Ok so this is strange and doesn’t bother me at all but when I plug my headphones into my ps5 and charge it while playing there is a faint music playing in my right ear and I’ve checked everything on my ps5 I even disconnected it from my internet and it still played only while plugged into my PlayStation again this doesn’t bother me at all and it doesn’t do it when I use the Bluetooth thing but I just thought it was strange 

Basically have been troubleshooting the issue of my chroma devices on my PC flickering and dimming off and on for the last week or so. I think I isolated the issue to it happening whenever my Aether bulbs and light bar are connected to synapse (even when synapse overide is not on) can I use a wifi extender to see if that fixes the issue, it might be because I’m not even on the same floor as my router. However it also worked fine for the previous months and the issue recently happened a few weeks back. 

Has anyone suspected that Razer has a planned obsolence policy in action for all of its Laptops. The laptops that I am referring to are those with a three pronged AC/DC power jack which is soldered to the motherboard. These jacks are doomed to failure. With months of movement of the recharger cable, the two thinner prongs break off and charging becomes impossile, converting an expensive laptop into an equally expensive door stop. It takes several months for this to occur, so the break usually happens after your warrenty has expired. Since the  repair is a replacement of the motherboard, it is quite expensive so many people will just buy a new laptop… a financial benefit for Razer. It may be that the newest laptops have an AC/DC jack that connects to a motherboard socket, but that does not help thousand sof customers that have laptops from before 2023. Hello everyone, i’m desesperately looking for a Razer deathadder left handed edition. If someone have a new one, please tell me.I’m left handed player and i can’t find any good mouse for palm grip and left handed player. I know the naga is there but it doesn’t fit my playstyle.I’m ready to pay for it since it’s my all time favorite mouse, thanks in advance !MC

I currently own a Razer Blackwidow and I have custom lighting profiles I’ve created for Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail that are set to activate when opening the game and deactivate when closing it. I also have a “default” lighting profile that I like to call my “neutral” profile. If I’m not in either of those games that is the profile my keyboard is supposed to be at.Oftentimes, mostly upon startup, I’ve noticed that the lighting likes to default to my HSR lighting profile, even when the game is not launched or active. The only fix for this is to either open synapse entirely and set it to my “neutral” or, if it works, the synapse popup in the taskbar. I’ve searched all over Synapse 3 to find a way to ensure a default and haven’t found one.Is there any way to default my lighting profile to my “neutral” lighting?

Quickly, my situation is that I use two computers, one my work from home office computer and one my gaming rig.  I had been using a Razer Nari headset for gaming, but switched it to a Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro.  However, I then started using my Razer Nari on my work PC.Now, the Razer Nari’s sound is just definitively better, and I got it at a much better pricepoint.  The audio is crisper, the bass is clearer and louder, and I loved the mixes that were possible.  And Steelseries’ audio element was literally poking me in the ear until I used an aftermarket cushion replacement.One might wonder why I don’t continue using the Nari for gaming, and there are two reasons.  One is that I have serious issues with Synapse (I discussed that on another post elsewhere), but one was a curiously excellent idea to use an external DAC that had a battery charger, and then equip the headset with a hot-swappable battery port.  As such, I use the headset until the battery gets low and, when it does, I tak

I honestly love this gaming mouse to the moon and back BUT the only downfall is the mouse kills the battery fast and I should’ve bought the rechargeable one at the time I bought the one I currently have!! Overall I still love it!!!!! Different category: I’m not a huge fan of the Huntsman mini white special edition keyboard only for the simple fact that I have to use the “FN” key to use the “F1-F12” key for certain games I play on pc  

