My Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse is not charging whether I put it on my cleaned Razor dock or if I plug the mouse directly into the pc with the usb cable. My Synapse software says its charging with the flashing lightening bolt next to it but the percentage charge for the mouse never goes up. That number only goes down. I have done ALL THE THINGS recommended to try to fix the issue. Nothing is working. Drivers are updated. Tried to charge with the mouse turned off. restarted software, cleaned connections. updated everything I possible could on my PC. What the hell Razor.

Hi, there’s a guy selling his Razer Thunderbolt 4 Cable 2 m long for a cheap price but the cable ends don’t match the one shown on the razer website. On the cable, it simply has the lightning symbol on both ends without the 4 at the bottom, nor the RAZER logo on one end. Just wanted to confirm from anyone who owns it on a description on what it looks like. Thanks.

I would love the poop out of this mouse as I suffer from RSI in my right hand and shoulder. I understand this may not be cost effective approach, but there are some like me who have a need for it.  Thanks for hearing me out. 

Hi, I just got the Razer Axon app and I was noticing that if I'm using my internet browser or discord, etc. the chroma effects from Axon are no longer there. Once I go back to the desktop they show up again. How can I get the generated effects from Axon to stay active regardless of if I'm in an app or on desktop?

I have reinstall the pc, same for drivers. no output for second screen from usb C and HDMI .Any Ideas?   

Why not make and sell on Razer web store, a cross body (with Razer green logo) pouch (can wear on waist too) for users to put phone, Razer Kishi Ultra, wallet, keys and other EDC (Everyday carry)? I don't have any settings in Synapse 3 for the Kraken V3 X, although it was claimed to have Hyperclear technology

I was looking to buy the razer blackwidow v4 75%, but luckily saw the many complaints about the faulty switches and double registering before buying the keyboard.However, I did notice that the keyboard was unavailable for a little while (a couple of week or so?) and is now available again.Does anybody know if this might be due to them fixing it or something?... I can't imagine the stock ran out and they decided to produce even more faulty keyboards.

Since the last software update, my laptop screen doesn’t work when using 2 additional screens connected via hDMI and usb-c connections - this was working before update. Is there a fix for this (could it be a power issue)? Thanks

Just received my Viper V2 Pro yesterday, should i return it and get the V3 Pro or stick with it?The V2 Pro was 40 bucks cheaper, but doenst include the Hyperspeed dongle. Getting the dongle as well, both would end up almost at the same price point (or is it just a gimmick?). Also i prefer the design of the V2 Pro as far as i can tell

I have a Mercury 2023 Razer Blade 14 and currently connecting two 4K 60 HZ monitors for productive work (no gaming), one through USB-C and one through HDMI. Can somebody confirm if the laptop can run a THIRD 4K 60 HZ monitor if I plug it directly into the laptop through the second USB-C port? I am trying to make the setup work without a docking station.

Is there away to change/replace the ear pads? I let my sister borrow my headset for a week while she was waiting for hers to come in (different kind) and in that time she got them absolutely disgusting!! Like… how do you turn them almost completely grey in that amount of time!?!? Anyways, I tried to clean them to no avail… so is there a way to change/replace them?
