i got stuttering when using Dav3 pro with the dongle. raw in put buffer off make it nearly un playable.do anyone have solution? ps raw input buffer feel like mouse acceleration so i rather play at 2khx than turn it on

Good evening, I am writing to you because I am dissatisfied with the code activation option you have. Last week I purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones and downloaded the 7.1 application. Then I wanted to enter the code and strangely it wouldn't activate. The application didn't recognize the S/N:. Please help, otherwise I will return the product.

As title said, whenever I have the dongle plug it, when I close the lid on the laptop, it goes to sleep for a brief moment, like less than 2 seconds, than my external monitor immediately wakes up and ask for login. When I unplug the dongle, the laptop just goes to sleep and nothing wakes up.I have tried to go in device management and unchecked the box where it allow the mouse to wake the computer but problem still persist.Any help? 

I bought a 100 TL razer gold code from Hopi. On July 26, I entered the website to use the code on July 27. It says that this code has been used before. After talking to EF Digital via email, it says that it was used at 18:03:41. In my transaction history, there is only a 10 TL entry from July. And EF Digital says that Razer Gold can find the person who used this code. Can you help me?

Recently my Kraken V3 X started having this issue where despite the computer detecting them, it doesn’t play any audio or turn on lights and I have to plug them in and plug out every time I boot up my PC for them to work. I had a similiar problem with my Viper 8KHz but I was able to fix it by updating the driver but I can’t find one for my Kraken V3 X on the official website and I tried using updaters for other Kraken V3s but that didn’t work. I installed Surround Sound but that also didn’t do anything. How do I update the driver on my Kraken V3 X?

Last week I bought Kraken V3 Pro Wireless and there is no problem about its quality but the problem is about software, I didn’t understand how to use it, This headphone is THX Supported but it gives me 15 days of trial on THX app when I try to activate it says my headphone isn’t suitable for 7.1 but it already says it on its box.  The other problem is about mic, when on discord my frineds tell me that we can hear our voice from your headphone, I checked on the app and did the necessary things but it didn’t help at all. Lastly, I can’t update my headphone because it says unplung and then replug as a 2nd step but when I do that, it goes back to 1st step again and can’t go further from there, it just stucks there.  Please help because I really like the device but there are some problems with that I can’t fix, thank you 

Hello,I’m curious what support can I get when my system runs out of warranty? Can I buy parts like battery, heatsinks and fans from Razer? that would be awesome and give more confidence on investing in these laptops. Regards

Hi! I have been struggling with my original deathadder v3 pro wireless dongle for a while now. It finally stopped working few days ago and was broken, so I ordered the hyperpolling dongle instead of the normal usb dongle. But now im worried that im not able to pair my mouse with the hyperpolling one after watching videos on how to setup the dongle. Almost every video had the original dongle in them. Is it possible or do I need to order a normal dongle aswell to be able to pair the mouse with the hyperpolling dongle? Any help is appreciated! :)

so my death adder V3 was working Fine with & without the dongle (wired & wireless)so when ever it’s run low on battery i would just disconnect the dongle and connect it to the mice easy peasy, no heck ups, no nothing, all set and ready to game.how ever this time while i am in the middle of a league of legends game the mice stopped moving, so i thought oh out of battery cool cool, let me hock it to the charger and continue, little that i know it wasn’t connecting, i wasn’t getting the sound from windows when a device connects to it via USB.oddly the dangle was connecting to the pc and was getting recognized by the pc, but not synapse 3 and the mice wasn’t showing.i tried to connect it to the other PC’s & laptops with no luck the light indicator on the mice wasn’t working but the laser sensor was working when ever i connect it to any source of power.i tried installing and running the following:“Applicable Products: RZ01-04630 Mouse Firmware updater v2.00.03_r1, Dongle Firmwar

Hi Razer Community, I have a Blade 16 with the 4090, and I'm seeing temperature spikes up to 107°C, with average temps ranging from 84-95°C. Despite using a Razer stand, undervolting to -125, and running the fans on full, temperatures remain high, especially under CPU boost and GPU high settings. Razer support has offered to service or replace the laptop, but I'm unsure if a replacement would make a difference, as all units seem to run hot under these conditions. My room, decorated with a balloon garland from House of Party, might also affect airflow. Should I focus on the average temperatures or be more concerned about the spikes? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just wondering, as 1) The press release said 1000, 2) The only decent youtube video has footage from a rep at evo stating there was 1200 3) From having bought limited controllers from xbox before, what they seem to do is keep making as many batches as the orders take up until the time they want to stop selling them runs out.Is it possible to get a honest answer if they actually are limited, and if so, how many are being / were made.Thanks 

Sooo i’ve been using this headset for 2 years now and the earpads start to feel dirty ‘cause the sweat is in there (the cloth part) so i wanna know from other owners of this model or anyone how can i clean the cloth part, because i really dunno how to do that and i don’t want to damage the earpads as i am not buying replacements yetThe cloth part is what i want to clean, don’t mind the leather

Hi,I recently bought a VIPER V3 HYPERSPEED mouse and the USB dongle has a rattle inside when I move it. I want to know if it is normal or if this means that something is detached inside. Why is the top of the line Razerblade getting no real bios updates? 5k on a laptop and I can only use ram up to 5200??? This might be my last blade if support is this poor. My last Lenovo Pro was updated constantly. That’s why they have a cult following. Also, the 2024 16 isn’t even in synapse Beta.

FOUR separate Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma Back Buttons have now broken for me. Always the left side upper button’s (bound to X, which means a lot of use due to Reload/Interact) plastic interior latch will break first. After the first set of back buttons broke I started to actively think about how hard I pressed them. It doesn’t matter. The interior latch mechanism that hold the buttons in place and what makes you able to click them has a really flimsy low quality that no matter how hard you press, if you only use this controller, they will give out. Other than this I think this is the best controller I have ever used and

My keyboard is working while connected by cable but isn’t charging correctly, battery is stuck at 0%.Already tried to reinstall synapse 3  remove driver and firmware is updated.I've only used it for 4 months. ้

I use the Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse. The side buttons just remap from mouse 4 and mouse 5 to "minus" and something. I checked the app and the buttons are still mapped as mouse 4 and 5, but when the button is pressed it reads out as "minus/-" on mouse 5 and something else on mouse 4. I don't get why it is doing this. (I use the 2 button attachment usually, when i switch to the 6 button attachment the problem goes away until i reattach the 2 button)
