Hello, I recently purchased the 11 port dock from razer since it was on sale and I was tired of constantly plugging stuff in when I am done taking my laptop to classes. The dock works fine on my old laptop ( omen 15 2020) but it doesnt work at all on my new laptop (tuf f16 2025). Has anyone else had a similar problem? maybe the dock only works on the first laptop it connects too? or maybe this is a hardware problem, any help appreiciated.

I just ordered Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) - Wireless Console Esports Headset - White - FRML Packaging and the item has arrived but I want to charge the battery but the cable I received is USB male to Type C female and the headphones are Type C female so how can I charge them?

Just recived my razer kraken v4 wireless headphones.  This is my 3d razer product.  And it is for the first time as they are not working from the box. Left ear is dead. I loaded the newest version of synapse, tryed without it. Updated Software. Tryeed to connect with cable and via Bluetooth. Connected to my pc, phone and tablet - same result. Left ear still dead. For a schort time it tryed to make some noise, but now still no any sound. So i am thinking it is the Programm failure. Is it possible to do something?  Or it is better Solution to send them back to the seller and to buy something else?

Even though my device has a dead zone of 0, there's a dead zone of 5% or more, and I can't get past this problem. Please help. You'll understand if you look at the bars.

My very first gaming mouse was the original Viper—the wired version with four side buttons. I can’t express how amazing it was, and those four side buttons were a very smart choice.I wanted to ask if there's any chance you might create a newer and wireless version of it, featuring the 3950 sensor and four side buttons. I would love if community could support me be liking this post and commenting it!

Dear Razer,PLEASE release an updated Tartarus with a full analog stick. The keys should be either mecha-membrane like the v2 or fully mechanical. I, like the majority of us, did not like the keys on the Pro. Seriously, the Tartarus v2 was almost perfect, but the d-pad on all THREE of the ones I purchased have issues. Please don’t allow me to buy an azeron, I want to stick with you guys!sincerely, a gamer dad

After almost 10 years my Tartarus is looking rough, i kinda thought by now there’d be an update so i can replace my current one.  is Razer allergic to money? Azeron is out there selling like hot cakes.  Can we get an official statement? Is the Tartarus discontinued? 

my favorite mouses are from razer because i dont have to push hard on the mouse bottuns. But the clicking sound is now driveing me crazy. the lastes post on silent click mouse is 3 years ago and i cant find the product they talk about.so what gaming mouse from razer has silent click  and i would like a silent gameing mini keyborad as well.plz link the mouse and keybord i need to buy . :-Dthank you Line HansenDenmark

Hallo zusammen . Ich hab hier ein Problem  mit meiner Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Tastatur und Synapse bzw. Chroma. Ich habe mir mit Chroma Studio zwei Profile erstellt eines für Desktop und eines für World of Warships. Wenn ich meinen Pc starte sollte eigendlich das Desktop Profil geladen werden. Es passiert aber nichts. Erst wenn ich Chroma öffne passiert etwas. Aber es wird dann das Profil geladen was zuletzt benutzt wurde. Heist, wenn ich zu letzt World of Warships gespielt habe wird das Profil geladen. Wie kann ich erreichen das beim Systemstart das Desktopprofil geladen wird?

I want to connect Blackshark v3 headset to MacBook (and smartphone) that doesn't have USB type A, so I want to know detailed requirements for USB cables and adapters. Below are what I need.- usb type c to type c cable for the 2.4G USB dongle- USB A to C adapter to convert the USB cable (A and C) shipped with the headsetAs you know USB cable price varies with capabilities.- USB 2 or USB 3- USB 3 gen 1 or gen 2- USB PD for power chargingSo what will be adequate for this use case?- for dongle, I guess USB 3 gen 2 without PD is ok, but wonder if gen 1 is enough- for wire cable, which also charges the headset, maybe USB 3 gen 1 without PD is enough?I searched the user guide and specifications but couldn't get the answer. Any help is appreciated.Thank you very much.
