Looking around for a good laptop. Don't know a whole lot about the finer points of specs, hardware etc. Is this *reasonably* worth it? As far as running games on decent settings, and such.

So was wondering why you are revoking keys?  You advertised something and took money and gave the keys only to have them revoked within hours.  How are you going to give everyone who purchased legal keys from your website or will all people that had their keys revoked need to contact our companies for services not rendered? I forgot to add that you revoked the keys and the gold is still not back so you are in the place really close to what would be considered fraud.Also where the F is your support people?  Your support chat must be in India with the GMT+8. How about you have better hours since it seems that you decided to do this right as they left for the day.

Razer Abyssus 1800 USB (RZ01-0036) absolutely stop working after firmware update (1.01), not even by windows it is being recognized, it was totally unusable any solution?

I have a PlayStation 5 and I currently own a Razer kraken tournament edition with THX audio. The audio controller for thx sound is not exactly compatible with the PS5 so I’ve just been using the 3.5mm jack and connect it to my DualShock 5. But I’m curious as to what audio format I should use for these kinds of headphones. The 3 options that are presented to me on PS5 is Linear PCM (Default)DolbyDTSWhich one do I use for these headphones?

OK, I have the razer kraken that is usb. I want to plug it in to my controller so I can sit farther away from the TV. But I haven't found anything that seems to work. Any suggestions?

Is there any chance that Barracuda X will be allowed to be detected by Synapse in the near future?I recently purchased a pair of these and then found out that the only way to access an EQ is by either using Realtek or an app on my phone. Needing to disconnect from my pc to connect to my phone and make adjustments in the app, then disconnect/reconnect again to check how it sounds on my PC is an exercise in frustration.

Anyone else have this issue, and know of a solution? I purchased a game on the Razer Gold store this morning. Not long after payment, I received an email that payment was received and that order was completed successfully.However hours later my order progress is still stuck on “Pending...” and I’ve received no key. Is there some method somewhere to receive my key that maybe I missed?

If I enable 7.1 surround sound the quality of voices is pretty bad and has high pitchbut if I don't use it then the sound is pretty low pls tell me what to do

So I currently have a razer blade 15 240hz and 2070 max-q. And i have this issue on my laptop that i still have for a really long time now. Its the rattling noise of the vapor chamber gpu side or the left side. It started when i replaced the factory thermal paste to a new one because i have been using it for 1 and half years now. But after i placed everything back the rattling noise started it only makes the noise during gaming or when the gpu is working. I have tried many different ways like replacing the fans and replacing the paste again but the sound is still there. I hope that there is a solution to this problem on what I can do to fix it. And because I’m living in the Philippines, where there is no razer store.It only sounds when used in gaming.Can someone please help me!

I used the mouse for 2 days everything was fine, just inserting the transmitter into the laptop, the last time I used the mouse without a wire at the airport but when I arrived home, I found that the cursor was not responding. Having connected the mouse by wire, it works well, I thought it might be discharged, but Synapse shows 100%, I turn it off and when I move it, the white indicator only flashes.I changed the placement of the transmitter to another USB-A connector, nothing helped, to update the firmware it will require the connection of a 2.4 GHz transmitter, although it is turned on.....

Okay so I took the blackshark v2 and as yall know there is a card with the 7.1 surround code .But what happend if they dont send  one and you ether dont have serial number ?i hate the razer support . they cant contact with you without automated response.so if you have a serious problem like mine they cant help you 

I've had my huntsman mini for a year now and have had no issues, recently however I've noticed that sometimes random keys would stop working and then continue spamming itself and then the keyboard would trip and open a bunch of different programs on my PC. I thought my keyboard was faulty after a full year of usage so I bought a new huntsman. SAME ISSUE within the first day of the new keyboard. Is this a synapse issue. (I recently re-installed windows when this happened and even changed the cable) I assume the only possible fix is a new synapse update

Hi all, is there a way to change the default buttons from 4-5 on left and 4-5 on right? I wish the right ones were 6-7 or just different from the left. I tried to assign the buttons in a game but when 4 and 5 are assigned the other 2 become already used since they are both labelled the same numbers, so essentially I only have 2 buttons available instead of 4. Am using a viper 8k - have tried in synapse but can’t seem to accomplish what I want. Is there a solution? Thanks for any and all help.

Any chances that we will get New Razer Viper Mini or Razer Imperator this year?I just wanna Razer Viper Mini without issues like high lod, switches problem etc. I don’t wanna pa.y so much for Signature Edition with magnesium alloy. I need just viper mini version without technical issuesI would also like to see new version of Razer Imperator. It was my 1st razer mouse that I have bought and it had really good shape but also faulty broken sensor.Does anybody know if Razer plan to release any of them this year?

Hi, i'm trying to use Chroma Connect with my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed) but i noticed there is no SDK services at all, i have no idea if i can reinstall it or whatever.I read that reinstalling synapse would install SDK too, but for some reason it doesn't for me, i tried it several times, and i also tried removing every razer file/register entry/whatever from my computer and doing a clean reinstallation, but it's still the same.  The thing is, the files seem to be there (i guess those are the ones needed idk), but the services ain't showing anywhere.Of course if i try to run any of those .exes nothing happens. Any idea what could be the problem? Cause i can't find a way to fix it, and i also can't find a way to download the Chroma SDK as a standalone or something. I’ve been told by Razer Support to download the SDK Core Components from “https://developer.razer.com/works-with-chroma/download” but i can’t find anything there, only Synapse, i tried downloading everything ther

After purchasing the GAN charger from Razer to charge my Razer Blade 17 (2022), I noticed that whenever I use the right-side Thunderbolt port, my laptop slows down significantly and becomes very laggy. However, there are no issues when I plug in the left-side Thunderbolt port. I was under the impression that both ports were Thunderbolt 4, but am I mistaken?

After not using my Razer Phone 2 for a month, I encountered touch issues when entering my pin. This caused numbers to be entered incorrectly, making it impossible to unlock my phone. After adjusting the keyboard size, I was able to enter my pin, but now I am experiencing issues with clicking on apps, typing, and dictation. I suspect the issue may be related to the vibrate on tap feature, as sometimes the phone will work normally for a few seconds after vibrating. Despite trying to toggle the vibrate options and restarting the phone, the problem persists. Is there a solution to this issue?
