i want to get a new headset my head current head set is the razer nari ultimate but it is broken where the swivels are on both sides i have had 2 naris and both broke in the same place on both side of the headset. i want to know if im going to have the same problem with the Razer Kraken v4 pro it looks like a good headset i tested it at best buy and it felt sturdier than the nari. 

I have a Razer Viper V3 Pro and im wondering if there is any way to prevent it from entering Sleep Mode as I want to leave it running over night. Im using Razer Synapse 4 and im on Windows 11.

I just got a Razer Naga V2 Pro and tried to configure it with Synapse 4 on my Max OSX 15.6 Sequoia, running in a Macbook Pro M3. Totally disappointing, the keyboard layout cannot be changed, and the keys from my keyboard cannot be used. Please DO FIX THIS. Cannot have such an issue with an over 200 Euros device. Very, very disappointing.

My razer basilik ultimate is not charging. I mean that when I put the mice on its dock to charge and it’s not charging, and I should find the correct position to start charging it and it will charge the mouse for a minute not more and then I should find another corrects position only for 1 minute of charging (My mouse is only 1 year old)

I just bought this from an online shopping, want to know if thus real or fake 

Does anybody else have problems with there basilisk ultimate charging?Also, why the proprietary charge cable? Seriously, there is no reason for this other than being financially hostile. Just asking.

HelloOut of nowhere windows showed that the usb can not be recognized and turns out it was the usb wireless dongle of my headsets.Is there a way to buy a replacement? I tried the Razer audio pairing utility, reinstalled razer sypnapse and tried the usb dongle on another port, PC and even on my Switch and got no response (maybe it really died?) I have audio via the audio jacket now, but would like to go back to my wireless style. The strange thing is that when plugging the usb dongle Windows makes a sound that something was plugged, but Synapse doesn’t recognizes it.Please let me know if I can get or buy a replacement, thanks.

anyone else noticed or had this happen? my leviathan v2 pro randomly changes its audio modes i notice it more at night the green dots go from 3 both sides to 4 then back again its super weird what's the fix for this i cant find anything when i search for it? iv already hard reset it by unplugging everything pressing the power and function  buttons then plugging just the speaker checking the light goes from normal mode to Bluetooth and then plugging everything in again iv re installed razer synapse 4 and the driver for it iv checked for firmware too its super strange how iv not found anyone else so far with this particular problem? iv already RMA’d this speaker once so now what! 

I already tried with different location, Switched my sim location, Waited for 12+ hours. I tried backup code but it required OTP for me to see it and as I said I cannot receive one. I tried messaging my number from other device and it works fine I can receive messages, Razer is not blocked to me. I tried using vpn, mobile data and wifi neitheir of them worked. 

Hello, good afternoon. I have a problem with my Razer Nari Essential headset — the left side isn’t working properly. It suddenly stops producing sound, and sometimes it works but at a much lower volume than the right side. Is there a place where I can send it to get checked or repaired?

Hi, my Razer Seiren Mini suddenly stopped being recognized by Windows.It shows “Unknown USB Device (device descriptor request failed)” and doesn’t appear in Synapse.I already tried all troubleshooting steps (different USB ports, USBDeview cleanup, services restart, etc.).I noticed the firmware updater link on your support site is broken.Could you please provide me with the firmware recovery tool or a working updater link?Thank you.

I have a razer kraken ultimate and a kraken v3 pro whenever i use them with audio enhancements on the sound gets loud and distorted and found out the problem was with realtek when i deleted realtek it started working fine but realtek keeps installing by itself. Is there a way to permanently delete realtek or solve the problem without deleting it? 

After updating to Synapse 4 from 3, I am not able to rebind my Basilisk V3 Mouse’s Keys to whatever I want. It changes in the UI but it doesn’t update on the actual device.   

