The Razer Armory

Greetings, I am looking for support to determine what I should do from here with my Razer Blade 14.  I’ve gone through as many of the steps as I am able to recover this laptop.  I’ve done the following to help resolve this issue, but believe I am at a point where assistance is needed. 1) Replaced CMOS battery with one from Rome Tech -- no change.2) Pulled M.2 from the machine and was able to access from another PC.3) Formatted the M.2, reinstalled in Razer Blade 14, and created a UEFI USB to boot the factory reset image from. 4) Followed all instructions, pressed F12 on boot to select UEFI. Will immediately ask again what drive to boot from when hitting enter, then continues into a boot loop. 5) Tried F9 to enter recovery, met with the following error, “The preloaded image is not suitable to current system. Error code: PI480.” As mentioned, I formatted the main drive to install a fresh OS, but did not pull any logs or data other than personal stuff from the OneDrive folder.  Please adv

Hi All, just wondering if anyone in the communuity can figure out why this gif cuts out halfway through the KIrby animation and loops back to the start with mario on the Razer Control Hub for the Kraken v4 Pro. its a really cool gif and its not cutting any other gifs out for some reason. The file size is within the perameters and it lets me actually upload the gif itself. Hi! I have an almost 16 year old, he has a gaming PC and plays a lot of online games - mostly from Steam, he plays lots of POV shooter, I know he's played Cult of the Lamb and Baldersgate, also Marvel Infinity. Seems to be mostly shooting stuff idk.For Christmas has asked for a good gaming mechanical keyboard and mouse. I know that Razer is a "good" brand, but I'm a bit lost with so many options and differences in price.E.g. Razer BlackWidow V4 75% - Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Phantom Green) Keyboard for $359 VsRazer Ornata V3 Low Profile RGB Mecha-Membrane Gaming Keyboard $89He hasn't asked for anything else this year so I am open to spending the money if its worth it, also want to make sure it can be cleaned (teenagers =gross) and will last a few years. I'm thinking wired is best for gaming? Any suggestions hugely appreciated!

I’m finding the surface of the scroll wheel too rough like sandpaper. I do massive amounts of scrolling so you can imagine the state of the skin on my fingers after using this mouse for a few hours. Did they have to add prickly spikes? Is there a replacement wheel that is more forgiving?

Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, after the computer starts up, the keyboard does not work until I launch the Synapse software.

I’ve been dealing with these annoying session resets lately on a couple of apps — everything randomly logs out or shows “session expired” even though my connection is fine. What’s weird is that it doesn’t happen on all apps, mostly just the heavier ones.It kinda reminds me of how some mobile games handle performance and network stability. For example, when testing builds like CarX Street APK (https://carxstrtapk.com/) I noticed that some devices throttle or aggressively close background processes, which breaks login sessions.I’m wondering if Razer devices with tighter performance management might be doing something similar?Anyone else here experiencing random re-logins or session loops on apps? Could this be a RAM optimization or battery setting issue?Would love to hear if anyone found a fix or specific Razer settings that help.

Hello, I have a Razer blade stealth 2017 (i7 8550U) and I switched from Linux to Windows. When I installed the Windows Update drivers I got Dolby Atmos software automatically. Does this model haves native support for Dolby Atmos or it's a default software for Razer that will only equalize the sound?

I would like to know if Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro can fit the Razer Headset Case. I only find it can fit Razer Kraken  V3 Pro not metion the kitty version. Thanks.

Does anyone know if Wicked Cushions work on the new Black Shark V3? The V3 looks identical to the V2 and wanted to get a pair for the V3 as well. 

I'm a long-time Basilisk user with large hands who loves the shape and thumb rest, but the V3 Pro is way too heavy for competitive FPS. I’d love to see a Basilisk V4 Pro that keeps the ergonomic design but uses the new tech from the DeathAdder V4 Pro—like the 45K sensor, Gen-4 optical switches, and lighter build. Strip the RGB, drop the weight under 80g, and it could be a serious esports contender.

I were using Blackwidow chroma for nearly 8 years and sadly its coming end of its life. Some of the keys not pressing. Currently Im considering my options, I’ll be glad if you share your experiences.Option 1 : Blackwidow v4 X for 66€ Option 2 : blackwidow v3 tenkeyless for 50€ Option 3 : Open for suggestions around this price range( Im living in Turkey so prices can vary)

Hi, one of the corners on the slider has detached itself slightly which is super annoying to use since its rubbing the mat.I’ve tried googling for replacement sliders for my Razer Naga Left Handed but haven’t found any official sources. All I found is one seller on ebay and aliexpress, which doesn’t feel good.Is razer not providing replacement sliders for this mouse? Do I have to buy a new mice?!

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . But now i’m literally clueless about it.As i said, 90% of the time it doesnt wake up. ive also experienced it not working, then i gave it s

Hello, I have a Razer Ornata V2 I've had for a few years.Today, my += and F9 keys both stopped working for my PC. Yet, when I plug the keyboard into a different computer, like my laptop, the keys work there.Just for the added info, Synapse is installed on my PC, but not on my laptop.Help would be appreciated, thanks.
