once a day, the mouse will freeze randomly for a few seconds. When it unfreezes, the cursor moves instantly. Every time this happens, my manual calibration in Synapse is reverted to default, and I'm unable to change it back (clicking on my manual calibration profile will cause Synapse to freeze for a second, then automatically boot me to the smart tracking tab) until I turn my mouse off and on again.

Hi all, Any advice on this? I've seen other closed threads on the topic, though everyone tries overly hard to point to it being a software/firmware/OS/etc. compatibility or update issue, when in reality it's clearly just hardware. I've had three Razer Mamba Wireless mice and all three have the same issue, all three failed within 1-4 months of use, and all three have been predominantly used for work, and mildly used for gaming. All three lived in a temperature controlled environment, and all three remained atop a dedicated work station/desk, run on a large mouse pad over a dark brown wooden desk. I've tried every single software related 'fix', nada, it's clearly the Mamba hardware. I've been told that I'm pretty much up a creek without a paddle on this, but just shocked that the product fails so easily. I had a Razer keyboard many years ago, which did not work well. It had a touch panel for the media keys, which kept getting pushed out of the connector by the keyboard chassis, so it never worked properly. How do people find them now? They look much better from the specs and pictures, so I was curious.

Hello, I'm using the Razer Surround 7.1 app and have it selected as my default output device. However, after a few restarts the Realtek Audio device gets automatically selected as default audio device, effectively disabling Razer Surround. This is very annoying because not only do I have to manually switch back to Surround, but I also have to reconfigure all apps using audio input. How can I fix this? I cannot uninstall the Realtek driver because if I disable it I have no sound at all (Razer Surround uses Realtek in my case). Regards

I have found some "temporary" solution to the problem, to fix the connection again and stopping the mice from suffering an unstoppable annoying disconnections that never ends, i've found that if you pull off the pad surface and placing the mice in the center of the pad itself, the direct touch of the mice with the electric pad is probably giving him some "boost" for his internal capacitor and "waking him up" again, after doing that you can put again the pad surface and work again without anymore disconnections.

Hey everyone, 1st time here, I have a question regarding charging Wireless Razer headsets. Specifically the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, also I am a PS5 user. Here is my dilemma, I need a way to charge my headset via a "external" power source, so in other words, not a USB port on a PS5/PC. This could be a simple USB brick plugged straight into the wall or some fancy headset charging dock, I honestly don't care. This is a problem because I don't have a way to charge via the ps5 if it is turned off. I also don't keep my ps5 in rest mode unless I'm downloading something, but I am aware I can charge it while in rest mode. Is there a solution here for me? One of the reasons why I'm holding back and asking here is because I've read up a bit on Google. According to Razer, one should always just use the USB from your system to charge the headset (even says so in my booklet I got with the headset). Hi guys, I've always used a Razer Control pad but I cant seem to find one in my local area for pickup. My parents control what i buy online and they prefer I pick up something in store than buy it on the internet. Any clue what new range of Razer mouse pads is the most similiar to the Razer Control in its feeling and texture? I really like playing on high sensitivitiy and the control pads always been good for flick shots and stopping quick :) Going by Razers website it appears theyve discontinued the control pad and i need to find something else thats similiar... :(

I have a Huntsman Elite keyboard and the volume wheel has been acting up for a while now. Read other forums, and updated the firmware to the latest (as of today) but it still randomly skips around. I tried killing every Razer program I could find in Task Manager, with very little improvement.

So two days after I got my mouse it started to occasionally get unresponsive at random. This only happened on wireless but eventually I realized it only happened when the dongle was plugged into the dock but if it was plugged into my laptop it worked just fine. What also happened was that when I used it wired for a few minutes up to a few hours it would work normally. This problem would go away but the next day or later would go away. I'm no longer wanting to run Windows on my blade 14, however every linux distro I seem to try has an issue detecting the networking driver being used and finding it has been an absolute hassle. Has anyone else had any luck installing linux?

I have a 2020 Razer Blade Base Model and when I am not connected with the power supply, the battery life is less than 1h, even if I stay at the interface. I can’t believe the battery’s so low. Do you have any idea why the computer can do that? The computer isn’t even two years old. Thank you,
