Hey everyone, I got something to discuss with my ROG QD-OLED monitor conflict with Axon while I'm scrolling to view live wallpaper like, constant flicker or some sort of distorted screen of my whole screen.But once I closed the program, the issue stopped. Also one more thing is, the Axon program worked perfectly fine for my ROG Scar 18 laptop except for my PC monitor.I'm a fan of live wallpaper but this kind of issue is really irritating. Does anyone know what could cause these problems? Not sure if my specs are related but I used ASRock MB. 

My Orochi V2 suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought it is the battery issue, but after replacing it, the mouse still shows no battery indicator LED when powered on. I also tried a firmware update, but when it reached the step of connecting the mouse to BT, the process failed because the pairing indicator on the mouse was not blinking. Is there anything else I can try to fix it, or is it completely dead? Thank you.

I have a Cobra from about 1.5 years ago, though it has a problem with the scrollwheel (it goes up and down randomly when trying to scroll). If I blow really hard it fixes the issue temporarily.I used to use from another brand that starts with L that had frequent issues with double clicking from main and side buttons, so I switched to Razer because of optical switches (I live in a humid place with a decent amount of dust, so I’m prone to getting this kind of issues a few months after I start using a mouse). But I got this problem with the scrollwheel.Does Razer have any Mice without the scrollwheel issue? Or am I destined to blow into the scrollwheel every now and then.

Hi everyone,I like to use the separate chat input for music or streams and I was wondering if the EQ you can set up in Synapse also apply to this input. The reason I'm asking this is because the chat input seems slightly louder which would make sense considering the EQ I'm using lowers a few bands.  Also another side question but all the different EQ profiles in Synapse have disappeared besides the default one, it’s not much of an issue as I don’t use multiple profiles anyway but I was wondering how to fix that  Thank you your answers 

Hello, last week i noticed that my barracuda x had a problem, when they were on Bluetooth mode there is no sound although the connection seems fine.I tried it on my pc and my phone and it still has the same issue . I also noticed that when i connect it wtih a cable on my pc it works just fine . Any suggestions ?

There's no option to switch to hybrid mode in the BIOS. Will this feature be added in the future, or have I just wasted over €2000? Regards Oh yes, one more thing. Hi, I have lost the usb dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. I have tried searching online for the replacement and found few option on eBay but I’m not sure about trusting them. Is there any way I could get an official replacement dongle from Razer? I’m willing to pay for it as it is out of warranty. 

Hey folks, I would appreciate your help on the following issue. So I’ve been a big fan of Razer Blackwidow Chroma in Deus Ex variant, so much so that I have been using it since 2019, but my current one died on me. Incredibly enough I managed to acquire another one in 2025, which I’ve put to use last week, but I have one problem, I can see that as soon as Synapse initializes, the new keyboard loses backlighting. When I do have backlighting, it’s only the default colors switching, not the special effect I have created for my previous keyboard. Synapse still has this same keyboard model registered, but I guess it’s the previous one, and I have no idea how to update the model so Synapse understands it’s the same model but another keyboard. I have registered my products in my Razer profile with no problems. What secret menu or shortcut am I missing? Appreciate your insights.

this is ridiculous. First time I purchased the keyboard i had synapse 4. It worked for a bit but then stopped working. I installed synapse 3 and it worked more or less. The software kept bugging me that i need to upgrade to 4, so i did. In 4 this keyboard does not save the profile lights. It keeps resetting the brightness to 0 for rapip trigger. Cannot get to store the setting.  Rarely detects pubg, but after the game starts it switches back so profile links don’t work. Now, my keyboard disappeared from synapse so i cannot re enable the lights. I need the lights to see some less used keys. I said i would not buy any more hardware from Razer, but this is really the last one. 

Hey everyone, since Synapse 2.0 support ended, my keyboard and mouse have been temporarily disconnecting while I'm playing online games, and sometimes I've had to unplug the cable. I'm so used to my mouse that I don't want to look for an alternative. What do you recommend? Please help, I'm desperate. 

I have a Wolverine wired, sometimes the gun just pulls to the right and ignored input for like a split second, messing me up.Any ideas?

I have a Razer Naga Epic model number Rc30-005101 which sadly there is no firmware available on Razer website for mice older than 2018. My mouse has major drift and I would like to see if getting the latest firmware would make a difference. I recently upgraded to windows 11 so all my drivers are gone from my original machine. Hello,I play Knight Online and I'm looking for a hardware-level input solution, not a software-based one.My current setup:I use a Bloody keyboard for skill macros.For example, when I press the 3 key, the keyboard continuously casts the skill in a 3R 3R 3R pattern.This part works flawlessly and I don't want to change it. What I want to add:I want to use another keyboard feature or a second device (e.g., a Razer keyboard) to control movement simultaneously.Desired behavior (very clear):When I HOLD DOWN the 3 key:The keyboard should send the W key as DOWN (pressed) and keep it pressed continuously.While W is pressed, my Bloody keyboard should continue sending 3R 3R 3R.In other words, the move (W) and skill (3R spam) should work simultaneously and smoothly.When I RELEASE the 3 key:The keyboard should immediately make the W key UP (released).The move should stop immediately.Critical requirements:W must be genuinely held down, not press-and-release/spam.There should be no delay, no W up/down

I got euro sign to work on M1 button with an key binding in synapse, but maybe better to put the Euro sign on the alt 5 button or better still a dedicated button on this very high priced keyboard…. :( 

I've had kraken v3 pro for 3 years now. I loved how far I could go away from my PC I was getting over 30ft. The day I got Basilisk v3 pro 35k a few months back my headset distance was cut in half.  That is all. I am sad...

Good day. I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse for about 1 month, and during operation I noticed that the backlight corner, next to the button where the additional Hyperspeed button is located, sometimes strangely blinks a barely noticeable red color.Does anyone know what is going on? Is the problem hardware or software?I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the problem persists.The mouse itself works fine, so the problem is not critical, but I would still like to know what is going on. Sharp unexpected blinks, especially in the dark, are sometimes strange. A video with an example of blinking is attachedApproximately 20 to 23 seconds and 32 to 38.

I have had a razor keyboard for a little over a year purchasing the specific model I got for the key feature of which was that it has the onboard memory, I have tried this out and the memory only seems to work with computers that have the razer software installed and not on other devices, which feels like the feature it trying to imply. I have really been happy with the product as a keyboard for my laptop but was hoping to also use it with some of my other devices which do not support synapse.
