Hello there can someone help me my razer huntsman mini works for like 30 minutes and then disconnects itself. I dont use Razer synapse 3. Please help

So as you all probably know Razer has a history of making mouses that most likely won't last 2 years. I've been searching and saw countless people with broken Razer products and especially broken mouses. However in the last time I've seen this far less and Razer themselves seem to theoretically make the mouses with the https://19216811.cam/ longest lifespan with 70m clicks. Of course that's a lie as they won't make mouses that you can easily use for 15+ years, but is Razer an okay choice if I'd buy a mouse now? I specifically mean the Deathadder V2 or the Basilisk V2 in that regard out of which one will probably be my choice.

Hi, I just bought a Razer 17 and I would like to upgrade the storage to the maximum (8TB). The specifications say this: "Gen4 NVMe upgradeable to 4TB + Open M.2 Slot (Supports 2-sided NVMe Drive), upgradeable to 4TB SSD" I guess that means the first slot can only take a single sided SSD. I can't find this info on a lot of product pages. I'm also confused about heatsinks and whether I need to install one with them. Basically, I would like to know exactly which products I can put in each slot. Links to the product pages would be appreciated. Not concerned about price and the faster the better. Thanks!

HI Folks; I am looking for recommendations on a good mouse from Razer. Im a sorta big guy -- 5'11 320, and I have big hands -- thumb to pinky is 9 inches, wrist to fingertip is 8.5 inches -- At work I use a basic plantronics mouse, and right now for my home pc I use a Inland wired mouse -- which is making me crazy, the wire is always getting tangled etc. I want to buy a new mouse, but I need one that will fit my hand -- I already have some carple tunnel, and I want to avoid more if I can. -- What do you suggest? Proprietary "universal" usb cables this absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. I'm sure it's been said here and many other places but I feel it needs to be said again. I have ALWAYS been a Logitech user. I never really wanted to change. Except when my G13 gamepad started to fail me and for some completely unknown reason they won't continue making them or make new models. I did quite a bit a research (obviously not enough) to find an all around system. I hate running multiple apps in the background just to have different companies mouse and keyboard. So I switched all of my peripherals to Razer. For Razer to make "universal" cables into propriety is not just sad, it's a desperate call for a class action lawsuit. Hello, since my battery overcharging / bloating Razer locked thread and got in touch for a (chargeable) out of warranty repair because battery warranties only extend to 1 year and I was 2 and a bit years into my ownership. I'd like to set aside whether this should require a chareable repair or covered under warranty, a thread on that will go no-where an I also suspect would be locked. But on reflection and with the benefit of hindsight I missed several the warning signs of failure while I was still under warranty and I just wished I'd acted sooner so I am posting here some of the warning signs so that other users can perhaps catch in-warranty and not be caught as I was. Hello! I’m wanting to buy the Basilisk and I know it’s excepcional on the PC, but I play Minecraft casually on the PS4 and just prefer using keyboard and mouse over the controller. I know DeathAdder V2 Pro also has bluetooth capability, thus making the process of changing between the PC and PS4 more seemingly. Hello I would like you to tell me how to access the Mic tab which is part of the Mic parent tab so for the Microphone volume of the Razer series headsets so for the microphone as it appears on gamerprobe.com , because for me in any case unfortunately these tabs do not appear by default , The 01st photo is the current configuration but with a lack of tabs, and the 02nd photo is from a gamerprobe.com press article but is precisely as I would like it to be and therefore appear to me.

This is hugely disappointing. I just received my Basilisk V3 and was shocked to find out that the lighting profiles don't save to the onboard memory. Please make this possible via firmware update as it's the only reason I would want or need to use the profiles. I find it hard to believe this isn't standard functionality.
