Got a 2024 Blade 16 (4090). Popped it open to see the differences bw the 23' Blade and install additional RAM and another SSD after disconnecting the battery. I considered repasting it with PTM like I do with all my laptops (except those with LM) and interestingly - you can't remove the vapor chamber after screw removals from the mainboard. It's like glued on or something - or maybe there's another anchor screw underneath the mainboard only accessible from the other side. Regardless - wanted to see if anyone else has torn one of these down. I didn't mess with it too much after some jiggling.

Hello! I’ve come here in search of help, because it seems that razer support doesn’t want to help without warranty.The mouse is ~2 years old, and about a month ago I’ve started experiencing furiating problems:Mouse reacts choppily, cutting out all input including clicks, movement, scrolling, side button presses, hyperscroll enabling, dpi changing and whatelse, though the lighting stays on. This can happen as often as every half a second and lasts up to ~3 seconds, sometimes I can go minutes without it happening. Sometimes the USB disconnect/connect sound plays, sometimes multiple times, mouse can start working again even after disconnect sound. The aforementioned, but the mouse completely dies, with the lighting turning off as well. Sometimes the USB disconnect/connect sound plays, sometimes multiple  times, though the mouse never reawakens. Rarely windows also gives a malfunctioning device error. Goes back to normal after replugging the mouse.This happens in all 6 USB ports. My keyboa

So I've recently bought a deathadder essential from AliExpress, it was originally 23€ but after some saved up discounts I ended up paying like 3€ for it. It seems to work perfectly, it's detected by synapse and after checking some fake v real videos it seems real. Can anyone help me discover wether it actually is real?

Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 and still loving it.I tried the “fix” from 3 yrs ago, unchecking the box that allows the kb to wake the computer. It not only didn’t make sense, but didn’t work. I tried rechecking the box and still no luck.Now I have to push the power button on top of my pc, which limits where I can put the tower.Help please.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to develop a completely new keyboard layout, since I think that arrow keys are completely unnecessary. like a tkl keyboard but without arrow keys I also have a photo of what it should look like… 

Hi. I recently bought a Barracuda X 2022 and wanted to update the soft. Unfortunately, on 2 laptops on which I tried (via cable + usb, or directly via usb-c) to connect the dongle, I can't go through the 2nd page of the update. I have the information "plug in the wireless dongle directly to your PC. Do not use a non-powered USB hub" and the "next" option is greyed out. Windows sees the headphones, the sound works (even 7.1 via app), the same with ps5, only I am not able to update .... Am I doing something wrong or my dongle is broken? Anyone else had such a problem?

I recently purchased a Hammerhead True Wireless.I fully charged the earbuds inside the case for a night. The light is green.I followed the instructions to pair them to my iphone, but when I open the lid I hear no sound and no device is visible in my phoneI also tried with another phone (Android), same result.Kindly let me know what I can do, or I’ll be forced to return it back.thanks

So my keyboard was having the off and on issue while on low battery. After some research I was able to narrow it down to out of date firmware. I followed the guide on Razer's website and updated the firmware, but now my keyboard will not work wirelessly... it'll work plugged in and on bluetooth, but not with the dongle.I have tried power cycling my computer and my keyboard with no luck. I have also tried removing the dongle and reinserting it.Please help as I bought a wireless keyboard to be .. well .. wireless 

Sadly, in the original post no solution has been described.So I unsolded the board with the volume knob. Some demounting had to be done before.Please tell me, where I can order the board with the volume knob.Picture is below.Greetings.

So, currently the Razer Snap Tap feature is only available on the Huntsman line, but does anyone know if it’s a feature they will release to other product lines at some point? I’ve got a Razer Blackwidow v4 pro and was curious if that is going to get that feature at some point

Since synapse breaks at any given time and now just won’t boot no matter how many clean installations i do, i know how to put fps mode on for rapid triggers on wasd manually, but how can i also activate snap tap manually so i never have to use this horrendous app again?

So I play alot of Dota 2 and the number for the Hp/Mana bars in the bottom center of the screen are burnt into the screen. Has anyone ever experienced something like this. Is there anyway to fix it or make it better, or is it just there forever?

I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse 2 years ago and it already has problems with the wheel, when scrolling up, it can do up down up down. At the same time, at work I have a Razer Ouroboros, this mouse is more than 10 years old, and everything is fine with the keys and wheel. So I have a question, why is an old mouse assembled from the best components THAN NEW ONES? Why should I suffer? Hi, I just received my audio mixer, I did my installation before starting my PC.But once I launch SYNAPSE, it shows me the RAZER AUDIO MIXER downloading infinitely and removes all the other devices I have. 

Bom dia, comprei um Razer Blackshark V2 X para usar no ps4, porem o microfone dele está muito baixo e quase não dá para me ouvirem, ja tentei aumentar pelo próprio sistema do Ps4 mas mesmo assim fica baixo. Já conectei no PC e lá consigo mexer no volume pelo próprio mixer no PC e o microfone funciona normalmente. Alguém sabe oque pode ser ?

The left and right click on my Viper Mini is starting to feel a little mushy after about 2 years of heavy usage. It's still functioning as intended and not missing any clicks, but when compared to my other Viper Minis which are used less frequency for work, it's quite a noticeable difference in the click feeling.Anyway my main question is how often do these mice expect to last from wear and tear? I'll probably start rotating these mice between my devices so the usage gets 'spread out' more evenly
