Hi, I got me a Razer Cynosa v2 keyboard. The backlighting behind the keys is blinding me. I was hoping I could turn the backlighting between the keys off, so that only the keys (letters, symbols, etc.) would light up, like on my Logitech keyboards, but I can't find such a setting neither in Synaspe nor Chroma Studio. Is it even possible to change that ? I'd like the keys to be lighted but not to have any lighting bleeding between the keys. I've tried reducing the light intensity overall, but the light seeping between the keys is always stronger that the lighting on the keys themselves, so I am even more blinded at lower intensity. :) https://i.postimg.cc/sgbk6M71/20220915-073812.png From top to bottom, Razer Cynosa, Logitech G815, Logitech G213. I don't know what to do anymore... It started when I bought my orochi v2 and I started to notice some little motion delay when using it, something that I was not feeling on my g305. Than I bought a DeathAdder V2 and It felt more responsive than my g305, so I came back to the g305 and started to feel the same way that's I was feeling with the orochi v2, feels like the cursor is on ice but it doesn't use to be like that. I totally lost my desire to play anything, g305 is the best mouse I've ever used, I love the shape, orochi v2 has a very good shape too! But I can get used to it anymore, due to that small motion delay that I feel. I've tried everything, even changed the motherboard and cpu, but no success... I don't know if this is just a weird feeling that I'm having but I just want things to be as it used to be and not feel that weird motion delay feeling... Does anyone had an issue like developerbook that? Can anyone help me pls? I'm really sad...

I bought the Kraken v3 pro last month to replace my aging man o war headset and noticed the moment I opened the box that this new headset wasn't a true over ear headset like every headset I've bought the past 20 years. I've asked everyone I could at Razer if this is the new size they are going with on all headsets from here on out or not, but haven't received any kind of answer. This seems to be the last place I can ask. Has Razer gone to the "one size fits most" style like every other manufacturer out there or is this size reduction only on the kracken v3 pro? I'm asking as a concerned patron of Razer since it directly effects whether or not I can remain a customer. The previous size allowed me to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but the new size has forced me down to about an hour due to the discomfort of pressure on my ears. Hoping someone has an answer, thanks

For starters I've been buying RAZER headsets since the beginning, and have always enjoyed the audio quality. I've also been very happy with the true over ear design of every RAZER headset I've bought, until now. The thx is interesting, but running it regular works better depending on the input from the source. Now one thing to note about the kraken v3 pro is they are smaller than their predecessors. All of the previous headsets I've bought were true over ear headsets where this one is "one size fits most" like every other brand out there. So comfort is now an issue for me. I used to be able to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but not these. They press on the cartilage and cause pressure sores. Keep in mind this won't be true for everyone but is true for those of us with slightly larger ear sizes. I do like that you can run the different settings (thx or non thx) depending on what I'm listening to though the switching capability of the headset is a little clunky. The headset

Hello everyone! I am considering buying the mentioned model with Intel i7 11800H RTX 3060 and 65W battery. However, after doing quite a lot of research there seems to be quite many disappointed users, especially regarding the batterylife, thermals and the lifespan of the laptop. So the questions are: Can I expect the laptop to last for years with proper use, or is the average somewhere near 2 years? Is the laptop good for studying as the battery is reported to only last for like an hour or two without the charger (via users xender)? Can I connect the laptop to two external monitors via Lenovo Thinkpad Docking station gen 2 with both power cables plugged in, or does this damage the battery? Is 1899€ a reasonable deal for this laptop? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Got my shiny Blade 17 with the Thunderbolt 4 Chroma dock (recommended accessory at purchase). Dock's power supply isnt enough to power the Blade 17 (understandable) so I use the adapter that came with the system to provide the power at my desk. I wanted to just go buy a second 280w power adapter to use for traveling, except that doesn't exist in Razer's store. How can I get a second 280w power supply (other than buying a second laptop)??

Not sure where I should post this but I'm just here to express my disappointment in the fact that the above-mentioned controller (which costs £150) doesn't have Synapse support. Seems like a massive oversight on Razer's behalf and I definitely won't be buying any more of their controllers if this is going to be the case with any future releases I honestly can't think of a single good reason as to why Razer would have done this. You might as well just buy an RGB controller for a 5th of the price considering you can't link the Wolverine V2 Chroma with your PC gear anyway

I have a brightness control on my keyboard and it is not changing the brightness. I've tried manually adjusting it through the settings on Windows 10, but I do not see a slider. The nightlight setting also doesn't work. All drivers are up to date and did not have this issue until I reformatted my computer. Hello, I just bought a razer blade 17 laptop from 2021 (rz09-0406AGA3) from someone else, and when i got home i found out that I have a german keyboard layout instead of the normal US layout. Since razer doesn't sell keycaps, I was wondering if someone knows where to get those key caps, or maybe even an entire keyboard with US layout so that i can switch the key caps myself. having issues getting the lights setup due to only have 3 ports and only being able to have 120 lights per port. If i could figure out what the connection that's used to attached each strip together (I know its a 3 pin something, but hopefully knows exactly what I need so I can extend the reach between light strips. If I am unable to figure that out, has anyone used 2 wireless controllers and been able to use them successfully? What i was told is that Synapse will only recognize 1 but control both?

So a while ago my secondary hard drive crapped out and i took my computer to best buy geek squad because that’s where i bought it. he said since it’s the secondary hard drive my files will mostly be saved. fast forward and i get my laptop and it’s completely wiped and he tells me they must’ve had to wipe it because it wouldn’t reformat windows correctly. well i noticed a bit later that the homescreen doesn’t have the razer background anymore and razer synapse isn’t downloaded. i re-installed it but it won’t even open. and now i notice that my battery icon isn’t even showing in the bottom right anymore. it’s like my laptop thinks it’s a regular windows computer. any way to fix this?

Does anyone have any thoughts on this laptop? I like that it’s a relatively low key laptop that appears to also have the performance of the other gaming laptops. Does anyone have any thoughts on its build quality or battery life? I’d be using this primarily for work with the omegle occasional gaming.
