Having trouble getting the headset to work in conjunction with my haptic vest and have the microphone work at the same time.

Game mode makes the F10 key bright white. Is there a way to change the color of that key in game mode? If not, is there a way to disable the Windows key other than using game mode? My keyboard: Huntsman v2 Tenkeyless Synapse: v7.7 Thanks.

I tried both of synapse 2.0 and 3.0 but it didn't detect my headset, is it fake? I looked at the serial number and nothings wrong, why doesn't synapse detect my headset? Product Number: RZ04-02830200-R3M1

I searched around and can only find reference to several folks having issues with the USB-C charge port failing on their phone when Razer was still supporting the phone. Now that the Razer Phone2 is not supported, and there are no other mobile devices on the horizon from Razer, does anyone have a lead on replacement parts? I've been without the ability to charge for a week now, looking into new phones, but want to save my RP2 from the e-waste pile, it's been a great phone for 3 years.

Check the Bluetooth drivers! Sometimes the absolute latest won't work right. I downgraded my Intel AX210 Bluetooth drivers to ones router login from February rather than those from August of this year, and all Bluetooth connections work much more reliably.

So I recently bought a Razerblade 17 with i9 processor and 1070ti gpu. I'm coming over from having a macbook for 10 years and have noticed that when put to sleep the fans on the computer still run and run hard. Is this normal? I have tried ending all tasks/programs and then putting to sleep however this still occurs. I never had this problem with my macbook so I guess I have to shut down the computer after every use? Or is there a solution to this in windows 11 settings? Any help appreciated!

Long story short, I modded my keyboard with a silicone pour, the pour got into the BT/2.4 slider. i damaged the metal contacts trying to force it prior to just opening it up. Can I replace the metal contacts on the slider with aluminum foil? or some other substitute? I have no problem using it as a wired keyboard just curious if I have options.

Is there anyone who has experience with this laptop? I like that it’s a relatively low key laptop that appears to also have the performance of the other gaming laptops. Does anyone have any thoughts on its build quality or battery life? I’d be using this primarily for work with the omegle occasional gaming.

I am interested in purchasing the upcoming Razer Deathadder V3 and I prefer the look of the white version. I own the matte white Vaxee NP-01 and Outset AX mice and they are both immaculate after months of use, but I'm concerned about some posts I've seen regarding people's white V2 Pros decoloring somewhat quickly. In that case, I would have no problem in getting the black Deathadder, but I was wondering if anyone with a white V2 Pro could share their experiences with the coating and the color, how does it hold up? As per the title, I recently bought a Blackshark V2 Pro, and the sidetone/mic monitoring is just not loud enough. Everything is turned to max, it is more than likely a software issue. If I could raise the slider in synapse above 100, perhaps it would be loud enough, but as it currently stands the sidetone is too quiet to actually be useful. An update to Synapse that extends the range of the sidetone slider would be nice. Everything else about this headset is awesome, but for me, the bad sidetone is its Achilles' heel.

I have already tried the following: 1. Blowing compressed air into the buttons crevasses. 2. Restarting my computer and updating to the latest software. 3. Updating the Razer Synapse software. 4. Closing all apps to see if it is a problem with the app. 5. Closing Razer Synapse completely. I am also using a external USB port because the laptop I have does not have USB A connectors on the side, it has USB C. The laptop is a Dell XPS 15" in case that matters. I am not using the mouse wireless because I notice a big delay. I do not think that I did anything to it because it was working completely fine when I got off, and when I got back on it didn't work. I have been using them for Fortnite to quickly hotkey to weapons. Thank you for your time and help. I have already tried contacting support but it says I do not qualify for replacement. I was not trying to get a replacement I just wanted answers.

So I currently have a razer blade 15 240hz and 2070 max-q. And i have this issue on my laptop that i still have for a really long time now. Its the rattling noise of the vapor chamber gpu side or the left side. It started when i replaced the factory thermal paste to a new one because i have been using it for 1 and half years now. But after i placed everything back the rattling noise started it only makes the noise during gaming or when the gpu is working. I have tried many different ways like replacing the fans and replacing the paste again but the sound is still there. I hope that there is a solution to this problem on what I can do to fix it. And because I’m living in the Philippines, where there is no razer store. It only sounds when used in gaming. Can someone please help me!

Hello In synapse it is possible to remap the functions on the keyboard. However I cannot find how to remap a new function to the shift + key function of a button. for example: I can remap the > (that sits on the shift +. function) to become the button function. but how do I get the . above the >, on the shift + > function?

I just discovered the Razer Silver program, and am trying to set up my wallet now. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be an option for my currency type (GBP or British Pound) and I am wary of going forwards with wallet creation as it says "This cannot be changed once wallet creation is completed". Do I just select Other which sets the currency type to USD or is an option that allows the aforementioned GBP currency type?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to find USB-C dock for my Blade 15 (2022) with proper power delivery, so I won't have to carry that PSU brick every time I'm going to office. I was trying to find out what are requirements for PD (how many watts) in order to ensure that laptop will be charging during Mobdro productivity activities, but had no luck. I have bought LG 35wn75c monitor, which has 94W power delivery, and although tray icon shows that battery is charging, in reality it is discharging. Could you please advise? My thanks!
