The Razer Armory

I saw on the razer instagram they had mapped the stream controller x to work with helldivers 2. Anyone know where I can find that mapping? Or how to do it? Just recently got the controller x so still trying to figure it out.

Hey guys, first time posting, been a fan of razer for a long time and have several sets of thresher ultimates for ps4 and xbox1, i absolutely love them but there falling apart, is there anything in razers line up for ps5 that has the same amount of bass or better than the threshers? Picked up a set of sony elites the other day and already sent them back, guess i got spoiled on the good stuff lol. Thanks in advance.

Same symptoms as this post: Deathadder V2 Pro mouse - bluetooth stopped working | Razer Insider Bluetooth mode on my mouse suddenly stopped working! I use 2.4 for my PC and bluetooth for my Mac. 2.4 mode is working just fine. When I switch the mouse to bluetooth mode, the Razer logo light never turns on. Triggering the pairing mode (how-to here) does not work. The Razer logo does not blink, and never turns on at all when in bluetooth mode or trying to pair. Attempts to fix: On my Mac I have removed the razer mouse device.  Charging the mouse to full battery Updating the firmware  licking the razer logo (not bad, but recommend cleaning before and after). Thanks

A couple of questions about troubleshooting issues with the Razer Barracuda X (2022)Hi. I bought a Razer Barracuda X (2022) a couple days ago and here are a few questions:1. My PC doesn't have an input for type c, is there any way I can update the firmware for headphones by connecting the dong not directly?2. How to remove the passive beeping in the left earphone? If there is complete silence and the headphones are connected via 2.4, there is a beeping sound coming from the left earphone. If the headphones are connected via bluetooth to the phone, there is no beeping.3. Since there is noise in the headphones at a volume >80%, I have to reduce the sound below 80%, but for some reason the sound when reconnecting the headphones, which used to be 80% is now 60%, and the current 100%, it is already 80% before reconnection, that is, the sound with reconnection becomes quieter by 20%. I hope you understand what I mean. This problem is solved by another reconnection of headphones, but it is

Hello,I recently purchased a new Razer Blade 14 in the London Razer store, however, when unplugged the battery life is only 2-3 hours. For a International University student that travels a lot and have long lessons, this is way to short. Additionally, the person in-store guaranteed me a battery life of approximatively 9 hours.I have tried to increase the battery life using the recommendation on this article, however I have not witnessed any change. Please help me out at this is very important for meBest wishes,Alexandre Walter

Hey there! I'll buy Razer Blackshark V2 X and I got a question. Should I use the 7.1 that comes with it (aka the additional software which you enter a code and it adds another output device which has 7.1) or use Dolby Access' 7.1?

I have an external soundcard used for music production. It's a UMC204HD connected via USB. The headset is not recognised what ever I do. There are no HID compliant issues in device manager, just this USB device is not recognised no matter what port I use. Any fix? Tried the usual advice and no dice. Thank you.

As the title suggests. I can’t seem to find a good wireless pair here. I live in India and in here the pros are around $300 and hyperspeeds are around $180. After reviewing the Reddit feedback I’m really confused which one to get. Is the $120 price difference really worth it?

It was working recently but now the Hypershift button doesn’t do anything. The Standard custom button mappings work, but the Hypershift mappings don’t. Done the usual reinstalling and updating to fix it, didn’t work. Please help.

Hello,Unfortunately I have a problem as you can see in the photo. I once worked with a mini grinder and unfortunately it slipped and fell on my keyboard and unfortunately my keyboard now has a paint defect. Is there a housing for the Blackwidow V3 Pro or perhaps a grinder or spray can so I can repair it? What spray paint does Razer use? LG

So the 2023 Blade 14 and 16 can run 64gb 5600mhz memory but my Blade 18 will only run the 64gb at 5200mhz. Currently I’m limited to the 32gb if I want 5600mhz. Is Razer working on a update to fix this?

Hi, everyone. Just 4 days ago I purchased Deathstalker v2 pro, Viper v2 pro and Blackshark V2 pro (all wireless). The mouse and headset works fine without any problems. But when I connect my keyboard to my PC via 2.4Ghz there is frequent disconnection, lights on some rows goes out, lights are set to static but they keep on cycling. The Bluetooth and wired mode work fine on this keyboard.  So far I have tried to pair it with my Viper v2 pro using hyperspeed but no good. It actually makes the mouse go crazy like there is lag and frequent disconnections. The firmware is updated to latest on all 3 devices. Synapse 3 is installed then uninstalled and then reinstalled. Windows is reinstalled once again. Changed to different USB ports but no luck.  Now, the head scratching part. All this is happening on the new PC I have built 4 days ago. None of this happens on my laptop. It works flawlessly on my laptop, all three of them wireless. Now from this I’m assuming that my motherboard usb ports ar

Hello, i have a problem with my Wolverine V2 Chroma controller on Xbox. Yesterday i got a firmware update or something on the "Razer Controller Setup For Xbox" app and since then, whenever i launch the app, the controller disconnects and reconnects constantly not allowing me to change from one mapping configuration to another anymore.