Greetings!I’m encountering two significant issues - I’m utilizing an outdated keyboard to compose this comment.1 - After installing the latest firmware update, using the “HuntsmanElite_0226_FirmwareUpdater_v1.22.00_r1.exe” file from your website, my keyboard started to repeatedly spamming keys after that. To try temporarily stop this, I had to simultaneously press a minimum of 4 arbitrary keys, but his solution was, again, temporary as the issue tends to recur frequently!2 - Following a suggestion, from your video on YouTube, I attempted to RESET my keyboard using the ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR keys. The keyboard underwent a color change, displaying rainbow colors, and a white led  “1”, beneath the END button lit up. At this moment, my keyboard became unresponsive! I tried to exit this DEMO mode, employing the same method with the keys: ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR… but it is still unsuccessful!!So, now, my keyboard is locked in demo mode for ever and there is no way for me to use it a

My adapter for the Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed mouse is broken, is it possible to order a replacement? I live in Europe - Poland Basilisk x Hyperspeed16K DPIModel:  RC30-031501RC30-03150100-00001.5V - 25mA 

On my easer turret mouse I charged it and plugged in the usb the keyboard and the mouse are on and only the keyboard works 

For some reason after a while the mute button on my Razer Barracuda X headphones stop muting my microphone. The only way to mute it is to push the button in very hard and keep holding it. Is there anyway to fix it?

My keyboard keeps spamming randomly how do I fix this 

Hello,I have a problem with the drivers for the Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023. When I'm not in Discord, everything works. When I'm in Discord, everything runs smoothly if nobody is talking to me. If someone tries to talk to me, the headset completely escalates. Volume fluctuations from extremely quiet to extremely loud. I then can't hear the person I'm talking to at all. I can then see on the blue ring that the person is speaking in their name. But nothing works anymore. If I close the game (in this case Assetto Corsa Competizione), everything works again. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have a tip? As it is at the moment, I'll probably have to send the headset back.

When i try to redeem my razer gold pin and buy anything, it just says "Invalid PIN". No error code, nothing. And when i use the pin validator from razer to check if the pin is good, it shows me the pin's balance and other things (the pin is not partially spent, it has the initial value). Any help?

I have the same Problem with my Huntsman since the day I bought it of Amazon. So My problem is that i cant use my ``@`` key. I always need to copy it from the Internet so i can enter my Mails and stuff like that. I tried everything from reinstalling synapse to reinstalling windows. Pls help me.

Hello there,my razer naga pro v1 scroll wheel button was starting double clicking lately, when i close a browser with multiple tab sometimes close 2 tab at once. just use it about 8 monthcan we rma the mice in this case?

I have owned probably 5 or 6 of the Razer Naga Pro mice and the 12 button attachment ALWAYS malfunctions after 6-12 months. Some of the keys will double click or the button stops working entirely. It’s a little ridiculous to pay over 100$ for a mouse that only last 6 months. Does anyone else have issues with the Naga Pro? Does razer replace the 12 button attachments? I love this mouse but I can’t afford to replace it so often. 

It has been a few business days and there is still no sign of a reply. What can i do to get my case replied?

I bought a Blackshark V2 X and for whatever reason it doesn't register when plugged into any port on my computer, with and without the splitter. I had a USB converter from my old HyperX headset which makes it work, but means my PC and Synapse see is as a HyperX and not a Blackshark. Is there a way to get Synapse to register my Blackshark while using the HyperX converter or do I need a Razer brand USB converter? 

Razer blade 15 advanced, 3080ti. When I play Diablo with external display it's like 120fps with high video preset in game But without external monitor it's running 70fps with low preset.I've tested with Optimus in/off, CPU/GPU boost mode, physx setting in NVIDIA control panel and none make much difference.Any help is appreciated please!

Hi, was looking into a proper all in one mixer for my 2 pc rig and I already have a lot of razer equipment so I figured if I somehow make it work it would be a nice extra addition. So my question is i know it says dual PC works but will it work in the way I need ? I basically need audio from my gaming PC going to stream PC and also be able to hear audio from my streaming pc on the mixer. Is this possible with this equipment? Would like to simplify my current setup.
