Never buy products at a retail store—I haven’t received my Razer Silver in six months. This is a scam.On October 15 of last year, I purchased an 18-inch laptop and a cooling pad at the Razer store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Six months later, I hadn’t received the Razer Silver, so I contacted customer service. They told me I needed to provide the 19-digit order number, but my physical receipt and the email confirmation only show the number #RZHK00000 on the receipt. The receipt also proves that I purchased the item directly from your Razer store, not through a third-party retailer. Is your company refusing to provide the Razer Silver, or are in-store purchases a scam? 

Dear Razer Team,I am writing to formally suggest the addition of the PT-PT (Portugal) layout to the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro and its future successors.As a dedicated user and fan of the brand, I believe there is a significant gap in the market for Portuguese users who seek a premium, flagship typing experience. Currently, the lack of a native PT-PT layout (including the "Ç" key and our specific accentuation placement) forces many users in Portugal to settle for other layouts or different brands.The BlackWidow V4 Pro is an incredible piece of hardware, and having it available in our native ISO-PT configuration would be a major selling point for the entire Portuguese gaming and professional community.Please consider including the PT-PT layout in your production roadmap for the V4 Pro and ensure it is a priority for the upcoming V5 Pro or next-generation models.

I’m planned to buy a new mouse, but kinda confuse between orochi or viper whether which one is better as they got the nearly same price

How to fix this problem, I try everything on the apps but it not working. Is this issue could be part of the warrantee, if no can I fix it by changing parts ?

Where can I get a replacement spacebar spring or just spacebar in general for my huntsman elite keyboard I’m pretty sure it’s the original one but i literally can’t find it anywhere really need help 

hello friends, my xbox went to crap and no longer want to buy another console. I’m buying the Razer Tomahawk Mini ITX tomorrow and could use any advice/tips you guys have for my first build.

When I start up my PC, turn on my headset, ALL audio sounds like it is at max possible volume. The only thing that works is unplugging and replugging the dongle. That completely resets it and it goes back to normal. I figured it was in need of a driver update, but there is nothing. Don’t know what else to do now about it.  

I've got $50 on my razor gold account.Iokay.Just wondering what can I spend it on?Can I use this razer gold credit to buy playstation 4 games?

Does anyone knows if i plug in a new razer headset in a usb soundcard that i got with my current headset (kraken tournament edition) it can handle it, bc i want to buy new a new headset.

Upon reviewing the list of supported devices for Synapse 4, I was surprised and concerned to find that the Razer Naga Epic does not appear to be included.As a dedicated user of Razer peripherals, I rely on Synapse for customizing my device settings and optimizing my gaming experience. The potential lack of support for my Naga Epic in the new software version presents a significant challenge.Could you please clarify whether the Razer Naga Epic will indeed not be supported by Synapse 4? If this is the case, what are my options moving forward to ensure continued functionality and customization for my device? I am really confused between these 2 headsets, i will use it for gaming and streaming soo the mic should also be good. The hyperx is 1k inr(11$)cheaper but is it good and i heard people saying that razer’s build quality is very bad.Please help me decide and thanks in advance.

Hello i bought this mouse but i have weird issues with games like Valorant or CS, doing specific motions like looking left and right the mouse is acting weird freezing for couple seconds, dongle in USB 3.0 port its even worse, in 2.0 motherboard its better but i still have those issues especially in Counter Strike. First it was also on desktop like mouse would lag and all, I updated the firmware for both dongle and the mouse, it fixed desktop stutters but not in game.  I have tried other things,  like disabling fullscreen optimization made it better in valorant nothing seems to completely fix it. One thing i did not try yet is to use USB adapter and keep dongle close to mouse. I also have on my desk wifi router, tried movong it below desk more on right but it doesnt seem to change anything

Hello,I recently bought the new 3rd generation razer switches, however I have the 2014 BlackWidow Tournament Edition keyboard and I wanted your help to understand if they are compatible and if you could recommend any material that would help to change them. PS: Didn’t find anything useful in Razer FAQs

I were given these headphones as a gift they lasted me only one round of siege, working perfectly fine but then when I realized the Xbox output volume was turned to the max and I still wanted more cue sound I tried to adjust the wheel thing on the right side of the headset with the + and - icon I pushed it up and then I realized it’s infinite for some weird reason then my audio just stopped working completely and every time I would turn the wheel I hear a beep and it does nothing. To summarize, I got the headphones audio was working then randomly stopped working (the mic works just fine I tested myself, and this is for Xbox windows works fine as of my knowledge) things I’ve tried: restart Xbox, power off headset unplug dongle thing for 30sec plug back in, fix from Xbox accessories, fix from razer headphones Xbox app, charging the actual headset, adjusting volume constantly

Im using Huntsman v3 pro tkl 8hz. It was working fine 10 minutes ago but it suddenly stopped working. I tried to unplug usb and reconnect it but it shows up red lights on A and D key. The volume nove is working but all the keys are not working. I tired every method on this insider Even deleting driver and restarting it. I bought this one from seattle razer store like month or 2 ago.

Hi everyoneI was making a custom profile for certain scenarios like typing and etc., i was messing around with the actuation points but every time i set it and move to a different profile, it keeps reverting back to the default which is 1.2mm. is it normal that i have to reselect all the keys every time i switch to a different profile in order for the custom actuation points to work? 

Someone please help me .  I just got a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and it said it needed a firmware update so i followed the instructions and downloaded the updater.  But when i press update ut goes up to 60% then stops and then shows a pop up saying “unable to proceed with this update”My device version is 1.01The current latest is 1.04 Also my volume knob doesn’t raise or lower the volume, it just makes the windows volume pop up.

Any tips to keep performance stable during longer sessions?
