The Razer Armory

When adjusting my profiles in Synapse, I can’t select Surround Sound as my spatialization mode; when I leave the tab and come back, it resets itself to Stereo. I’m using a Razer Kraken Ultimate. I’m not sure if I’m not in the Surround Sound club, but surely it would tell me if that were the case rather than discreetly setting it back to what it was?

I have a question to ask. Can you guys tell me if it’s only in my head or something but I have my headset for 5day and I noticed that maybe you will see it too. The thing is that left or right(depends)speaker is little bit off and one is giving more pressure than the other. Tell me if you have it too. ThanksPs: left is giving more presure then right

So like the title reads, my keyboard volume knob works as expected when Windows starts up. But as soon as the Razer software opens and loads, the volume knob no longer works. If I completely close the Razer software, it works again. This started after the last update on 06/08/2023.  Anyone have a fix for this?

I recently acquired a Huntsman Elite keyboard but encountered an issue with the (/?) key not functioning. All other keys on the keyboard work correctly. I attempted the 'esc+caps+space reset, but the issue persisted, and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Synapse software. Despite these efforts, the problem remains. I am seeking suggestions on what else I can try.

So i’ve had this headset for a good year now and they’ve been perfectly fine. But all of a sudden i turned my laptop on today and they just sound really ‘shallow’ and sort of ‘muffled’. I’ve never used them as a wireless headset, always wired, so i’ve checked the connection on the wire, i’ve updated my drivers, hell i’ve even gone and bought thx spatial audio just to see if that would make a difference, still the same however. I’ve also restarted my laptop like 4 times aswell. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I have trouble setting the device up, should I pick the headset it self or synapse? synapse isn’t working but when I switch it to the headset model in control panel it works, help anyone?

I bought a headset, so I registered it to receive my activation code, I enter it in the application, but it displays an error message telling me that the code I entered is not valid, is this normal? What can I do to change this?

I have a Huntsman Elite with the PBT keycap set and I love them. After nearly a year and a half of use and plenty of gaming, the keys I used most often have become noticeably worn. WASD in particular are worn the most and some of the keys around them are starting to get a smoother finish as well like F, V, Q, R. I miss that textured feel and so I’m curious if it’s possible to purchase an additional set of these higher use keys only. It seems a waste to get an entire set just for 10-15 out of 104 keys.

I do not know how to set up the headset in my laptop. I have been trying to detect my headset but its not detecting. This is my first time buying a headset. Please help me.

A gamer/programmer really wants a laptop with full-height arrow keys!!!Now I am using Razer Blade Stealth 13” Mercury White (2019) for coding and gaming. Recent years, any other Razer laptop with full-height arrow keys?

So normally when i unplug or turn on and off a wireless headset, they change back to speakers, and if i turn them on they switch to the wireless headset, this is not happening with the Barracuda X, they wont switch and i have to do it manually. Is this normal? does anyone has the same issue? and if so please send help!

I’m having problems with my Blackwidow Elite losing custom keys that I set if restart or wake the computer from sleep, it’s not all the custom keys just some! Anyone know why it won’t save some keys or restore from sync settings?? TIA

Hi, I just received my new Razer Blade 16 with mini LED display. All is working as expected thus far except for external display output. So, the Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox is freaking amazing. I have two of them for the Robot White controllers I got for my Xbox One a few years ago. The overall aesthetic is beautiful with the color matching and the charging is reasonably quick.I do, however, have one very minor complaint: I have a custom controller I ordered through Microsoft’s Xbox Design Labs site. It looks great, but I would really love a matching charging stand for it. I have my blackwidow chroma V2 working 2-3 days ago. suddenly when i came from work and use my unit, keys are not working but when i press those keys lights are coming exactly for each keys but only lights ,  but it is not responding on computer. i tried reinstalling fully the synapse but still same issue

Hello, I have a Blackshark v2 and after some time playing games etc, the thx spatial audio gets distorted. The stereo  doesn’t have a problem. I can instantly fix this by restarting the computer or even restarting the Windows Sound on Services tab but it is so annoying and it has started to happen recently. Why does it happen?

I recently bought a Razer Blade 17 and need a laptop stand. I prefer a simple and sturdy design without RGB lighting. The Razer Laptop Stand seems appealing, but I can't find its dimensions on the website. I want to compare its size with the chroma version, which is supported for Blade 17, while the non-chroma version is stated to be compatible only with models up to Blade 15. Can you advise if this would be a wise purchase? Additionally, any recommendations for alternative laptop stands would be greatly appreciated.
