Hello razer, i recently bought your Razer Blade 14 (2024) this early April but have yet to received any of the razer silver that was said to be credited to my account, was hope if you could shed some light on it as it has been 14 days since it was delivered. Thank You.  

I just bought this model from someone on facebook marketplace and it looked to be in really good condition and working order, but after downloading razer synapse there’s a tile that says I need synapse 2.0 for a “legacy device” that it recognizes, which I’m guessing is the Tartarus. I haven’t been able to find a download for synapse 2.0, but I do have the Razer synapse beta. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone! As the title suggest, I’m being offered Blade 14 Ryzen 9 5900HX RTX 3070Ti 1TB SSD, for $1250. Is it still worth it?I will use it to play AAA games like Hogwarts Legacy, and I also do 3D rendering architectural stuff (mainly vray)Do you guys think it’s a steal? I have been researching and kind of worried with the battery bloat issue.…. But i really dont dig other gaming laptops because the physical look is just meh. I also read some said the battery issue is a bit overblown and that the battery is not an issue since 2022 model (?)Pls help me out! Thank you

Hey, I would be interested to know if it would be possible to change the switches on the keyboard to, for example, “Clicky” switches. And if so, which ones would be compatible? 

I am looking to buy the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) I want to use it wirelessly on PS5 and PC. Am i able to buy the PS5 or PC adapter seperate? Or do i get the PC adapter along with the PS5 version? Thanks

I'm looking for the Best compatible keycaps for the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog, a set that is kind of transparent and shows more RGB. However, I've heard some packs like HyperX pudding have problems with low bar keys, etc. Can anyone suggest a set that completely fits my keyboard? I've heard Gskillz Crystal Crown Keycaps is suitable. Can anyone confirm it?

Does anyone know, are there any plans for a Swiss CH Layout to come out for the huntsman v3 pro tkl. Ive been looking to buy the keyboard but cant since theres no CH layout .

I just grabbed this headset (2023 version) and so far I'm relatively happy, but I'm used to open back headphones so not being able to hear myself is weird, so I enabled sidetone which works well to solve this problem, but it introduces a very noticeable hissing noise unless I lower the sidetone to the point where I can't hear myself. I'm wondering if this is fixable or just the way it is? I have the latest firmware.

My Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse is not charging whether I put it on my cleaned Razor dock or if I plug the mouse directly into the pc with the usb cable. My Synapse software says its charging with the flashing lightening bolt next to it but the percentage charge for the mouse never goes up. That number only goes down. I have done ALL THE THINGS recommended to try to fix the issue. Nothing is working. Drivers are updated. Tried to charge with the mouse turned off. restarted software, cleaned connections. updated everything I possible could on my PC. What the hell Razor.

Hi, there’s a guy selling his Razer Thunderbolt 4 Cable 2 m long for a cheap price but the cable ends don’t match the one shown on the razer website. On the cable, it simply has the lightning symbol on both ends without the 4 at the bottom, nor the RAZER logo on one end. Just wanted to confirm from anyone who owns it on a description on what it looks like. Thanks.

I would love the poop out of this mouse as I suffer from RSI in my right hand and shoulder. I understand this may not be cost effective approach, but there are some like me who have a need for it.  Thanks for hearing me out. 

Hi, I just got the Razer Axon app and I was noticing that if I'm using my internet browser or discord, etc. the chroma effects from Axon are no longer there. Once I go back to the desktop they show up again. How can I get the generated effects from Axon to stay active regardless of if I'm in an app or on desktop?

I have reinstall the pc, same for drivers. no output for second screen from usb C and HDMI .Any Ideas?   

Why not make and sell on Razer web store, a cross body (with Razer green logo) pouch (can wear on waist too) for users to put phone, Razer Kishi Ultra, wallet, keys and other EDC (Everyday carry)? How do I keep the keyboard lit up ?   It  goes dark  way too fast and I’ve tried the new beta Synapse app. It’s useless crap.

I don't have any settings in Synapse 3 for the Kraken V3 X, although it was claimed to have Hyperclear technology

Razer Released Razer Viper Mini and Razer Deathadder V2 Mini before for their small hand fans, and now the release of their new flagship gaming mouse, why not make a small version of it… Razer When? :D

Hi guys,Quick question. I was looking to buy the razer blackwidow v4 75%, but luckily saw the many complaints about the faulty switches and double registering before buying the keyboard.However, I did notice that the keyboard was unavailable for a little while (a couple of week or so?) and is now available again.Does anybody know if this might be due to them fixing it or something?... I can't imagine the stock ran out and they decided to produce even more faulty keyboards.
