I recently moved from an Alienware case to a Razer case. Dell's AIO cooler is super noisy because it was built to go in a more confined case. I want to replace it and allegedly the Hanbo was supposed to come out in November. It's now November 30 and I still can't find anywhere to buy it. Could we please get an update on this?

I have been gaming for a long time, went to consoles and got tired of that and back to play with the big boys. That being said, I decided to build my own pc yet again and wanted to go with Razer for most of the components. The Tomahawk case doesn't say if it comes with a PSU or not , lists no electrical info so I called in to double check and to see what PSU they recommended. After 15 minutes asking the question if it came with a PSU the lady asks me if I want to know about fans. OMG, head is about to explode...so I wound up here looking for suggestions :) Anyhow...any suggestions on Power Supply for the ATX Tomahawk case? The Razer PSU isn't out yet, but not sure when that releases.

Anyone else getting a Razer updater at boot up that fails? I went to the website and reinstalled all Razer SW and it seems to have stopped. Thought it was strange. Have a good day!

Hello dear community, sadly while a very important event was going on when typing something I accidentally did the FN+Y shortcut on my Razer Huntsman Mini v2 and it turned off my PC. Now it actually caused PTSD now where I'm scared of typing so my PC doesn't turn off. I have many products from Razer and I even checked on my DevPC if the Huntsman TE also has that shortcut. I was really angry and now I'm scared and sad that I missed 1min before the event ended because my PC turned off.

Hi I've recently got an Razer Ripsaw Capture card, but I will admit that I have no prior experience with using capture cards or other recording/streaming equipment; but I've gotten the device set up properly in OBS so it is capturing Video and Audio from my PS4 (after a lot of bumbling around.) I was just writing here to see if anybody had some advice for any advance settings beyond what's said in the instructions. My computer is not the best in the world for recording, nor do I know much advanced info about computers that I probably should. I want to make shagle the captures look as nice as possible omegle , while not overheating my computer. any advice?

Hi I am having issues to upgrade my ram on my Razer base 2020 model. i have brought https://uk.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct18385858 For some reason every-time I install it I get on to the razed screen and then it crashes… i can get into the bios shows the correct ram amount just not at the correct speed On website it says it’s compatible but why isn’t it working ?

A few days ago while aimtraining I noticed that my DPI is higher than it is supposed to be. My DPI seems to be at around 800 and whatever I do, I can't lower or increase it in Synapse. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse twice now and also manually deleted my mouse's drivers in Device Manager multiple times with no results. On the other hand Macros and Chroma lighting work as they should. I also looked up firmware updates for it, but my efforts were to no avail.

Kinda dumb question but I wanted to make sure before I buy: Can I use only 1 earbud while leaving the other one in the charging case?

Just wonder, if I am going to use PD charger to charge my Razer Blade 15 Advance. What is the minimum watts for the charger ?? I did try my Macbook Pro 15 charger, which is 67W. But after I plugged it in, the laptop does not show any charging.

I would like to purchase 4 of these mice but before I do, can anyone tell me if the new V2 and associated software allow the saving of color profiles to the mouse. Example- I wish to change the color to a static green and have it stay at that when I am not using the Synapses software. I take my mouse to friends homes to game who do not use Razer software. I see that the two wireless headsets "Kaira" and "Kaira Pro" for Xbox have EQ options that you can customize on an Xbox Series S/X but I wanted to know if you could do the same on the wired "Kaira X" headset.

So i have been looking into a razer tartarus pro. Has anyone used this item before or who has it and would you recommend it? I would love a razer keyboard but i am really happy with the keyboard that i have at the moment but was looking at the tartarus for comfort and convenience. Hey all, I'm new to the Razer community, having just picked up a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard and a Viper Mini mouse, and I am LOVING it! Anyone else have the same setup? I've also been eyeing that new Basilisk v3 :smile_: - any thoughts? I'm really enjoying the size/weight of the Viper mini but something about the shape of the Basilisk just LOOKS appealing. I recently pre-ordered a Razer Blade 17: https://www.razer.com/.../Razer-Blade-17/RZ09-0423PEF3-R3U1 and I'm looking for recommendations on a leather messenger laptop bag that'll fit this 0.78" x 10.24" x 15.55" (19.9 mm x 260 mm x 395 mm) laptop. My favorite brand, KNOMO of London, doesn't make a messenger bag wide enough. Their Bungo is called 15.6", but that's (apparently) measured diagonally. THANKS! – Dave
