For what in the sound card .Selecting the sound source if the sound does not play.For example, I have a sound blaster x4.I can use there thx 360 from headphones at this point?.If the card will just stand in the PC without headphones.?

Windows had to update, started the update (which wouldn’t go past a certain percentage). Restarted the computer and then got the message in the title. My razer blade 15 was working fine up until then (apart from occasional crashes from F1 23).  Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Raged on R6 because my LMB wouldn’t register from time to time so I ripped the plastic part open from the front and after putting it back it’s a lot more difficult to click on and quite uncomfortable to use.Before taking it apart I wanted to make sure I know what I’m doing but I couldn’t find any tutorials on how to fix this issue in particular so I’m opening a thread and asking you guys.EDIT: It’s a Razer Deathadder Essential, not a 2013.

Hi, I can’t seem to find the answer in the documentation but what is the purpose of the USB cable with the “lightbulb” on the connector?  My keyboard seems to run fine without it. Thanks for the information!

what counts as proof of purchase? and what can i do to get another code?

Every time i play something when theres a sound outside the game fore example spotify, typing in opera or any other sound, my game and discord gets 10 times louder until the sound stops, then i dont hear anything and it slowly goes back to normal until another sound comes from outside a program. What am i supposed to do?for example i just listened to the audio demo in the razer synapse app and it happened again.

my razer deathadder v3 mouse side button just got so loose that it gets stuck sometimes. Does warranty cover this or do i have to do something else?

I bought a razer blackshark v2 headset a couple years ago and had no problems until now. I used the activation code and threw the packaging away since I wouldn’t need it anymore. Now I recently erased my computers memory  and I can no longer use the 7.1 surround sound software because I never bothered to make an account when I was using the software and the code was never saved. Its asking for a code now and I have nothing. Is there any way I can get an activation code or is my headset now useless?? I no longer have the serial number or activation code as it was all thrown away a long time ago and can’t be recovered. pls help

Hello, i’ve had my ornata chroma for quite a while, but for around 1year+ my keyboard suddenly disconnects and my pc doesn’t recognise it at all, not even as a keyboard, it’s name on device manager is “Unknown USB Device” with a parenthesis next to it that changes (set adress failed and more), sometimes after some days the keyboard starts working, this issue is only happening on my computer, i’ve tried the keyboard on another computer and 2 tvs , it works perfectly on both of them. One thing i think i understood is that the drivers that windows download for my keyboard seem to not work, for example when i check for updates on windows updates an update called Razer Inc - HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16547 starts downloading, my deathadder works fine with this but when this driver is downloading for my ornata chroma it fails and the keyboard appears with a ! on it, i found a program that cleans up all razer drivers, but when I use it the keyboard still doesnt work, even after restarting the issue

For some time now, my buttons(F8,F9,F10,F11,F12, prt sc, scr lk, pause ) are not working and at random times, F10,F11 prt sc and scl lk clicks by itself.My keyboard is Blackwidow v3 tenleyless.I have already tried reinstall synapse and keyboard drivers.

I use my Leviathans V2 speakers on an IPad and it worked great. But, since 1 week, the volume is blocked, even if the volume is off the sound stay extremely loud. I can’t connect to Razer audio. The Bluetooth button is not illuminated but the iPad can connect.

The dongle of my deathadder V2 pro has broken for about 2 years--and I recently bought a new dongle of deathadder V3 pro, thinking that my old mouse can pair with it given that the two dongles have the same model numbers and IDs. However, the razer pairing utility (both the normal and the Hyperspeed one) can’t pair those two together. It still thinks the new dongle is for V3 pro only. Does anyone know how to fix this on razer’s platform or wash the V3 pro dongle with the firmware of V2 pro dongle? Thanks!

Hi, I have a razer kraken tournament headset and every time I have a razer sypnase update this stops working, I have tried all the possible methods that are in different sections of this forum but there is no way to fix it, I'm tired of this issue why not It's the first time this has happened to me, the other times I was still fixing it but this latest update there is no way to make it work... I'm a bit tired of this issue already and that the razer sypnase program has so many updates

Hey everyone New here I am thinking of getting a Blackwidow V4 pro for a home and away desk set up with monitor, mouse ect.  I already have a Razer Thunderbolt 4 chroma dock and the Razer Basilisk Pro. When I was looking into Blackwidow v4 pro, a Razer page said, to plug it directly into a laptop or desktop and NOT a USB hub.  I was hoping to be able to plug into the back of the Thunderbolt 4 dock but not sure if that's considered as a a hub as it has its own power source and connects via Thunderbolt 4.  Anyone one out there that have their Blackwidow plugged into a chroma dock to help me?  Thanks people

My keyboard shows since 1 Month only white light. I can use it, but razer wont/ cant schange any lights of it. It does not sync up.

Hi all, Months past and there has been no fix from Razer, as we know the dock doesn't work anymore for some reason.I’m running windows 10 so those saying it’s a windows 11 problem would be incorrect. Another problem I’ve encountered is that because my mouse has paired with my dock, it doesn’t recognise the 2.4gHz receiver. Also I’ve read in the forums that users having this issue are usually running an MSI Motherboard, however I have an ASUS Motherboard, so I’m not sure if it’s a problem with that either? Another thought I had was the dock disables itself due to bottlenecking… that doesn’t make much sense but, if the polling rate uses the CPU’s power or whatever, maybe 4000Hz is too strong for middles ranged CPUs (for example: Ryzen 5 5500, which is what I have). Still, waiting for a patch from Razer themselves as I like their products compared to others brands, however with no word from them or a fix I’m unsure what to do. This is an issue because the whole reason I spent close to $50

I have a death adder V2 Pro mouse and want to have it paired to two dongles. One dongle in a computer at work and one at home (don't want to use bluetooth).The two dongles will never be close so there's should be no issues with it being connected to the 'wrong' dongle. I could buy a dongle and just try it using the dongle pairing app but, if it doesn't work, I'll have wasted cash.If not, I'll have to take my dongle to work or use Bluetooth one one of the computers. Hardly a nightmare scenario but I like to squeeze every drop of convenience from my tech.
