I can hear the environment but i really can't hear the character in game like for example when I play dead space 2 and Issac stomps he doesn't sound clear he sounds really muffle but his surroundings sound really clear. this is with thx on or off and I have the thx app and synapse 3 so i'm really confused on why games in general are all having the same problem i really like these speakers alot but honestly that's really killing it for me. Does anyone else have advice or know anything about what l'm dealing with or can explain how the thx audio works

Just a genuine question. Got the Kraken V3 Pro and I'm just curious why anyone would use Chroma on a headset. it's on your head... You can't even see the RGB while you're wearing it, so why not just save the battery life?

I had it for 5 months always recharge it when necessary, was never damaged.Suddenly it stopped working, even when I plug it instead of wireless, it does not work anymore there's no light indication on the mouse it's like it died on me suddenly.Tried replugging it, restarted the PC, there was no noticeable windows or Razor synapse update it just died.Please help.

I've had a Razer blade 18 for nearly a year now with no real problems, but since yesterday Synapse has not been launching (the wheels continue spinning, but nothing happens past that). Any solutions for this?

When I first got my Viper Ultimate, I didn't notice any coil whine, but that was a good time ago now, and I can definitely hear the high pitched squeal that is unmistakably coil whine now. I heard it worst when it was charging, and that also coincided with the RGB lights not coming on to show charge level.Now, I know coil whine itself is pretty normal and nothing to be worried about, it happens. Quality control, yada yada, we all know the drill.BUT with that coil whine being a new thing, *and* the lights not coming on any more to show charge level (it still charges, can see that in Synapse)... is this a sign it's dying?

And I have a question because I'm looking for an answer, I have Razer Hammerhear True Wireless headphones, i.e. sets, will the case and charging fit the Razer Hammerhear True Wireless Mercury headphones, please help. Regards

hey guys, in feb of 2021 i bought the razer kraken kitty (wired) headphones (in black if that makes a difference) and the blackwidow keyboard from the razer site so it wasn’t some shitty dupe.about a year in, the setup started glitching. the volume would suddenly jump to 100, and keep maxing out no matter how quickly i clicked attempting to lower it. everything would also disconnect and reconnect repeatedly if it wasn’t messing about with the volume. the only fix that would help would be closing all the razer apps and having the ugly basic rgb’s on.i haven’t been able to tell if its my keyboard or the headphones??? i also couldn’t be bothered to do something with the warranty because it honestly didn’t really bother me that much at the time.but now, here i am. three years later, and having to close synapse and cortex blah blah blah every time i turn on my pc so that it MAYBE doesn’t glitch and assault my ears.i update the razer apps every time a new one comes out, i update my audio dri

I’ve worn my old keyboard out, and I’m looking for a new one. I like Razer products and pretty much everything in my setup is Razer, so I’d like to keep it going, and I’ve settled on the Huntsman, but I can’t figure out the difference between V2 and V3, apart from an almost $100 difference in price? Does anyone know the difference and if this difference is worth the large price jump? Thanks.

It has been a week since I got these headphones and my friends told me that whenever I screenshare there was a static noise that comes back like every second and it is annoyingly loud and I’ve tried everything to solve this problem but couldn’t find any solutions. The weird part is that this happens on the Discord app but when I screenshare on google chrome it works completely fine except I onl get to share tabs. I might have to return these since it is very important for me to screenshare.

Hello guys after the synapse update today the THX device is missing and my audio sounds like trash. I have my old settings save and after aplying them its nothing even close to what it was. In all games the audio comes either from the left or right it doesnt sound like 7.1 at all more like cheap 5 dollar headphones. Tried everything reinstalling updating headphones firmware playing with the settings cant get it to sounds like before the update. Im using BlackShark V2 with the usb sound card

Hello,So, I have a Razer Basilisk V3. I love the shape and most of the buttons for the mouse; I wish there was more of a visual display color on the top of the mouse when I switched DPI on the fly. Can I set up my colors so that it does that on top? But I digress there.I have several questions all revolving around mice and polling rates. I am including numbers for my questions below to make it easier for you to help me.I prefer wired mice, but I have not been able to find a mouse (of any brand) that I like which has 8000hz polling rate. I know Razer makes the Viper, but the mouse is not right-handed, it is ambidextrous and I found that troublesome when trying to use it. Perhaps I would need to give it time to adjust?1). Will the Razer Kishi V2 - USB-C mobile gaming controller(s) receive an official firmware/iOS app update fixing the missing functionality owners are still facing with Apple iPhone 15 devices?   I know everything costs money, and creating the firmware/software to improve iPhone 15 user experience will come at a cost as well as time.  However,  as a Kishi V2 owner that purchased the controller after finding little information on compatibility with iPhone 15 except that the USB-C version does intact work for iOS I didn’t easily find information that it was not fully compatible as it has zero compatibility with your AppStore Software.   While this was a disappointing fact to learn.  And while I am content with the basic functionality available in most cases I’ve ran into so far. I have definitely been holding out a small amount of hope that we would be considered as customers, and that an update to the compatibility would arrive for us so we could enjoy our devices fully.  I hoped this upda

Hello dear Community members. I have purchased Razer BlackWidow V4 pro 100% keyboard with green switches. In Razer store i found that there are orange switches. i want to change from green to Razer orange switches. Is it possible to do it in my keyboard? i do not know if they are hot swappable

I have personally purchased over 100 Razer Gold Gift Cards from Amazon, PayPal, Walmart, Best Buy and various other retail stores. Everyone of them have different procedures and routes that can confuse or even anger the general consumer.*It is worth noting here that as of 05/08/2023, most major companies have removed any possibility of getting a refund from ANY GIFT CARD sold in the market today, including Apple Cards, Google Play Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Steam Cards,  as well as the Razer Gold Gift Card.

I got the keyboard a while ago. But I discovered that the keystrokes were not fully utilized and I was already at full capacity after half a keystroke. At first I thought it was a Windows or controller setup problem. But now that I've been able to test the keyboard on another system and the same problem occurs there, it's probably the keyboard. Did someone had the same issue or a probely a fix, i would really thankfull.  

Finishing up my high school, recently decided to continue my passion for 3d into uni, and decided to post something to a razer thread. made the whole mess in blender enjoy… :3.:3 

Looking on how to save my current firmware version so when i update it and come into any issues with a newer update i can revert back to it if needed. please let me know if this is possible or not.
