The Razer Armory

I’ve seen other people have this problem, it’s been doing electric shocks on my wrists like every 10 seconds whenever I rest my wrist on the attachment keyboard rest that’s metal. I tried plugging it into different grounded house outlets and usbs and nothing works. It’s been doing it since I bought it less than a year ago. I even put electrical tape around the keyboard rest and it still zaps me. WHAT IS THE FIX FOR THIS?

I’m in the market for a new headset and one of the most important thing for me is that if I can use the headset wired and wireless at the same time. I can’t seem to find a direct answer to this though but I have found that some headphones won’t turn on if they are using the AUX feature or the Aux feature will not work if the headphones are connected wirelessly to a device but no one seems to market this and it makes it hard for me to find out if this can be done. I want it to work so I can hear my PC audio (discord, videos, ect.) wirelessly and have the AUX cable connected to my Switch.

When I have the 7.1 surround sound chosen i can’t hear anything through my headphones. What should I do?

Hi, I bought razer kraken V2 few days ago and i can't turn on lights on them and synapse don't see them at all. Is it because cable is mini jack not USB or is there other reason?

Hi. I bought Razer Kraken V3 Pro two days ago and i have some issues. I love Razer and all of my accessories are Razer. Well; Not using Razer Synapse 3: My headphones won’t close when i don’t use any voice or sound in idle. I set up to 15 mins on power saving but nothing. THX Spatial in Synapse 3: I tried all solutions on Razer Support and Insider forums but never get sound. When i open to Razer Kraken V3 Pro, Hypersense is activated automatically in everytime without using synapse 3. I don’t want to Hypersense everytime and i have to close in manually with clicking button on the right side of headset. ( I closed it on Synapse 3, but not using Synapse 3, whenever open to Kraken V3 Pro, its activated.) I upgraded firmware of headset and Synapse 3 btw. I am using Kraken V3 Pro on sound setting because THX Spatial not work. 

My Razer Kinshi v2 is pressing the right bumper and the m1 and m2 are also messing up. Is there any suggestions? I just bought it from Walmart and with an Alstate warranty, any suggestions?

Could we get desktop mode enabled for the Razor Edge?  Quite a number of phones are able to do this with the version of Android that the Edge is running.  Or is there a config setting to turn it on?I plugged in an external monitor, mouse, keyboard which all work, but I still get mobile mode

So I'm on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G with the Razer Nexus app installed. My Kishi V2 has the latest firmware, however each and every time I launch a game with Virtual Controller enabled, it asks me for Accessibility Permissions. What exactly do I need to enable here?

Was earning hours the whole entire week suddenly cortex didnt detect the game I’m running no hour earning and show error! Doesnt matter I keep restart and reopen the game again still can’t earn any hour! WTH! Fix your bug!

Is there a way to resolve the issue of Razer keyboards not being hot swappable, despite the initial belief that they were?

Hi all! Looking for some audio help with the Ripsaw HD. Currently, I’m using it to stream Nintendo Switch. Switch is connected to HDMI input, output is connected to my gaming monitor. PC is connected via USB-C cable and outputs to secondary monitor, and my headset is connected to the 3.5mm jack on the Ripsaw itself in order to hear both my PC and Switch audio simultaneously, all as depicted in the layout graphic. My issue is not in the stream, in fact everything works very well there through OBS. All audio through the Switch is clear, and I’m using a desktop mic for communication so the microphone jack is not in use on the RIpsaw. The issue is that all of the audio that comes into my headset through the PC comes with a bit of static. Example: I am streaming Legend of Zelda for my friends in Discord. I can hear the Switch audio very clearly with no static, however, when my friends speak in Discord, there is some crackling and static that comes along that audio channel. Same things happe

As one of my sliders have detached itself slightly on one of the corners, it is very annoying to use the mouse when its rubbing instead of smoothly sliding.Where can I get replacement sliders/pads for naga left handed?All I found is some ali express stuff (probably cheap and crappy replacement) and one seller on ebay. Is that it? No offical sources of sliders?

Greetings to all,I have recently see a post on reddit of people peeling the bottom of their mouse. I never did it. I was wondering, is it to be done? Change something or is it indifferent?Does it serve to protect the writing or should it be removed?is it wrong to remove it?Picture attached for reference 

Is there a way to auto-switch between THX and normal (EQ mode) based on gaming vs non-gaming? i.e. run them in normal when in windows and listening to music, and then auto-switch to THX when a game loads? Also there are some threads I wanted to reply to on kind-of-this-topic but which are locked:I agree with this post re how THX mode affects the sound. For listening to music, normal EQ mode is hugely better. It’s not even close. I agree THX muffles the mids and highs, and it lowers the overall volume - which to me was a hint.. try increasing the volume. THX in my opinion works better in games once you adjust the volume. You have to increase it a lot. For example, if I’m on 30% volume in normal EQ mode, | might be on 50-60% in THX. It’s that much of an increase. This pushes up the bass a lot which is nice for games, and you’ll get back much of the clarity that was missing from the mids and highs. So it’s basically a gaming specific mode IMO. I also tried the Dolby modes but prefer THX f

I've been trying to clean my headphones but the problem is that I've read the instructions i couldn't remove the earpads using guitar pick or something and I'm scared to open is their a technique to open this? I am having a hard time..Ps. Already watched the razer vid couldn't help with it

i have razer headphones and mic became very quiet, i installed razer synapse 2 and 3 but they both say that i don’t have a razer device in, now my headphones are compatible so idk why does it say that. any help would be appreciated :D

I was playing gtaV when my computer crashed randomly but when i tried going back i couldnt login to my conputer because my password has the letter O in it and know im stuck without being able to login i cleaned my keyboard from the inside and outside and tried resseting which didnt work can you help?
