I bought this mouse very recently because I thought I was getting a high quality mouse which justified the price.Currently, this mouse is not turning on at all, no matter what I do. Im charging it and it doesnt seem to react at all to the cable being connected or to me moving the switches on/off/Bluetooth. This mouse has no damage whatsoever just suddenly stopped working.What do I do to fix this problem? I had the Razer Viper Ultimate mouse before and this would sometimes as well but would start working after some time, which is not happening in this case.  Is this an issue with all Razer mice?? I have never had this issue with any other brand.Asking for help on how to resolve this issue.Thanks! 

I've lost my usb dongle for my razer basilisk x hyperspeed and im wondering if I can just buy a usb dongle instead of buying a brand new one.

Hi Guy, 2 weeks ago, i top up the razor gold through paynow due to promotion. The paynow transaction went through and money was deducted from my Bank account. After 2 days, i found that the transaction in Razer Gold is still pending. Wrote to Helpdesk, they stated that transaction failed and the money is on hold and assured me that it will return to my account. To cut short, after several checking, answer is always the same. I called to my bank and they confirmed with me that the money have went through to Razer. I attached the letter from my bank to razor helpdesk and they still insist the transaction failed and never received the money. At this very moment, i think i trust my Bank more than razor gold helpdesk. Now i am stuck. Any person have experience this situation ? Can advise. Special Note: Most pissed off is that helpdesk ask me to top up again every time when they reply my case ticket....

Is it possible to get support for mapping the PS5 touchpad button to one of the M buttons on the Wolverine V2 Pro? Sony was nice enough to make the touchpad a button that every developer users as a single button to open menus and minimaps, etc, and it’s a pain to reach for. I plugged in my Wolverine V2 Pro yesterday to remap it to something more comfortable and found out that it’s the only button on the controller that’s not available for mapping through the iOS app.

Hello, i just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X a few days ago because I’m replacing my other Razer headset which was the Kraken X. I had registered the 7.1 surround sound with the Kraken X and the 7.1 surround sound output received audio but when i switched to the Blackshark V2 X the 7.1 surround sound output stopped receiving audio. How do i fix this?

hi i just bought a razer blackshark V2X but when i tried to get the code for 7.1 activation since the code was not  encluded in the box and the seller said to follow the steps in the website to enable it. it said the product was already registerd. i bought this entire headset for the 7.1 feature. and now its telling me i cant enable it. the box was unopened and i can send proof of ownership

Using naga trinity and huntsman v2 tkl. Looking for a kvm to fully function between my working pc and my gaming computer. The problem with the current kvm i own is that the keyboard, doesn’t work when it’s plugged on it. Any other users that use huntsman on a kvm usb switch?

HelloMy system is blade 15 12800h 3070ti.I’m unlucky to buy 2022 model. Cause 2020, 2021 (after bios editing) and 2023 allows undervolting, but 2022 - don’t.There are overclocking lock & undervolt protection. Cpu runs 2400-2800Mhz 1.1v, heats to 100°C and use all of TGP. Laptop is useless without voltages customisation, even after repaste and with cooling-pad.For example, my desktop cpu 12900k needs 1,1v to run 5200 all cores.I implore you, can you please make a BIOS that unlocks undervolting? This is strictly important to me. Don’t want to buy another vendor’s laptop. I agree to refuse my warranty. I don’t need it.I will respect you. And a lot of other 2022-model users too.

I have had my Blackshark v2  X headphone for a while, but now that I am moving around more I want to get a headphone case, but after a lot of searching I haven’t been able to find anything. The main problem is that because the microphone is not removable it cannot fit into any kind of case. Also as I have heard that moving the location of the microphone too much will make it loosen, if possible it would be best if there was a case where the microphone would not need to be coiled up. Any ideas?

When i touch the area in the photo i hear a little crackling sound is it normal ?

I registred razer black shark v2 in razer id, after this i didn’t got any emails from razer with activation code and it says “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code”. 

While playing a game, it comes cut and disturbing, like a radio channel that does not shoot in a way that will take 3-5 seconds at a time without knowing when the sound will be. There is always a rear hum sound in the headset, too. Does anyone else experience these other than me?

Why i am seeing “ Mouse Button 5” on 2 side buttons one of the left of mouse and one on the right? one of them should be “ Mouse Button 6” right?is it because i have faulty product? or is it intentional?Mouse is Razer Viper
