Hello! I really like my Cynosa keyboard but for me, it would be even much better if the keyboard legs would be higher /longer and therefore you would have a different angle/pitch. All I found online were 1:1 replacement legs, but nothing "longer/higher". Does anyone have an idea where to find such? Thanks Georg

I have the older Razer Turret (RZ84-01330) and misplaced the power supply to the charging station in our last move. What is a compatible power supply for this as I don't see it as an option to purchase directly from Razer?

I bought a new Brydge Stone dock to use with my Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2018). When the dock is connected to the USB-C port of the Blade, I get the monitor (which is connected by a USB-C to HDMI cable from the dock) but no other USB devices connected to the dock (keyboard, webcam, Gaming Pad, etc.) are available to the Blade. All my other laptops (HP, Lenovo, Surface) all have no issues with this dock and provide me monitor and all USB peripherals. Ideas?

Hi, Recently I purchased a Razer Blade Stealth 13 with an OLED screen, which is an awesome device. However the battery life is very poor and conventional power banks wont charge it and most power banks are not compatible. Could anybody recommend a decent power bank or a battery pack for this. The controller has been in use on ps4 for months and is fine but whenever i try connect it to my pc through usb it connects but doesn't work with games. But for some reason it still works with steam, and when i plug my controller in it functions fine. I have tied just about everything if u could let me know how i could get this to work it would be very useful.

I have only seen a screenshot of it with the V3 Pro. Any idea on a release date on the v3 wired/standard version?

Cats have claws. A nice kevlar chair cover fitted to their gaming chair models would be awesome. Slap Sneki Snek all over it as a design suggestion.

I'm trying to play warzone, but the screen is like a third of the whole Razer Blade 14 screen and I can't play on that small of a screen, can someone help me?

Just bought the V2 Kishi and I'm honestly pretty impressed. It has its shortcomings, and it definitely felt overpriced, but it definitely manages to make emulation on my pixel 4a feel pretty great. I can even fit it on my phone without removing the case that I use, so that is a nice bonus. However, I really do wish Razer, or anyone would make a product like thsi with a more full grip like an full sized xbox controller, but split in half. Ergonomics are pretty important to me, and while the v2 isn't terrible, it is definitely https://vlc.onl not optimal. I'd also love to have more room so that the right analog could be shifted away from the face buttons. As it is my thumb rests almost directly on top of that right stick. Would also love to see razer add hall sensors for the sticks on future models. If this thing gets drift any time soon, then the cost of it really can't be justified.

Just wanted to mention this. I came from the 2021 Blade (I use the 17" models exclusively for reference) and honestly my biggest gripe was the keyboard. I was pretty excited for the performance gains on the i9 (I do a lot of rendering) but the keyboard was kind of my "sleeper feature" that I was hoping would really impress me and it totally has. The reduction in spacing between keys hit the spot and I consider this keyboard right there with my 2021 MBP keyboard or my MX Keys on my desktop tweakbox. It should be known that I am not a big mechanical fan, so the style of Razer's laptop keyboards really hit the spot for me. I think my favorite Razer keyboard has been the Ornata because it's a fake mechanical one haha. So this is all preference obviously. But the 2021 -> 2022 evolution feels objectively better. I know 2021 models go on sale and may seem appealing, but if you're a stickler for keyboards, I think the price difference is worth it. Your results may vary!

My c and v keys stopped responding. First intermittently, and now permanently. I tried every support step I could find; cleaning, exiting demo mode / factory reset, purging macros, resetting profile, Razer and Windows updates, deactivating synapse, the whole works. I am only 3 months outside the warranty period. Am I SOL or is there a final remedy I can try? I was hoping to keep this keyboard much longer...

Ive owned my wolverine chroma v2 since they released it and about last month noticed the paddle for jump would sometimes stop working. It has gotten to the point that it works once in a blue moon. Any possible reason as to why the button is messing up. The rest of the buttons on the face, and the rest of tge paddles are fine. Is there an easy fix? And does my controller come with a warranty? I love this controller and would hate for it to be messed up

So im a little unhappy with razer option for monitors with the 360 hz laptop. I get two choices 60 hz or 360 hz. but cross-play uses 120 hz or 153 hz max im guessing not 100% sure. Im wondering what other customer think razer should offer. Should we be allowed to choose between 1 hz options or just common monitor options. right now i have an extra monitor i want to run at 144 hz but the laptop only runs at 60 hz when connected. This make me angry. Why can a laptop that supports upto 360 hz not run a monitor at 144hz. Should windows or razer software allow customer more choice for the internal or external monitors. should they have a cross-play option that run monitor at the maxium hz aloud in cross-play or just setup to 120 hz. How many would like to sign a letter for customer service telling them the option they would like to see. Angry customer who can not setup external monitor at 144 hz. Wondering why its still not been update 20 years later?? I must not be the only on

I have the the mouse plugged into the USB, nothing is working tho. The power is on, but also when I have it pugged in it doesn't show up on razer synapse. Idk what to do, I do have an extra mouse but I would like to save the razer mamba because I like it more than the basilisk.

Hi, I've been trying to play Counter Strike Global Offensive recently and have been having strange issues with mouse lag where my mouse becomes very very slow and makes random movements on this game specifically. I've used my old mouse (Naga Hex V2) which also had the same issue and I've reinstalled drivers etc with no avail. I switched to an older mouse I had that wasn't a razer product and this fixed my issue, however I would prefer to be able to use my Naga Trinity that I'm using right now due to the capability of setting up macros. Anyone know any methods to fix this? (I've messed with CS:GO Settings and decided something to do with the mouse has to be the issue).

Ok, so I'm having this issue on two different Wolverine V2 Chroma controllers. The way that the USB-C connector is designed/made allows it to slightly wiggle from side to side when using the controller. This has been causing the controllers to disconnect from the PC/Console during use. Very frustrating when playing games that don't pause, like Destiny 2 or The Division 2. If the controller had a "lip" around where the connection was, or a recessed port like the Wolverine Ultimate, then this wouldn't happen, as the cable would be held in place more securely. I guess this would be a "fix" implemented in V2.5 or V3.0 of the series, as it would take changing the controller housing, which means a manufacturing change...

Hi, it seems the profiles * Auto * Standard * High have little to no difference in RPM. I am looking for a function to manually adjust fan speed for given temperature. Is that possible to implement..? Alternatively a Fan Speed setting named * Quiet would be helpful too, because the noise is uncontrollable and uneasy Sone. I tried decompiling and looking into the apk source, I found some settings however they are quite complex, for what the cooler actually regulates..

What color sequence is shown by default on the Basilisk Ultimate if you just plug it in with no Synapse software installed? It looks as if it cycles through the colors. Thanks for any info.
