what are the games available for optimization on razer cortex

Hi, I came here because I play Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR). The game has been sold to BroadSword and is getting ready for it’s 8.0 release of the game.  I think that would be a good time for Razer to rerelease the SWTOR Naga mouse with SWTOR crystal codes. It’s something that many of us players would love to have access to all these years later. Thank you for your consideration.

I think this is due to the update, I am suddenly experiencing this static/popping sound. The headset is around 1 month old, anyone know a fix for this? it is pretty annoying.

How many of us with intermittent working issues ? Has anybody resolved this or already received a replacement which doesn’t have this problem ? Thank you 

Why on earth does the very latest machine - the Next-Generation Razer Blade 16 (2026) only come with Windows Home? Its the latest of everything spec and then anyone likely to buy it will need to features of Pro. Very strange. Thanks Trevor 

My battery health is at about 50% at the moment and lasts a measly 50ish minutes off charge... Where abouts do you guys recommend getting a replacement or is it worth just doing myself?Im not too scared of replacing the battery but just wondering if there are any things I should be looking out for in terms of buying a replacement and if there are any lil upgrades I can do along with it... Or do I just get one done under warranty and let the shop take care of it? 

I have a Razer Basilisk V3 and whenever I plug in the mouse and the synapse detects it, the mouse freezes and everything stops working, the buttons, sensor and even the lighting freezes.Help me I am not even able to reset the mouse and have even tried using the mouse in other devices and the same happens whenever the mouse is detectedThe mouse works perfectly until it's not detected or the synapse is not running but without the synapse I can not change anything on the mouse

I did a scroll wheel encoder upgrade yesterday and got a TTC gold encoder and soldered that in to my deathadder. The scroll wheel works fine and is very tactile and chunky. I like that.But I've got a new issue now. It doesn't work wireless anymore. When I plug in the usb cable it pulses red and the moment I unplug the USB cable, it dies. So I opened it back up and unplugged and replugged the battery wire and the led wire and that seemed to fix it. I was able to play games wireless for a few hours last night and even today for at least an hour. But then suddenly it just stopped working wireless again. And it's back to pulsing red. I tried the unplugging and replugging the battery wire and led ribbon cable again and it made no difference.What should I do now?

i have had my blackshark v2 pro for some time now, and suddenly today no sound came out, and the headset just stuck on the green light. i cant turn it on or off and im pretty sure it is connected to the dongle. i have tried charging the headset but its still not working. The headset works when i use a wired connection.

Hello everyone ! Razer just sold a lot of V2 pro with R6S but we don’t have any good EQ setting. Do u have good settings on it ? Or Razer can directly help us !   

I just bought a mouse yesterday and noticed a feature that if you press the left mouse button closer to the end or in the front-left part of it, the rear right end lifts. Do I understand correctly that this is a lever effect in action and there is no breakdown?

3-22-26 I was playing on my razer blade 18 5080 earlier today with no issues. Now all of a sudden when I open it up again it looks like its starting up. And then I get nothing. The best I've gotten is a screen flicker on my log in page and then it goes black. I can't follow the troubleshooting guide with no display at all. I dont have a second display to connect to it. Any help would be appreciated

I am experiencing a squeaking noise from the scroll wheel on my Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro (green version). This is already my third replacement, and the same issue keeps happening. It’s becoming very stressful.Even a cheap mouse at my workplace that costs less than $5 does not make this kind of noise. I also own a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed, and its scroll wheel works perfectly without any issues. That makes this situation even more frustrating.I purchased this product from overseas while living in Korea, and I feel very disappointed. I would really appreciate it if you could check this issue and provide a proper solution.

Hey, is it possible to map Lb + Rb to one of the extra bumper buttons? Or any button combos? There’s an option for L3 + R3, why no others?

I’ve installed the driver from nvidia on both gpu. Laptop and egpu. I installed synapse and can control my rgb. Computer switches back and forth from internal display to egpu connected monitor and occasionally it will stick on the egpu monitor. But my performance is actually worse on my gtx 1080 in the razor egpu  ftw which shouldn’t be the case. I have a fresh out of box thunderbolt 4 cable and updated drivers on my thunderbolt port. Any thoughts??

Hello, I have a Late 2020 Razer Blade Stealth (i7-1165G7, 1650ti, 1080p-120hz) (RZ09-0327). It’s starting to get to that point where I’d like to replace the battery (partially out of inflation fear). Are there good 3rd party options for a replacement battery or does Razer make any? I’ve taken it apart before to swap storage, re paste, and clean the fans, so I have the battery model# (RC330-02810200). I did a quick search the other day and only found one Amazon link with no reviews. I’m not as knowledgeable with laptop hardware, so I figured I would ask here. Would appreciate any and all help/advice!! Thanks! 

Hello everyone,I am currently using the Razer Synapse 4 Beta, and my computer is connected to both a soundbar and a BlackShark V2 Pro headset. However, every time I start my computer, it automatically switches the output to the BlackShark V2 Pro. This is quite confusing to me.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Or does anyone know a solution to have my computer default to the soundbar upon startup instead of automatically switching to the headset? Thanks for your help!

The pairing utility listed on the Blackshark V2 Hypespeed’s page no longer works !!! After a lot of digging (un-necessary IMO) I realized ya’ll have an udpated pairing utility for the headset that was not mentioned on the page for the headset ... please update & keep the page updated i have no idea why the dongle and headset lose their pairing and i need to re pair them if i use bluetooth for too long but this runaround was nuts when i was trying to hop on a game session with my friends!!You put the pairing utility on the bottom of https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5994/kw/headset%20pairing but not on the individual product support pages which is what i was led to click. eg. Hello,Every time I turn on my computer, Synapse 4 switches from THX Spatial to stereo (my headset is a Razer Blackshark v3). The settings show THX enabled, but it's actually stereo. When I switch to stereo, the sound remains the same, but then when I switch to THX, it clearly changes. After switching, it stays in THX Spatial mode until I turn off the computer, and then switches back to stereo the next time I turn it on. What causes these random switches?Sometimes, the sound changes when the headphones are simply idle, but this issue was resolved by disabling Ultra-Low Latency. So, my second question is: how can I use Ultra-Low Latency without changing the sound?I tried a clean reinstall of Synapse after first removing the device drivers from the system. I've tried creating and deleting profiles, disabling power saving, disabling ultra-fast latency, changing equalizers, disabling other audio devices, and trying all the sound enhancements in Windows, except THX.Thank you for your attenti
