Hello, I will write it short and straight to the point. Issue: Laptop is overheating because of bad cooling settings. Solution: Allow people to create a fan curve in synapse or hire someone to do that. Issue: Synapse performance modes are bad. You can set Balanced and a Manual Fan speed, but when using custom, you can't select the fan speed and setting the CPU to medium doesn't do anything, it still runs at high clock speed Solution: Allow people to select the fan speed on custom settings, even better, add a fan curve. Issue: Bad fan exhaust Solution: Create a better lid that doesn't block the rear exhaust, many laptops do it, where the back is clearly open and can dump hot air instead blowing it onto a lid.

Hello, I was looking around for good headphones and accidentally heard the black shark headphones and bought them because the sound quality was better than I thought. (Fun of sound rather than resolution?) But I'm curious about the function of the volume knob on the headphones. Would the volume be 0-100? If I turn up the volume more than half, will the gain be applied? (0 - 100 - 150?) I think the volume control knob inside the headphones will not perform well, so I think it would be better to adjust the headphone amplifier's knob...

Hello. My Pro click just died!!! RZ01-0299 No lights not charging nothing! As I'm reading there is a lot of same problems and even after 3 months of use. FIX: Ok this was just strange. I turned off the mice and plug it in adapter to charge. Then I started to put the cable in charger and out and while doing this I turned the mouse ON. And it started to work!!! So If this is the solution for "DEAD MICE" I hope someone can bring the mice from the dead...

Hey Everyone, So I ordered my first ever Respawn shaker and pack of Blue Raspberry drink mix. So far I have had one pack of mix and I really like the flavor. The shaker does a good job keeping my drinks cold and really mixed the Respawn up good. So I can say I am a fan of Respawn now.

Suggestion: How about some "classic" Razer product releases? Examples: - 19 programmable button wired NAGA along the 2014/2016 design, but with updated internal hardware inside. - The old Blackwidow keyboard with the five left side macro buttons on it. - The 2013 or 2016 Chroma Tartarus with basic plastic hand-rest, but again, with updated internal components (Nostromo hand controller?). - etc. You saw what happened when Blizzard released Classic World of Warcraft: it was wildly popular. I bet there is a market for "classic" peripherals too. People are nostalgic and these products are already essentially developed and they weren't as intricate as some of the current products so the costs of production and thus the prices can be kept low and appealing. This would satisfy players that would love an updated version of their favorite peripherals and also profit Razer at the same time. A win-win for everyone. Just received notification from Razer Synapse that a BIOS update was required (5th July, 2022 - Australia) I followed the instructions to ensure all drivers were up to date, and then installed the BIOS update. System completed the update, shutdown. Then when I loaded up to the Windows 11 desktop and logged in, the start bar did not load and the screen showed the desktop (with trashcan) and nothing else, then immediately flashed white, then repeated over and over, never completing loading the OS. A hard shutdown and restart did not fix it, neither did a BIOS settings reset to factory. I have since done an F9 Recovery and everything is now working. Just have to install ALL of my apps again. Posting this in case anyone else gets into the same boat. Thanks, Shane.

Like many others, the battery on my Razer Blade 15 Base Model 2020 is swollen. I asked support for a replacement battery. The answer: "We noticed that your device has reached its end-of-serviceable life. This means that there are no longer parts available to perform the necessary repairs for the battery as this product has been retired by Razer. Although Razer can no longer repair your device, you may be able to find a local repair shop/service center that may still have parts available. We suggest you call around the shops in your area to see what can be done." I can get replacement parts from Lenovo for a 10 year old Thinkpad, but Razer is out of support after 2 years. Now I am looking for a reputable online shop for Razer spare parts. Does anyone have any recommendations for Europe?

So I need to upgrade my setup a bit, I have an old death adder mouse and my logi keyboard getting iffy so I wanna buy the Huntsman Mini, the Mamba Elite mouse and the Blackshark V2 X headphones, would these be good choices or are there better substitutes, been wanting to go all Razer as I have the nommo chroma speakers and I like Razer products so yeah

I recently purchased a Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma controller, and I wanted to give some feedback on some aspects of the companion software 'Razer Controller Setup For Xbox' that I believe could be easily improved. The software allows you to map the 'Multi-Function Buttons' on the Wolverine V2 Chroma to any of the regular controller buttons, or the 'Sensitivity Clutch' feature which, while you hold the button down, will decrease the associated analog stick's sensitivity, making fine movements much easier. However, as the Multi-Function Button must be continuously held to use the Sensitivity Clutch, it is very difficult to actually use effectively; None of the Multi-Function Buttons on the Wolverine V2 Chroma seem designed to be held down continuously. A Toggle option in the Sensitivity Clutch Settings on the 'Thumbstick Sensitivity' menu would easily rectify this, making the feature far more useful. Such a feature would definitely need to be disabled by default, as people who didn't k
