Hi recently just purchased and I noticed the skates are white are they supposed to be white ? On the pictures the skates are black and I bought from razer through Amazon bought the product new 

I have Razer Kraken Kitty V2, quartz edition. For some time now I have a problem: my headphones lighting is not working correctly. Left side is green while the right side is blue. No matter what I do, the lights are always incorrect,  different color and different color on the sides. I tried everything internet suggested: updating synapse, plugging somewhere else, resetting and still nothing. It's irritating and I feel hopeless. They're like this on PC and Ps5 as well. I would really appreciate some help.

Hi. I tried to order the Razer Huntsman Mini V3 Pro white versions from you but when I got to the layout section I noticed that you don't have a "nordic" option for that keyboard. I live in Finland myself and this would be important to me because our language has the letters ö and ä. So is there any way to order this so that I can get this Razer Huntsman Mini V3 pro in white with a nordic layout or do I have to look at another brand😢 I've always only used Razer products but the color would have to be white because my entire setup is white and the nordic layout would be a must for me.

Hello!So i maybe have a lightly swollen battery on my RZ09-0367 after about 4 years and considering removing it.This laptop is in the legacy list and i can´t get a original battery for it, only 3rd party but at a good price and not the insane value of a razer original part back then.Buuuut….i really never needed it without the psu and was thinking, if i simply can just run it without a battery?Does this laptop maybe need the battery as a buffer or could it work fine like a desktop pc? I mostly only use it for photoshop and some steam games like Forza Horizon 5. I don´t see the point of a battery if i have it never in use with one.I just need a portable pc and mini pc´s back then had not the power i needed.

No one seems to know why the V4Pro haptics do not work or are almost undetectable. Wish Razer would do something about this. My v3 much less expensive version worked much better. Seems odd that much more expensive v4Pro is so much worse. 

Anyone that's owned both the v3 hypersense or pro model and upgraded to the V4 pro how are the sensa haptics are they actually improved as they're already pretty good on the v3 and have they got any weaker or preferably stronger than the max setting on the older models as looking at them as a potential upgrade but I worry about the battery life claims with the haptics on as I only really use my hypersense set to max and I worry they're not gonna be as strong as the kraken v3 hypersense and pro or the nari ultimate I don't wanna upgrade if the haptics are weak as shit

Razer Basilisk V3 Pro about 1yr old constantly losing connection second or two while in 2.4ghz mode. The device works fine while wired, but in 2.4ghz it’s randomly spotty and unresponsive while it’s struggling to find connection again. Dongle is 13” from the mouse. I’ve updated the firmware and Synapse as recommended from support but issue still persists.The little scroll wheel motor doesn’t cycle on/off while it’s happening... it’s just like it’s not registering any movement. Is the optical sensor on the way out? Do dongles just die?Kinda bummed out that it’s like this about a year in and am currently looking for a replacement from a competing brand.It’s done it twice in the time it’s taken to write this. Become unreliable for use in any game if in 2.4ghz mode.

tested with mouse tester, results showing left/right clicks, side buttons and dpi buttons only registering after pressing several consecutive presses, cursor moves to top left at a constant slow speed. Pressing the keys used to turn on the pairing mode don’t work. Using a replacement 2.4GHz dongle doesn’t get the mouse recognised by the synapse app but does get recognised by firmware update utility and 2.4GHz pairing utility. 

Hello I just got the blackshark v3 after using the old 2020 blackshark v2 pro. The thing i noticed right away is that the volume knob controls the windows volume on my pc. The v2 pro didnt do this it would just control the volume on the headset itself. Is there a way to change it on the v3 so i dont control the windows volume or is this just how the headset is and you cant thanks.

About 2 hours ago, I try to change marcros，but the Synapse 3 was crashed.And it was changed.Then few minutes later, my viper V2 pro turned off and only can use with wire.In Synapse,I saw it has 100%power.When i cut the wire,my mouse close.PLEASE HELP ME

Set my mouse on the charger and went afk for ~2.5 hours (leaving the pc on) and the mouse only charged about 10%, is this normal? What’s the expected charge rate for this combo?

Do they sell any keyboard with ES Layout? Like Razer Huntsman v3 pro

I’ve bought my Razer Opus X a few days back and decides to do a firmware upgrade using the phone app. By accident I closed the app while the firmware waas being installed. Now the headphones show no sign of life, can’t power them on nor charge. I think I may have bricked them. Do they have any factory reset button combination? I have already tried volume up and down + power button as I found that is the solution for the Razer Opus. Do you have any knowledge about this? 

So basically the right click and left one don't do anything. Everything else work (dpi changes, profiles changes, scrollwheel and it's button, side buttons as well, it gets recogniced by synapse and all.) Can you please help? I tried update the firmware, uninstalled the mouse from windows but nothing works. Has to be something of the mouse because y tried another and it works just fine.

we had a issue where we could not stream from the xbox while the blackshark v2 was connected, we managed to update the headset through the razer site while connected to the computer. after the update the streaming part is still not working, but now the mic is not working either, the xbox finds the mic it just does not receive any sound. so now were stuck with no streaming and no mic. any suggestions for this?. btw the headset is working fine when connected to the pc, and yes we have tried the dongle on both xbox and usb while connected to the xbox.

I recently got a Razer Nommo V2 and there was a firmware update. When I try to run the update and error pops up saying  System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'RazerEffectInterface.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) Any help?

Since the update and the change of synapse 3 to synapse 4 and the 2 separate programs my rgb doesn’t sync as it should, when i turn on my pc the fans stays off and i have to manually restart the controller and set the colors i want. Anyone has allready had these problems, is there a way to go back to Synapse 3 ? Thanks for your answers.
