I have been in the market for a new gaming mouse for a while and I have come to rest on two options that I think are the best. But the one problem with the razer viper v2 pro is that I feel like it might be too low profile for me and I usually like having something to rest my palm on and the one problem with the razer deathadder v3 pro is that people say it is better for larger sizes hands and I have what razer considers to be medium hands so I don’t k ow if it will be a good size for me. Any help would be great thanks 🙏\

I've had this keyboard from Razer for a while, and it's been working fine for a while, however when I picked it up to clean, my computer no longer recognizes it as a keyboard, it identifies the keyboard as "Razer Bootloader", and after looking for solutions I found the solution to download the keyboard firmware, but I didn't find a firmware available for my keyboard model, because it is an old model. And after trying to contact razer it said that I would have to pay for support, in a case that the solution is theoretically simple. So that's why I'm asking for support here... Does anyone know how to help me?

I have just got a wired basilisk v3 and after plugging it in the buttons all work but I am unable to move it. I have found that it works on weird surfaces such as the top of a metal laptop but not on my mouse mat or my desk.  I have searched through every post about it and tried all the fixes and updating firmware and software along with my pc but it’s just not able to work on my mouse mat which doesn’t make sense for gaming.

Hi .I have razer nari ultimate that I regularly use. today I have been playing like normal and my sound has been cut off.Then I looked in my synapse software to see if its updating or if it is recognised by the software ( it was like if was never there) then i checked in my sound menu to see if it is maybe  disabled but it was like nothing was there no sight of game/ chat profiles. So i downloaded the Recovery tool for software and dongle , but the PC won't recognise the dongle. Restarted the PC and tried it again - the dongle was recognise by the recovery tool saying that the recovery is necessary but won’t continue with recovery as the dongle was ( disconnected again even if it was plugged in). tried it few more times but no success.

Hey guys i hope u are doing well,just i have a question my razer viper mini suddenly turned off and now she is not working anymore , i tried to plug it out and plug it in again but the pc can’t detect it 

I lost one of my ear buds in what I can only describe as a glitch in the matrix. So, off I went to get a new pair of the same ones I had previously. Except, they weren't the same. They had RGB and were mildly altered in shape, size, and finish. I could get over that, maybe, if they sounded the same. Spoiler alert - they don't. They sound *rolls eyes* fine (but $130???), but no where near as good as the original version of the hammered true wireless Bluetooth ear buds I rocked for a long time. The bass is super lacking, the fit in my ear is never sealed right, and the equalizer is just pure garbage. Now back to the finish I mentioned earlier. It's SO HARD to get these things out of the charging case reliably. I pinch but my fingers slip. I twist but it only slides up very slightly, dropping back into place before I can grip it better due to the magnets, and the charging case is ever so slightly bigger so my original protective case doesn't fit on it. Dear Forum,I purchased a top of the line Razer Blade Advanced (2021) with 4K Touch some 17 months ago.Since then it has been repaired three (3) times where the screen has been replaced as the touchscreen hardware fails and there is nothing you can do about it.In the last discussion, I asked repairs to consider swapping mobo or giving me a refurbished one as it is becoming a circus! Now the fourth (4th!!!) screen has stopped working and I have some tear every time I scroll.Anyone else with 4K Touchscreen issues? I have heard terrible stories about older Razers not holding up, but this is becoming a nightmare. Hi everyone, After few 11 month  of using my Viper Mini I got issue with wheel , however when I check status of my warranty it on razer website ( you must put SM number )  say’s Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty ??? I’m living in Netherlands and in Europe we have 2y of warranty. Hi everyone, I’m looking to buy a new power adapter for my 2021 Razor Blade 17 (RZ09-0406CE63-R3U1) because I suspect my current 230W adaptor is the culprit of my laptop intermittently switching between charging and not charging. I have read online that it is ok to use adaptors rated for a higher wattage since it only supplies as much power as the laptop needs. Because the 230W adapter runs pretty hot all the time and there are a lot of complaints regarding it on the internet, I’m looking at the 280W and 330W adapters as possible alternatives. The store site does not list my model as compatible (Blade 16 and 18 for the 330W, and 15 and 17 from 2022 for the 280W, hell the 230W also says 17 from 2018 instead of 2021), but I still wonder if I can use them on my model of laptop. Is the charging tip differently shaped? Would there be any software or technical issues? Also, if there are any common and known issues with the adapters, please do share. I recently bought the razer BlackShark v2 x and i think that when i turn the volume on the headphones all the way up, the left side is more louder than the right one. Im on a Playstation 4 if it matters. Also the mic is different on the ps4 for some reason

After installing the latest 1.05 firmware this “new feature” has stopped working:The keyboard can now be used on 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth wireless modes while it is being charged via Type C cableIt was working just fine with 1.04, but not anymore. Is there a way to revert back to 1.04 or fix the problem?

My huntsman mini isn’t working at all it was fine but i pressed i think it’s ( FN ) and it shows some rgb lights on some letters then it turned off and i pressed the same button again but nothing happened the keyboard isn’t working at all the rgb isn’t working nor the keyboard itself i tried to re-plug it but it didn’t help and i can’t open my pc because it requires password but i don’t have a keyboard to open it ! I tried to search in the internet for a fix but no one has like my problem many people have at least rgb lights but the can’t type I DONT EVEN HAVE THE RGB LIGHTS !

Hi! i recently purchased a kraken x lite for my xbox and when i try to talk in XBOX LIVE partys, fortnite, cod voice chat it dont work. On pc discord, and other calling apps it works.Any help would be appreciated.
