I’ve recieved 2 codes from Razer via email, but when I enter them it says they couldnt be applied when they are valid. I’ve tried on the uk, eu and us sites, but none of them work.

It’s been a few years since I’ve grinded out Razer Silvers ever since I’ve gotten basically everything I’ve wanted.Also I’m curious what are some products that you’ve all been able to earn for free through Razer Silver and how long did it take, and what country you’re from to see if it makes a difference ! 

Does anyone know if the Hyperflux V2 Wireless Charging mouse mat will ever be released in the US? They only new ones I’ve found for sale are in the Middle East, and I don’t want to pay double (or more). Thanks!

my razer blackwidow v3 pro keyboard is doesnt light up blue, when i light up blue, it light up red, when i light up green and red, it perfectly works, i thougt blue leds are died. but if blue lights died, i think it doesnt lit up, but it lit up red, i didnt think it is broken, because it happened suddenly, can somebody help :(my warranty ended.   

I’ve had this keyboard about a year and a half and it just started doing this. I have all the keys set to purple, and they all are, with the exception of the “C” key, which stays red. I don’t really know what to do with this. The key works, just annoying. 

Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro headset. It sounds very good however i can't seem to modify my audio enhancement settings. Switching them on or off makes no difference in sound quality. I especially care about bass and Audio normalization. It instead forces me to use THX Spatial Audio, where i can modify those settings. 

Hi! I recently bought my first Razer product, a pair of Barracuda X (2022). Besides the slightly plastic feel, I've been very happy with them, but I have an issue when I use it with the USB C 2.4GHz-dongle in my Nintendo Switch. If the sound is low (Not low volume) it cuts out, like when background ambience sounds are the only thing playing https://100001.onl/ . In Breath of the Wild it happens when I'm looking at the menu or quest log, and the same happens in South Park: The Stick of Truth. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hello! I've had my Razer Iskur for awhile and it was good but last year it had a forward leaning tilt so I stopped using it.Forward a year later to today and my back has been hurting sitting on my kitchen chair and I'm wanting to use my Razer Iskur but I cannot figure out why it has a forward leaning tilt?I've searched online and people are saying its due to the base but my base is fine its the seat of the chair itself.When taken apart and the chair is on the ground it sits leaning a little back like it should but the minute I flip it so that the seat is now in the air I can put pressure on the front and it leans quite a bit unlike when I put pressure on the back it does not lean or tilt without me using the handle.My chair only has height adjustment, Lumbar Adjustment and the recline lever I do NOT have the tilt lever on the other side. Add as many details as possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

Hey all, just wanted to ask which mouse would be the best choice, the prices are all in cad. Razer viper v3 hyperspeed, Deathadder v3 and the Razer basilisk v3 all are 99.99 and the last mouse is the Razer cobra for 59.99. I’m also wondering if I should buy them in Amazon or from the official site. Last note is that I will get these around Black Friday so hopefully they will have discounts.

Can anyone recommend some Mac branded keycaps ? Can’t seem to find a whole set ,let alone the for the bottom row. I know razer on Mac is dumb, but I had this keyboard for when I was on pc , and now given the recent compatibility update seems like a good time to try and use it.

I’ve setup my PC completely new. Until recently I didn’t cared much about the sync. I’ve had everything synced before with a community application from GitHub I think. Is this still working with the new armoury crate from ASUS? Thanks in advance 

Hello all, I have been a fan of razer gear for a while and im a college student. I am hoping to try out for my college esports team for the first time. I’m planning on playing for the overwatch and COD team. I have been told by some of my teammates that getting a dedicated esports controller could be beneficial to my performance. I like the feel of razor stuff so I figured I’d check what they have to offer. But to be honest, I’m a little overwhelmed by the choices. Hello, I opened a case with razer regarding my controller disconnecting in wireless mode a lot. I've done firmware updates etc, but it still does it. Has anyone also experienced this and sent off their controller? What were the results? Did they fix it or replace it with the 8k one? I've heard it has better connectivity 

I’ve had my deathadder v4 since august and while it was great at first the past two weeks have been plagued with the squeaky scroll wheel but worst of all it will randomly become unresponsive requiring me to restart the mouse. Only ever have to do it once but I am always having to be ready for it, it will stop working I restart it and the rest of the session afterwards is fine, Ive used compressed air on the scroll wheel and a microfiber to try and maybe clean around the sensor? But nothing seems to fix my two issues. Anything I can do? I don’t game a whole lot work has me pretty backed up so for a rather lightly used mouse to be giving me these issues is frustrating. 

I am really interested in this keyboard but read reports that it’s bugged and NKRO is locked to only 3 simultaneous keys. Was this corrected anyhow in the newer releases?

It’s only been 6 months since I got this mouse but out of nowhere it suddenly stops responding in either of the two modes (2.4GHz and Bluetooth).  To say it isn’t working at all isn’t exactly accurate as the mouse will still allow some button inputs to be registered if I spam click them (like once every 3 seconds of spam clicking) although after a while it simply stops responding and my laptop considers the mouse as no longer connected. An additional note, the cursor seems to slowly be moving to the top left corner of the screen, seems to be something the mouse is causing as I noticed the issue being replicated when I had the mouse connected onto a different laptop. Some quick googling allowed me to find some potential solutions involving firmware updates. I’ve tried the two firmware updates (one for the Bluetooth and the other for the dongle) and both encounter similar issues stopping them from completing being that the updates can’t proceed due to the mouse not getting detected.  As

When setting up a new set of headphones it looks like the headphones are not pairing with the dongle. When doing it the simple way per instructions the headphones just stay at flashing blue light. I’ve also tried the pairing utility and it fails every time. The headphones work via the 3.5mm lead, and also fail to pair when trying it on another laptop.My WIndows is up to date and so is the headphone drivers.Any other ideas of what I can try?

Been using a deathadder v2 pro but the side rubber grips are wearing off and it’s time for an upgrade. What are the main differences between those three models? My hands are kinda big, not sure if that’s a factor 

Hello, I just bought another pair of the 2nd Gen Hammerhead earbuds (the in-ear gummy buds) from Webdealz through Best Buy. They arrived with the plastic still around the box so I assume they havent been tampered with but I can't seem to get the earbuds to power on. I charged the case and have tried holding the touch buttons to turn them on but that hasn't seemed to work. I'm at a bit of a loss and worried I got them dead on arrival 

Hi,I’ve been playing Fortnite a bit recently and noticed that sometimes my back sidebutton (button four or five I think) was not working for a few minutes. Today it completely stopped working and I’ve tried everything I could find online, regarding the topic. I set it back to factory settings, restartet my PC and even uninstalled the drivers of the mouse. Is there something I can still do to fix it or is it just broken and I have to buy a new mouse? I hope somebody can help me :(

Hello everyone. Woke up today with my huntsman keyboard not registering key strokes. The keyboard lights up and is recognized by synapse 4. Firmware and drivers are up to date. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted. Tried using the hard reset if perhaps it was in demo mode. When I first noticed the issue I unplugged and replugged and it worked for a split second before stopping again. Now it doesn’t even do that much. Currently running windows 11 64bit. Keyboard was working fine until this morning. Nothing has been changed and nothing was spilled on it. Haven’t had the keyboard for more than a month. The keyboard registers the key presses because of the lights reflecting my color settings.
