I have an old Razer SWTOR Mouse. It stopped working years ago and I stored it away. I wanted to know if it should work without a battery if its plugged into a pc with the wire, or does it require the battery? I had to forcibly remove the current battery as it swelled up.

I'm having issues lately with my macros being erratic; sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. I can turn on a "continuous macro" and have it work correctly. Then, when I turn it off and back on again, regardless the duration between turning it off and then back on, it won't work the second time. Sometimes it won't work at all. I started noticing this after I adjusted a macro.I've checked online for sources of help, checked FAQs, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers, updated synapse, reinstalled synapse,updated PC, and made angry noises at my computer, all to no avail.Is anyone having similar issues? I'm at my wits end here.

Where can I find a replacement for the razer nari ultimate dongle? I’ve contacted support numerous times now and instead of saying anything usefull, they just keep telling me to keep looking until it’s back in stock. I’m not that naive to even think it will ever be in stock again, I just want solutions. I’ve not payed 180 euros for a cabled paperweight. But apparently there is absolutely no solution from Razer itself and they are not even trying to help. I guess the era of good customer service is done or Razer just isnt playing that game.

my viper won’t turn on or connect to my pc I tried connecting to a different pc and still nothing I tried using a different cable and still nothing I tried letting it charge overnight and still nothing 

I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Siege wireless edition. So I was talking to a friend on Discord, and they said, "Why is your voice so low? You sound like you're using a cell phone earpiece." I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble. I've tried to fix my mic with Razer Synapse. I'm not sure what to do. I should have given this headphone back, I think. Can someone help me? Also, when I plugged my wireless USB into my motherboard, which is behind my computer's case, my headphones sometimes beeped and stopped working. is that a problem with connection?

This is my first nice keyboard. Seems to work perfectly(lights are good, types great). i finally spotted a mechanical keyboard at my local thrift store. After months of waiting. 

These fit more comfortably to my hand. Something like the old razer keyboards, like the blackwidow ultimate. I want a new one, but newer keyboards lack this. Old keyboard for reference. Anyone happen to know if there is a specific name for keyboards that have a larger-than-average ctrl key? 

Mouse rgb would no longer be in sync and I am no longer able to control my cursor or click, after some time the mouse completely disconnects and the rgb switches off. Whenever i try plugging it in again it loops

The touchpad sometimes stops scrolling smoothly so I disable/enable the driver to fix the problem temporarily. I've tried to reinstall windows 11 but still facing the same problem. I've tried two different touchpad drivers also. Does anyone have the same problem with the touchpad? I have been facing a persistent issue with my headphones, which are excessively loud even at 1 percent volume and cause my ears to ring. To address this issue, I have been using a program called Equalizer APO, which allows me to lower the headphone sound on my PC.However, despite my efforts, Equalizer APO always lowers my microphone sound, making it too quiet for people to hear. As I plan to start streaming, this is a major concern as it forces me to choose between preserving my hearing and having a functioning mic.Ideally, I am looking for a USB to USB device that can be placed between my headphones and computer to turn down the sound without compromising the quality of my 7.1 surround sound. I am seeking a device similar to a sound board or audio box, but so far, the ones I have come across do not offer USB to USB functionality.My primary goal is to lower the volume of my headphones without affecting my microphone sound.

I recently bought a Razer Nabu Watch, but I can't synchronize it with my Motorola Razr 2019 (Gen1) running Android 11. I tried using both the Nabu App and Nabu Watch App, both developed by Razer Inc. The phone and watch can detect each other and pair directly using the Bluetooth menu. Both apps can find the watch and request the pairing code, but fail to sync. It seems that the watch and app may be more compatible with Apple than Android. I read that some users had success connecting the watch to a different phone and then reconnecting to their original phone, but those posts are from 2019. Has anyone recently been able to connect the Nabu Watch?

Hey. I bought the headphones maybe 1 and a half yrs. ago and this happened AGAIN. This happened when I first plugged the headphones. SO LOUD white noise or what is that. Screeching noise.

Approximately a month ago, I noticed that my Razer Naga Chroma mouse only functions when used wirelessly. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with their mouse? I have inspected the internal components of the mouse and found no signs of corrosion or damage. I have also attempted to clean the USB port on the mouse. I am certain that the issue is not with the wire itself, as it functions perfectly when connected to the wireless dock. While this issue may not be a significant concern for most users, my mouse is rather old and takes a considerable amount of time to recharge. Moreover, the battery drains rather quickly, even with the lighting turned off. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