Hey everyone, Just got the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC and I’m pretty disappointed with the stick resolution. It is about 256 after installing the latest firmware.This is pretty low for TMR sticks. Coming from a Blitz 2 TMR (the stick resolution is about 1200 points on that one, Gamesir G7 Pro is much higher too), that very expensive Razer controller is not precise at all. I understand lower res could feel good on games like CoD (but does it really?), but it is 100% terrible on games like Halo. Any chance to improve this with a future firmware update, or is it a hardware limitation? Thanks.

I’m from Canada and I wanted to preorder the Kraken Kitty V2 Gengar edition headset. I’ve seen people mention that it can ship to Canada but when I’m on the canadien version of the website it gives me an error code and when I’m in the US version I can’t put in my canadian adress. I wanted to know if it actually ships to Canada like some people have said or is it going to be possible in the futur or it won’t ship at all to Canada.

I have a razer kraken v2 and i always had that click microphone off. yknow when you squeeze the mic it glows red. Before the last synapse update it would stay the way i left it, if i left it on it would stay on when i open my pc, if i closed it it woudl stay closed when i open my pc again. But after it updated, its always on by default and i have to close it myself. i am quite forgetful and kinda paranoid, i'd rather keep it off all the time. can someone help me how to set it off on default? 

Hey everyone, so i have this Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse and it work's fine with the dongle, but i can't get it to work wit bluetooth. When i enter pairing mode it won't really show up, sometimes it does for a second or so but i am unable to pair it. Not on an windows pc, macbook or android device. Is this a known issue? can i do anything about this? Thx everyone! 

Hey guys am in the market for a new mouse coming from viper v3 Hyperspeed . I really wanna get into lightweight mice and love the design of the viper v3 pro but I don’t think it’s huge upgrade. I was hoping if anyone knew if they are close on a viper v4 release ?

Hello Razer Support, I have a problem with my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro.  The right earbud is detected in the Razer Audio app and shows its battery level, but it produces no sound.  Both earbuds charge normally and appear connected, but audio plays only through the left side.   I have already:– Cleaned the charging contacts;– Fully charged the case and earbuds;– Performed a factory reset several times (holding both touch panels for 10–15 seconds);– Tried reconnecting and re-pairing through the left earbud only;– Tested on different Android devices. Nothing helped — the right earbud still doesn’t play sound.  Could you please advise on a repair or replacement?  I can provide the serial number if needed. Thank you in advance!

Looking to find a way to use V4X headset with an Xbox console, my wife likes the pokemon headset but she only plays on Xbox

so after less then a month of use my naga trinity left mouse button randomly popped open and the plastic stick keeping it connected inside broke so now i cant use the mouse i cant apply for warranty since i didnt buy it from a certified razer seller (i did buy it from a big tech company though) so now all i have is a useless piece of hardware that cost 130$ 

I am wondering if Razer would ever support the Kyio pro ultra (and others in this family) on the new MAC app. Now that Razer is officially supporting Apple's silicon, it would be neat not to use the competition's (starts with L) app to configure my camera. 

Hi,My Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle stopped working a couple of days ago. I tried plugging it into different USB ports and different computers, but nothing happens, it’s completely dead.The mouse itself works perfectly over a wired connection.Since my mouse is out of warranty, I’m wondering which dongle replacement I should buy that is compatible with it:Razer Viper Ultimate USB HyperSpeed Dongle--->this is out of stock, but will it work for the Razer Viper V2 Pro?Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle-→ will this work for the Razer Viper V2 Pro?Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle --->this is compatible, but I don’t really care about the 4K polling rate. It would be my last choice unless none of the others are compatible.Thanks ahead for your help 😊

Hello everyone, I am a long time Naga user (since the original naga) and before that I had the original dearhadder. Every razer mouse I had lasted me at least 2 years, some lasted 5. I recently purchased razer naga x from amazon. After connecting it to my PC, I found it disconnecting every time I plugged it in,  works for 2 seconds then disconnects completely. Tried everything; including deleting and reinstalling synapse, changing the USB port, using it on other computers,. to no avail.  Is there any fix?
