The Razer Armory

A few days ago my laptop has been stuck at the lowest brightness after I turned it on. I tried updating, uninstalling drivers, resetting pc to factory default. Nothing worked for me. I assumed it may have to do with connecting to an external monitor. Since then my brightness has been stuck at the lowest and I can barely see anything on the screen. Also tried shaking the screen rapidly to see if it was a hardware issue, but it seems it isn't. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all, I'm relatively new and I'm trying to collect some Razer Silver by playing the games in the campaign. There is Raid: Shadow Legends and Infinity Kingdom. I've made accounts in both those, downloaded and played a good bit of both. However, I don't see any silver coins added up in the account which is a bit odd. Is there something extra to be done for those to show up?

I just got a ornata chroma and i realized that i have to apply a lot of pressure to the space bar for it to work so im wondering how to make it more sensitive to me pressing the space Bar

I'm planning to buy this mouse, because my previous mouse couldn't store some macros on the onboard memory. So, can this mouse save macros on the onboard memory? and can the saved macro be used on a different computer (those without Synapse)?

I couldnt upload an image since it was too large apparently but there are black bars on the screen and like a white circle. There are multiple of them they are very visible. I tried going to an official razer store in london and said they dont do services so i have a question i searched up razer service centers and i saw a office in many different locations would they do repairs?

Hello! My girlfriend bought me these lovely earbuds to game on my pc, since im kinda sick of big headsets, but I cant make the mic work. Also razer synapse doesnt recognise it even tho the audio is working and fully connected https://vlc.onl. Im forced to have the old headset connected to use the mic.. Any solution to this? Thanks!

I'm just curious as to whether Razer has a spare parts department, or at least some kind of way to get the part numbers so that I can order parts externally if required. What I'm really after is the part number or a source, for the thumb button mechanical switches on the original Razer Naga Hex.

Hello, I bought my girlfriend a razer kraken kitty V2 pro, she is playing on playstation 4. The sound is good, the mic works just fine. But she can’t control the volume with the volume button, is this the case playing on console instead of pc? Or should it work on console too? Hello, there are plenty of cheap HammerHeads in my area, wondering how can i check if they are real or fake? I bought one for fun price, around 20$. Working, connecting to my phone, serial number is working but cant connect with my account because its connected with someone account (makes sense since they are 2nd hand) but i cant connect to razer app on my phone... How can i check if they are real or fake?

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but whenever I shut down or restart my computer THX app just crashes and does not detect any apps. The only way I can fix this and do this every time I boot up my laptop is to go into "add or remove programs", click on uninstall THX and then repair the app through their app https://9apps.ooo/. Tried to contact support by writing through the THX SPATIAL AUDIO feedback but even that does not work D:. Wanted to ask if anyone else has had or has this problem and knows a fix because for the last few months I have been doing this and it is getting quite annoying.

Hi everyone! I've just joined the Razer cult after many years and I'd like to ask if Product Registration is available for the laptop sleeve and bags? I recently bought a laptop and accompanying accessories, and during the product registration process I couldn't find serial numbers for my Concourse Pro Backpack and Razer Protective Sleeve V2. I tried to do some searching around but wasn't able to determine if serial numbers are a thing for these products, so I'd like to know if they part of a group of products that don't have them as I know that basic mousepads don't have them.

When i move the screen, the left hinge clicks. Im not sure if its actually an issue, or if its just dirty, but it is annoying.

I've got a 2022 Blade 17 with the 240HZ 1440 screen and the i7. I've tried to update the firmware, but it tells me it's up to date. The unit will only max out at 165W am I missing something?

I am a programmer and I'm trying to accomplish this to increase my productivity while programming on Windows. I have a Razer Blade 14 running Windows 8.1 which has a multi-touch trackpad. I would like to use two finger-tap to right click but the tutorials I've found online indicate I edit somewhere in RegEdit that doesn't exist in my own. So about a week ago ive purchased a new Razer Orochi v2 and from the beginning of the usage, I have troubles with phantom clicks. For example, if i flick while playing a game it auto shoots or just when i want to turn it just shoots or opens the scope (problem is on both on right and left mouse button). Tried cleaning the buttons, cahnged the battery, used it on a different pc, issue still exists. And also while bunnyhoping in valorant it also auto attacks. I think that the problem is in the wheel, maybe someone has also experienced the same trouble.

So Best Buy has the blade 15 2022 model that I would want for 3150 which is $550 off regular price. Should I get that or should I wait for the next one at full price? Will the performance increase be worth the $500-$900 dollar router login price increase? I’m not really too worried about budget but idk that deal is pretty good haha, and it would leave me with a bit more money left.

As the title states my brother spilled soup all over my keyboard and it has gotten into places I can't get to in order to clean it all out. The keys are sticking and the keyboard smells awful. Any suggestions on how to clean the keyboard? Is it able to be saved? I'm considering soaking the entire keyboard in a 90%+ isopropyl shagle voojio alcohol solution and then letting it dry completely. Thanks

I have the ZOWIE FK1-C and love the shape. Do u think the Razer DeathAdder v3 or the Razer Viper V2 Pro is most similar in shape?
