I took the headphones from a friend, I’ve been using them for a month and everything was fine, yesterday, while playing games, the headphones turned off, I had to disconnect them from the USB and connect them again, then they turned off again and stopped turning on at all   

Hi! Would the Razer Core X work with my laptop? It doesn't have thunderbolt port but it has a USB C one with DisplayPort. It doesn't matter if it doesn't run at full potential, I know there are limitations with the bandwidth. It also has a Intel UHD Graphics card. Would it be compatible? ​​​​​

I am currently still running Version 20231208, which is from around/after the time Synapse essentially died. There has been quite a few updates since then but I just made due with what this update offered. However I still get a ton of static and other issues with quiet sounds. Has enough been fixed at this point to warrant an update or should I just leave it as is? I know I can just read patch notes, but I also know that what the notes say, and actual performance of the software are two different things.

I've been a lifelong Logitech user but switched to Razer 5 years ago when it became clear that Logitech was falling off. I'm super happy with the hardware and software, but I've tried 3 different USB switches (used to use single inputs on two different computers, one at a time) and none of them seem to work well with Razer products. I'm glad to be done with Logitech, but I miss only having one set of inputs on my desk.I'd gladly pay $100 for a nice usb switch that is guaranteed to power my Razer products properly and has nice Razer touches on it. Considering the white-label version of these things typically sell for $20 on Amazon, I have to imagine there is the potential for good margin there. With more and more people working from home, dual PC switching is a market that companies should really be serving.

Razer Deathadder v2 proMouse buttons 3 and 4 and sensitivity up and down stopped working from one day to the next without any clear reason. Don't know how to fix it. Can still edit their function and everything in synapse but they don't do anything.

hii , I'm currently having an issue about my hammerhead x tws , i just received them , opened the box and let them charge till 100% left one drains in 2 mins from 100% to 4% .i tried every troubleshooting steps , from updating firmware to reset to letting them charge to 100% again but issue persists .Have you find any resolution ? please let me know because I've waited for them for too long and I'm really disappointed . it feels bad :(Thank you in advance

THe case is max charge and I don't know how to tell if the headphones are charged them selves. Could I get some help with connecting them It says to open the case and I should hear pairing activated or something like that but no sound plays when I open the case this has also happend to my friend who also got the exact same ear buds so I would really like someone to tell me how to get them to work

Bonjour, je suis dégouté de mon achat, en effet les claviers AZERTY des portables BLADE 15 OLED ne sont que partiellement rétroéclairé. Devant basculer quotidiennement entre 3 ordinateurs (mon Mac perso, mon DELL pro et mon BLADE), je n’arrive pas a trouver les touches du clavier AZERTY car seulement une partie du clavier est rétroéclaoiré. Savez vous s’il est possible de remplacer ce clavier ? Si oui, comment ?   Merci

Anybody having issues loading cards this morning 

So I've been using the same sennheiser HD 4.40BT headphones for a few years now, and while still in good condition, the faux leather covers are flaking away, and I can't really wear them for long periods of time as the band sits directly on my head. Also in games or anything that has a talk function with the headphones, they have a separate function where the sound quality decreases to like 70% of the actual quality when you chat with anyone.I was considering getting the barracuda x 2022 model, and wanted to ask people's general opinions on them, from comfort, long term usability and and if the audio quality stays the same when you use VC.Thanks

I’ve had my kraken headset for a couple of years, but just a few days ago, my headsets volume just became no longer existent. I’ve tried other solutions, and it hasn’t worked. I have fully updated drivers. What can I do to solve this?

My W key randomly stops working. It will be while I’m doing anything, and am confused about why it happens. I’d understand if the key is degrading from years of use, but I’m not sure. If anybody knows how to fix this, please tell me.EDIT: It’s also worth mentioning that it might not be a software issue, because all input to my Chroma setup (ripple effect on keystroke) also stops responding from the W key.

I was looking at the new Blade 16 and before I buy, I was wondering if the USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port would work with specifically the valve index with a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter / if the port was connected to the GPU (?? I think that’s what I’m looking for! Please correct me if wrong lol) I’ve been trying to search all over but I have no answers yet.The specific model I was looking at was: Intel Core i9-14900HXWindows 11 Home16" QHD+ 240Hz OLEDGeForce RTX 409032GB 5600MHz RAM, 2TB SSD If this DOESN’T work, is there a different model of Blade that would? Does razer barracuda support ps5's 3d audio ?

I bought it off Amazon for mmo's, and after using it for after a few days I can say it's very uncomfortable to use. I just don't like high arch it has, coming from the g502 which is a bit more flat. I don't have the biggest hands, maybe it works better for people with long fingers? I really wanted to like it. After playing with it for a few hrs, my hand got pretty tired from just the higher arch. I might have to venture on and look for a different mmo mouse.

I use 2.4 and the dongle USB 3.2 motherboard slot at the back.Sometimes I turn off PC when using it for the day.So when I turned it on the mouse had a flashing green light I assume was a warning it was paired.I had to replugged in the dongle for it to detect the mouse.Now a simple solution I can plug the dongle into my powered USB Hub that has a easy on and off switch but would that cause any latency issues vs plugging it through motherboard?Thank you.

I'm not sure if this is a problem in the classical sense (i.e. a bug), but for me it is in some ways.I don't understand what is the function of the middle (off) position of the mode switch on the bottom of the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro is, but maybe that's just because it doesn't work well for me. In this position, the wireless mode is supposed to be turned off, so it only works with a cable. This would make sense if it doesn't work in the other two positions, but it also works when the cable is connected. The reason I'm sure it's wired in this case is because I use the receiver with the additional dock, plug the cable into that (and the other end into the computer), and then transfer the cable from the dock to the mouse, so the receiver is not available in this case.It could be that it is not charging in this [off] position, so I can use it with the cable without charging it unnecessarily. But not so, if the cable is in, the mouse is charging in all three positions of the switch.Thi

For some reason when I had my keyboard plugged into my work computer overnight, I woke up to find that three columns of keys were not working. 345ertdfgxcvThis also happened once before with the leftmost row1qazI unplugged the keyboard each time and plugged it back in, and then it worked again. Is this something to be concerned about?

I’m always on, both of us have 40 Hrs, max hours at this time. I even have remote access to pc so I could never lose time. we also be on around the time the timer resets, so we definitely have a high chance on getting rewards first.

Any combination with the Fn key does not work and the volume adjustment wheel on the top right does not work properly either, it increases and decreases rapidly when trying to increase it.

I can hear the environment but i really can't hear the character in game like for example when I play dead space 2 and Issac stomps he doesn't sound clear he sounds really muffle but his surroundings sound really clear. this is with thx on or off and I have the thx app and synapse 3 so i'm really confused on why games in general are all having the same problem i really like these speakers alot but honestly that's really killing it for me. Does anyone else have advice or know anything about what l'm dealing with or can explain how the thx audio works
