Hello everyone, I just tried searching for the Razer Cortex Mobile Games app in the App Store on my iPhone and can’t seem to find it(?). Is there even one out for iPhones? I see there’s an app for Android, but am not sure if it just has a different name or something. Thanks in advance.

I can remember they worked at the beginning, then just stoped. I did firmware updates cleaned the metal sensors on the side. I tried remaping those top buttons. I tried usb dongle, cable and bluetooth connections, no luck. I have a little Software that monitors all incoming keypresses and mousclicks and I can confirm now: The two buttons dont send anything like they dont exist.If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this, that would be absolutely amazing.Thx in advance 

Hi, i'm looking for EQ settings for my Razer Kraken v3 Pro headset, i've been looking on the internet but i can't find any that are specifically made for CS2.I've been trying to play with the sliders in Audio Equalizer and i found some settings that were pretty decent but i didn't like the fact that the guns were extra-loud covering other stuff like footsteps and stuff, can someone provide some EQ settings for CS2?Preferably i'm looking for clean footsteps that are easy to hear and identify where they're coming from, that you can hear even if you're spraying with AK47 shooting at a player while getting flanked by a 2nd or 3rd player.

I was sitting here in my wishful thinking chair on my pixelbook. For those on ChromeOS and had the chance to pick up the pixelbook when it was first released, you know Google REALLY nailed it with this pc. It was light, extremely slim, great screen, and was a beast for a daily driver. With Asus, Acer, Lenovo going in on the chrome gaming market. And my pixelbook EOL June 2024. Is there any hope for Razer to go into this market? Cloud gaming despite Stadia's failure seems to still be on the horizon with GeForce Now/Luna/ShodowPC. I'd go with razer because I KNOW they'll develop a laptop as slim and sleek as the pixel book. Anyone in Razer looked into ChromeOS by ANY chance? Going into the chromebook market should pull in a new wave of customers (let alone brand loyalty) when current iterations of Razer Blade is out of reach $$$.

i was testing out the razer synapse thing and then i remember loosing all the lighting types on my keyboard( fn + ctrl + 4 and so on), now im stuck on one lighting mode and cant change or turn off the lighting modes, please help

Hello, Im having an issue with ornata chroma that i used for a longerr while (5+ years).So today without clear reason left CTRL caused also windows key to be pressed and pressing windows key resulted in windows and ALT being pressed same thing with q that also causes TAB to be pressed even tho afret spamming q few times tab no longer activates and after few secounds its back to both keys being pressed. I connected keyboard to another device and same thing was happening. I have no idea what is causing it and if it can be fixed or keyboard just reached its final days. any help woud be appreciated.

I need to use simultaneously the wireless input and the cabled input, this because i need to use the cabled input for the microphone (return of my voce into the headset) and the wireless input for gaming audio.is this possible? Because every time i try to insert the cable into the 3.5 jack, the wireless input stops it self and i can hear only the cabled input

Was using this baby for 6 months for running visuals on the external projector via HDMI and all was fine, but recently it started blinking black from time to time, also with the main screen..You never know with Windows if it's drivers, software (resolume arena) or whatever else, but last gig putting a fun facing HDMI output (kinda) solved the problem..Any idea why it happens, anyone? Or maybe anyone had experienced the same?

i’ve had this problem for a while now and i’ve followed so many fixes to no avail. the problem would sometime disappear (mouse sensor/cursor would stop glitching and work fine) but then it’d reappear again some time later and gets worse than before. i’ve already contacted support, but it’s gonna take a bit till they get back. i’ve already tried much of the fixes suggested by razor’s basic mouse support (that didn’t work):Verified Windows is up to date.Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list.Tested the mouse on a different surface.Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Btw, i’ve already tried to clean the sensor with a cotton swab, didn’t workAlong with that, i’ve also follow and try many other fixes that i could find on the internet which all didn

Hi, I bought this mouse around 6 months ago.While playing today, my mouse suddenly stopped working completly, and is only slowly moving the cursor down, no matter what I do with it. I tried to connect it with the bluetooth and with the usb adaptor, nothing changed.I also tried to change the surface of which I use the mouse and to clean the laser sensor : nothing is working. The mouse is powered, but do not move apart from the slow going down I described prior.I never used Synapse while I was using this mouse, so I tried to download it to see if it somehow changed anything, but while it does see the mouse it is stuck in the connecting phase, only charging forever with a loading circle on it.I’m out of options at this point. Does anybody have an Idea on how to fix it ? I would like it if I didn’t have to bug another mouse only 6 month after buying one. Thanks in advance.

Hello insider, I updated my razer blade 18 and it restarted. Since then it only starts up to the menu and unfortunately it doesn't open the boot menu, the BIOS or the recovery menu. Unfortunately I don't know what to do next. thanks for any help.
