looks like it work. I also looks like it does actually capture video. But for some reason it just doesn’t appear on screen. My computer actually recognizes the camera and zoom is able to recognize it as well. However it just appears like this. Is this a hardware issue or a software issue? Is this fixable?

The newly purchased Razer Barracuda X often loses any sound without any warning and then recovers after 3 seconds! This happens even when the power is sufficient!!

Hi everybody. I bought the headphones that i mentioned in the title 2 days ago. I realized that sometimes I can not hear some sounds like; a first 3 seconds of a youtube video (if I restart the video I can hear it) or discords mute on/off sounds.It doesn’t bother me much but I wanted to ask here. Is it a big problem? fixable? (I’ve tried using different usb ports, reinstallation of the headphone’s drivers and synapse)

Razer Blackshark v2 X 7.1 surround sound activation code not working! Activation code arrived but it doesn't work

I bought the razer kraken v3 recently and I found that the volume equalizer setting makes my microphone sound worse than usual. when i listen to side tone i notice the quality is way better so I figured it must be the equalizer making me sound like i was talking through a radio. is there any option to disable equalizer and any other “enhancement” for the microphone?

Greetings,Proud owner of a Huntsman v2 Tkl and DeathAdder V3 here for a few months and been loving both of them.I switched from buying from a competing brand of Razer for the reason I think Razer is a more gaming oriented peripherals brand and in my opinion it delivers better hardware specs for the price paid and so far I don’t feel disappointed but in just one small detail.I bough the DeathAdder v3 because it was the only wired mouse with 8k polling rate (if I’m not mistaken), few weeks after i bought these products Razer released Mouse Rotation and Dynamic Sensitivity for some mice and it feels a bit unfair the DeathAdder v3 doesn’t get these maybe because it is not wireless and it is a bit cheaper? And yet it has better hardware specs than the DeathAdder v3 Hyperspeed for example.In my personal opinion would be nice if these would be available to other mice, as a consumer myself most of the times what determines which product one will buy is the budget and not specific bonus feature

I’m using black widow V3. letter A S not working when RGB lighting is on. When I off it it’s back to normal. Able to advise ?

The Customer Firmware Updater released on 7/25/24 does not work.  I tried w/ and w/o turning off Windows Security protection (Core Isolation), and w/ the security on, the updater says I need to turn off the protection, but after I do that, nothing happens when I run the updater. Anyone able to get the updater to work?

i was playing dota 2 then left alt spacee right alt c,n down button stoped working like they used to do maybe i pressed something 

Whenever I use my keyboard connected to wired USB, it does a weird key stick that messes up a lot. It doesnt do this when connected wirelessly though the dongle. Ive updated drivers, updated windows, and updated synapse. What else can I try?
