Hello everyone. I've been looking for a long time now but not sure what I find, Razer offers mouse pads + induction mice? Or at least wireless charging? Because I'm starting to get tired of wired mice. Although I am a fan of the Deathadder, the friction of the cable and/or when it gets stuck annoys me x). Thank you in advance for your answers!

A little backstory, a year ago, I bought those Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2nd Gens and paired it to my phone as an everyday earbud wherever I go and then 6 months since I purchased them, they start to slip off pretty fast for walking and I wasn’t sure what was happening and decided to purchase new earbuds of a different company. That was until this month I was suspecting that the ear tips has worn-off and I want to actually use this thing again for another purpose for my phone or laptop as secondary/backup earbuds. The earbuds are actually in good shape and I haven’t had any audio issues while pairing them to my phone or my laptop. So is there anyway where I can actually get new ear tips for the 2nd Gen Razer Hammerhead TW? So many issues with this software. I set up my profiles for games. after update or some weird shit they reset and you can't find any games when you try make a new profile.. My razer synapse logs out 24/7 and won't let me login or i try login and it logs me out again 1 min later. Most annoying shit software. Wish i had my Logitech again tired of dealing with this shit software that completely fuck up my game settings everytime there is an update even if i havn't installed it yet. My keys not working when i don't connect to razer and it takes like 30 + min for some keys on my huntsman to start working. Idk if this is a razer synapse error or manufacturing issue but hell this should not happen. My old keyboard which was blackwidow elite 2014 worked for 7 years and this one lasted like 30 days. Could be unlucky but keys work sometime and sometime not so i don't even know...

Mouse not detecting in firmware update and mouse scrolling down is glitchy to up and downand Razer support contact is worst which redirect to same page why this companies are not good at support and Serivce but the price is to high and my warranty also not detecting in warranty status

I’m about to pull my hair out. I have a Razer Naga X that doesn’t hold a left click very well. It does sometimes, but I work in Premiere and After Effects a lot and am often holding down the mouse for a few seconds, and it often drops the click, messing up my entire comp. The mouse is completely unusable with the lasso tool in Photoshop as it will never hold the click long enough to make my lasso. I searched the internet and was told to completely uninstall Razer Synapse and any semblance of Razer software on my system. Fair enough, I tried that and it didn’t help at all. Apparently that means it must be a faulty mouse. It’s out of warranty. Oh well, a new one is on sale, so I buy a new one. It comes in the mail and I’m all excited to finally have a usable mouse again. Guess what, the new mouse is slightly better, but still drops the click enough to drive me crazy.What the heck do I do? If the rapid trigger is disabled, even if the actuation point is set to 0.1mm, it will respond at about 0.5mm. However, when the rapid trigger is enabled, it responds at 0.1mm as set. Have you seen this symptom? Am I the only one?

I've reinstalled all razer software even the SDK but my razer turret continually just lights up blue even if I change the colors on synapse. Ive even reset through synapse and hard reset and it still persist. I'm heated

Hello, i have a problem with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. I didn't use the product for a week, and when I wanted to use it again, neither the left nor the right click on the mouse worked, and before that there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to connect it to another computer and that didn't help either, it doesn't detect left or right click at all. The other buttons work fine but not these two. The best mouse I ever used  .24 yrs of pc gaming ,  8 different gaming  mice , 4 Razer, 3 Logitech, 1 Steelseries . I have played MMO ,s . RPG,s . FPS , RTS and multiple variants there of .Pls bring back the Ouroboros .The adaptability makes it a superb allround mouse . Gaming , Browsing , Data entry are all a breeze with a Ouroboros . Adapt the grip , the shape , the weight and actions to suit any and all tasks .What stuns me is when a company is producing such a excellent product .Sadly review sites were had wildly varied views about the mouse . The one thing all the reviews agreed on the performance , the customization options and the overall quality . most of the negative reviews centred around wireless performance and battery/ charging issues  which were later fixed by better wii protocols and better battery tech/construction .
