The Razer Armory

I think it started 2 or 3 days ago. The mouse keeps restarting every minute or so, and I hear the Windows sound as if someone unplugged the mouse and then plugged it in again. I was using the older version of Synapse, so I tried to download the Synapse beta, but nothing changed. I also tried a different USB port, but it keeps cutting out for a couple of seconds, and then the light comes back on.

So basically i bought this controller for a long time now and i had no problems at all. Then suddenly my LB button started going crazy like it was being pressed and in the Xbox menu i could not move from left to right because it would just go back to back, so i opened the controller to check if the LB button was stuck and it wasn’t i could just click it perfectly adding up on the issues my left stick has this double movement?, i go up one and it registers as 2 same for every direction so I closed the controller and just unplugged the usb from the console, the usb from the controller and I even unplugged the headphones and the power cable the console has.I let it rest a day and when i woke up everything was perfectly fine i could use it as always, then i quit playing for the day and i left it like that without unplugging to anything and the next day what happens? Hi I am from Mexico I recently purchased a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Gaming Headset with Haptic Technology. Sorry for being very specific. The problem I have is that even though they come with a USB adapter for wireless use, I cannot connect them to my Xbox Series X. However, they work perfectly with the USB adapter on my PlayStation 5.I have followed all the steps and requirements indicated for the Xbox connection, but they still won’t connect. I know there is a specific version for Xbox of these headsets, but I don’t understand why the version I have does not allow me to use them on the Xbox, while they work fine on other devices with the USB adapter.Could you help me resolve this issue?Thank you for your attention.Best regards,

All mouse buttons work fine, but when I assign a macro to it, it does not activate the macro.I’ve tried resetting the mouse. When I connect it to a different PC, the macro also doesn’t get registered. My other’s mouse macro will stop working too until I restart that PC.

The reason i'm getting a productivity mouse instead of a gaming mouse is because i do more non-gaming stuff than gaming.And if if the pro click is good for both gaming and productivity,its gonna be a win-win.I'm gonna pair it with a glass mouse pad.

I got myself a blackwidow v4 about half a year ago and was wondering if theres any chance the new snap tap thing will be available for the other keyboards like mine aswell or not.Dont care too much about the snap tap tech but if everyone else starts using it will i just have to buy a new keyboard just because of that??

So, i bought my blackshark v2 x maybe half a year ago (i dont remember when exectly) and today i found out about 7.1surround-sound. The problem is that i threw away box from headphones and serial code (below the left earcap) was overscratched. Is there any way to activate this without serial code? 

My right earbud is on but there’s no light. How do I fix it?

Sol two days ago, I get no sound from my Nommo Pro V1. connected via Optical.  Windows Sound acts like its working I get a moving audio bar like it detects audio.  Then when switching to the USB mode on the speakers, its crackles and snaps, then after a few minutes, I get a flash on the screen that state audio issue, then no sound at all. I have already checked for drivers and updates, nothing had updated on my computer for a couple of weeks. I have restarted, powered off, warm and cold boot, unplugged all connections for about 10 minutes and plugging it all back in.  USB audio will come back, but still no Optical audio.  I am looking for another optical speaker and device that sends optical for testing, but I do not have one at the moment.  Speakers were purchased right after razer released them, so very out of warranty.  Any thoughts, anything else I can try or test?

Hi to everybody, is my first time writing in this community. I have a big problem, I hope you can help me..     Mi keyboard is the Razer Huntsman model N° PM2030F24702127 apparently has memory integrated but I can’t save my configuration, when I connect on another PC It works with default settings, I can’t download Razer Synapse on my work for the company rules.     I only want the settings of the RGB Chroma, I don’t now if the memory works only to Macros or what happen.     There are some option that I don’t now?     I be really greatfull If you can help me!😥 NOTE: Sorry for my bad english. 

Is palm grip good fr this I got small hands kind of thin fingers I also would like to know if I can use it wired and also I play console so can it be used there without issues?

i got stuttering when using Dav3 pro with the dongle. raw in put buffer off make it nearly un playable.do anyone have solution? ps raw input buffer feel like mouse acceleration so i rather play at 2khx than turn it on

Good evening, I am writing to you because I am dissatisfied with the code activation option you have. Last week I purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones and downloaded the 7.1 application. Then I wanted to enter the code and strangely it wouldn't activate. The application didn't recognize the S/N:. Please help, otherwise I will return the product.

As title said, whenever I have the dongle plug it, when I close the lid on the laptop, it goes to sleep for a brief moment, like less than 2 seconds, than my external monitor immediately wakes up and ask for login. When I unplug the dongle, the laptop just goes to sleep and nothing wakes up.I have tried to go in device management and unchecked the box where it allow the mouse to wake the computer but problem still persist.Any help? 

I bought a 100 TL razer gold code from Hopi. On July 26, I entered the website to use the code on July 27. It says that this code has been used before. After talking to EF Digital via email, it says that it was used at 18:03:41. In my transaction history, there is only a 10 TL entry from July. And EF Digital says that Razer Gold can find the person who used this code. Can you help me?

Recently my Kraken V3 X started having this issue where despite the computer detecting them, it doesn’t play any audio or turn on lights and I have to plug them in and plug out every time I boot up my PC for them to work. I had a similiar problem with my Viper 8KHz but I was able to fix it by updating the driver but I can’t find one for my Kraken V3 X on the official website and I tried using updaters for other Kraken V3s but that didn’t work. I installed Surround Sound but that also didn’t do anything. How do I update the driver on my Kraken V3 X?

Last week I bought Kraken V3 Pro Wireless and there is no problem about its quality but the problem is about software, I didn’t understand how to use it, This headphone is THX Supported but it gives me 15 days of trial on THX app when I try to activate it says my headphone isn’t suitable for 7.1 but it already says it on its box.  The other problem is about mic, when on discord my frineds tell me that we can hear our voice from your headphone, I checked on the app and did the necessary things but it didn’t help at all. Lastly, I can’t update my headphone because it says unplung and then replug as a 2nd step but when I do that, it goes back to 1st step again and can’t go further from there, it just stucks there.  Please help because I really like the device but there are some problems with that I can’t fix, thank you
