I have a custom mousepad from 2018~2019 that I want a replacement for. I’ve had this mousepad for years and I’ve loved it the whole time, however it has been worn down and dirtied over time and I want to get a new one of the same design. I think it’s a Gigantus V2 Large, although I’m not sure since it’s been so long and I don’t have anything that would tell me on hand.The thing is, it has a StarCraft design with a Zerg Hydralisk as the main focus, but the customized mousepad section in the store does not have it anymore. I remember going through the customization process when I first got my mousepad and I remember it being very different to how it is now.I’m wondering why things changed so much (my opinion is that the way that I remember it being was superior), why some customization options were removed (such as my current pad’s design), and if I can at least get a replacement for my current mousepad.

I have a Kishi V2 and I want to play it with an s23 Ultra. The controller is not recognized when connecting via USB C. I also noticed that my S23 Ultra does not charge via the external USB C connection from the Kishi. But I see many videos on Youtube how people play with an S23 Ultra. Do you know if there is a workaround? This is the second Kishi v2 that doesn't work.

I can’t proceed with my purchase since I haven’t received any OTP via SMS. I was able to receive an OTP via SMS for reloading my Razer Gold account, yet in purchasing I don’t. Now, a hCaptcha window would always appear and still no OTP. Also, I can’t access my backup codes because a hCaptcha window will appear as well.

I have a Deathadder essential mouse, and since 2 weeks i can’t change my dpi no matter what i do, i uninstalled it, deleted mouse drivers, tried everything related to this problem, i don’t know if this problem only in windows 11 or not

As some of you may know, Logitech G has come out with a mouse and mouse pad that when paired together the mouse will get a charge from the mouse pad. As a die hard Razer person I think that it would be awesome of we could get something similar but bigger, cooler, and better. My idea is that the mouse pad is the size of the Goliathus Extended and not only charges your mouse, probably the Ballistic V3, but it charges your keyboard too, probably the BlackWidow V4. It also would need to be RGB because everything should be. Please Razer we would love to have this as an item that we can buy on the website.  Truly,Granny03

Hello! I purchases the Razer Nommo pro left and right speakers about a year ago (just the speakers not the subwoofer). I am now interested in adding the subwoofer to my collection but I have only seen the subwoofer sold with the speakers. I don’t need to buy the speakers again, I just want the subwoofer. Is there any way to just purchase the subwoofer alone? Thank you!

Hello I purchased a Razer huntsman 60% keyboard at Walmart in a different town than my home town as I was getting my surface pro for repaired. I got the item and came home excited to use it. Nothing. On the keyboard works.  I went to the local Walmart as it was within return period and the manager in the electronics said because it didn't come from the Wilkesboro, NC store it came from the Hickory, NC store that it was at their discretion here if they honored the return and she wouldnt allow the item to be returned. I've called and tried speaking with different people. I went to the store and they scanned my receipt and it seems like because it was on sale in hickory  they didn't want to do it because they would lose money from it honoring the sale price.  I check my Walmart app and they have it now listed as returned.  So that means that their system shows it as returned but no one has ever let me. I downloaded it but it cannot find rzapengine.exe I looked everywhere but I can’t find rzapengine I don’t want to use just 2 channels while I have 7.1 headset. I am using windows 11 64 bit my headset is Razer Blackshark V2 X.It says windows 10 required but I saw people open the app in windows 11.

I have some problems with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro, and it seems I'm not the only one. The device keeps intermittently disconnecting from Synapse and reconnecting minutes later, sometimes stays connected to Synapse, sometimes stays disconnected from Synapse. There seems to be some interference problems with Synapse, the Device and THX Spatial Audio too. Sometimes I hear crackling/interference in the sound from the headset. I purchased THX Spatial Audio from Razer website thinking it may fix the issue, but hasn’t solved the issue, if anything it’s complicated things more as Razer’s own THX Spatial app tells me to use Razer’s THX Spatial default as sound output. Meanwhile, Synapse tells me to use THX Spatial Audio by THX as default sound output. So there is a clash with the different drivers or something. There also seems to be problems with charging the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, unless mine has a faulty battery or something. For the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, what's the difference between Bluetooth, USB dongle connection, and the Mouse Dock Pro in terms of latency and battery life? Razer seems to suggest the mouse can reach around 90 hours at optimal battery usage before needing a recharge, but I can barely get above a day or two (~20 hours on average). I recently had to replace my daily driver through customer support due to connection issues, but the new mouse appears to also have the same battery life, which begs me to believe maybe I just have it configured wrong or this is expected behaviour?

Does the Basilisk Ultimate warranty cover stolen items? I left my mouse out with my computer with the usb port plugged in, came back to see someone stole the mouse and the port, but not the computer. Bit weird, but my point is that someone stole my mouse and I want to know if I can get a replacement. Please help!

Sin embargo me aparece un error, ya investigue y busque información de como solucionarlo y nada de lo que hice me ha funcionado, intente : Eliminar mi antivirus, desactivar mi firewall, reiniciar mi pc, mi modem, desactivar IPV6 borrar las todo lo relacionado con razer para que no interfiera con la instalacion.Sin embargo se sigue presentando el mismo error: 

Hello.I'm on my third pair of headphones and all three times I've received them with at least one side not working.The first two times I thought it was just bad luck and returned them, and ordered new ones, but now I'm starting to think it might be something else.At the moment the only one that works is the right one. The left one doesn't even make a sound when I open the charging case. I've tapped it 3 times and held it down, I think that resets it, but there's no sound, as there is with the right one.Am I the unluckiest buyer of these headphones or is there something I'm missing?Thanks in advance to the community.

I am on windows 10 64. I downloaded the 7.1 sound intaller but when I run it I get an error ‘Server Access Unavailable, please check your network connection’I have followed the advice to allow exceprions through the firewall and even turned off the antivirus and firewall but I still get the same message.Is there anything else i can try, oh and this happens on both of my computers. My headset is a Kraken X.ThanksJim

I’m left handed and it’s really tough to find good mice then. I would really like to have a Naga left hand edition but i really need a mouse that are wireless. is it possible that that mouse are being produced in the future? i think there is a cute good market for left hand mouses with bluetooth connection because there´s almost none..  

blackshark v2 Wired not working on xbox series x

So, this may not be the appropriate thing to do but my son is interested in these two gaming keyboards:blackwidow v3 mechanical vs blackwidow v4 pro I have no idea how to tell what is better. Can someone tell me what to look for because his top choice is of course the most expensive. He plays Call of Duty, CS Go and other similar games from what I understand.  He’s told me he’d be happy with either but I want to know how to find the best  I can for his gaming experience.  Thank you!
