Hello, I purchased the Razer Orochi v2 and installed Synapse on Win 11. With my old Roccat Kone I could press the "Mouse Button 4" and then scrolling the wheel would scroll the volume slider. In Synapse I can't see this option and I dont want to waste 2 mouse buttons for volume up or down. Is there a way to use the wheel to do that? Thank you!

My question is, why are there no ps5 scuf controllers to buy from razer… I once read something about a patent But I’m not sure. does anyone know if there will be any ps5 razer scuf ? and if so, when? Thx for every answer :)

Hi, I just bought a headset as above and when i plug it in, it wont show up on the synapse as a device. I've tried registering the product, restarting my computer multiple time, followed the razer troubleshooting guides and it still wont work. My keyboard deathadder mouse and blackwidow keyboard are detected no problem. The reason i'm trying to add the device is because i want to see if i'm able to adjust the EQ settings for the headset. Any advice? Thank you

HELP!!! The usb receiver (used for wireless range extension) on my charging dock for the Razer Viper Ultimate doesn't work. It's not registering the USB when it's plugged into it at all. Is there a way to fix this or is the charging dock just faulty?

So i have the Viper for about a month now and this very strange problem. Windows fails to recognise the Viper 8Khz when i lift it up. What happens is this: as soon as i lift the mouse, windows disconnects and reconnects the mouse several times in a row until a windows error message comes, saying that windows failed to recognize the usb device. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the mouse drivers AND synapse 3 a dozen times now. I have a Windows 10 64 bit system. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx.

My cat chewed through my Razor BlackShark V2 X Gaming cable. Is there some way to get this repaired/ replaced ?

I just wanted to take the time to recognize the support team at Razer. I am always blown away with not only Razer products but with the customer support. They helped me look for a replacement power cable that was currently out of stock. I had to pack up and move on very short notice. (1 hour maybe 2) and had lost my cable to my speakers which added a lot more stress since I need my speakers to do some work from home and online courses for my job. Razer's support team was able to relieve that stress and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again!

So, rn I'm using a Blackshark v2 and it's giving some problems so I wanna change it. I had Kraken and Nari ultimate before. the Kraken was fine I liked it a lot while the Nari (I love the style) I'm not really a wireless type of person so it was all new to me cause it took me 12h to fully charge probably and worked for only 4-5h(idk if it's normal tbh). Also, I couldn't mute myself when I was using it wired https://100001.onl/ but only wireless(or is it just me?). Anyway I was going for Kraken v3 but I was also tempted to go Nari again xD (I just love the model too much I know it's stupid) I don't really need anything fancy tbh just a good headset to play lol and use discord. Sorry if what I typed makes you triggered but I'm a noob when it's about these things xD

In todays world, we all like to game and also work from our battle stations. The problem I’m having lately is either kids running into my home office panicking because they are out of cereal or coworkers running up to my desk with no respect to my workspace. Tom walks away and figures out his issue by googling it instead of asking you. I wonder if the Razer software could talk to Microsoft teams for automatic status updates as well. Hi Hey all, Im looking to buy an MMO mouse. I came across the Razer Naga Pro and the design + swappable panels seem to fit what I want. However, I am aware that razer has had a lot of quality issues with their gaming mice. I haven't owned a razer mouse before, so Id like to know after months (or years, I'm not sure when it was released) of use, have owners of the Naga Pro had any issues? I read are that there are double clicking issues, mouse being irresponsive, software is buggy/ not supported etc. I'm not looking for affirmation or anything, I'm just looking for an honest review. I will greatly appreciate everyone's help on this since its quite an expensive mouse, especially in my currency. Thanks in advance!

I have a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed and have been using the special DPI button on the mouse to switch between precision aiming and normal mouse DPI, but I've found it's positioned terribly and I often move the mouse around when I try to click it. Is it possible to configure a keyboard shortcut to replace it's function? As in, to switch between DPI profiles from the keyboard instead? I don't have a Razor keyboard, however.

Hi guys Hi, I bought a leviathan V2 yesterday, but I wonder if this soundbar already featured THX Spatio Audio in it, or I have to buy THX app on razer store? I've tried to active THX via Synapse app, and I haven't seen any much difference between stereo and THX. On the other hand, when I use THX on THX Spatio App, I can feel the sound is louder and more lively. Can anyone explain me why? Wish you a good day

So I recently upgraded my RAM to 64gb on t force delta rgb TUF. I originally had two sticks of 16x2 and then doubled that. However i got the original sticks a couple years back and maybe the new ones are different? They are exactly the same model but a slightly different skew number i think. The computer did have to do a RAM reboot sequence when I started it after putting in the two sticks but it was working fine. However now during loading screens and some intensive games, my youtube videos lag on my other monitor.

I have some questions regarding the performance of this laptop. I currently have the newest Razer 15 with the i9 3080Ti variant, I have seen that the razer blade 17 received a GPU wattage update via the BIOS. I was wondering if there any plans similarly for the 2022 razer blade 15 models. Although the performance is great, it’s a bit daunting that for 300 dollars more in estimation, I can get 20-30% performance boost and larger screen variant. It under performs in that segment. This isn’t by any means a negative concept, just from a logical user perspective, it’s illogical the strong differences between the 2 in terms of performance. Are there any plans for such an upgrade? , even 10-15 watts additional can make it reach a moderate level in a smaller chassis.

I recently got a Razer Edge Pro 128gb model off eBay with some issues. Bad battery of course and none of the accessories. However the biggest issue is the apparently corrupted SSD. This was stated in the ad but I'm not sure how to deal with it. I have tried getting into the bios to set to boot from an external drive but have only been able to get into the bios screen once. Not sure what I did to get in either. I've seemingly tried all the function keys on a keyboard I have plugged in but all I get is a EFI Shell prompt. Does anyone know for sure what key combo gets into the bios screen on this?

So I posted here a while back about how my keyboard lights under some keys quit working. Now it seems I have keys themselves that dont work without either hitting them a few times or seriously heavy application of force. Mostly hitting them again and again, key, media keys, z key, even the windows key seems to be going. Customer service gave me the rundown of use with and without the software, reinstall software etc, and how since I dont have the recipte anymore they cant RMA. So my question to you all is have many of you had these issues? I used an old Saitek for almost 12 years until it died, and this has me wondering if mechanicals inherently die faster.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to express myself about an idea I've been having over the past few days. I personnaly use an Elite Series 2, and when looking at all the shine and glamour on my desk, I thought to myself... what if the controller dock was all flashy too? So that is my suggestion, to just remake the controller dock that comes with the Elite, but just add a light strip to the bottom, similar to the Base Station v2.
