I have a Naga V2 Pro and it's the only mouse I'll ever use, LOVE IT.I have a bunch of mouse profiles that I set up to automatically switch between when that program is active. This functionality worked perfectly in Synapse 3... but since needing to upgrade to Synape 4, none of my profiles automatically switch anymore, regardless of how many times I relink the program to the profile.Has anyone found a fix for this issue? 

Hey, as the title says, my BlackWidow V3 Pro started spamming macros I never assigned. I just came back to my computer and keys like “d” now type “dfrc”, “a” opens some Window stuff etc. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, updating the keyboard FW, testing on other PC, always the same. Any idea what might’ve caused this and how to fix it? Luckily I could swap to my old keyboard but this is genuinely one of the most annoying things that ever happened to me, related to my HW.

I’m experiencing some performance inconsistencies with my setup and would like advice from the community.My system sometimes shows minor lag or delayed response during gaming sessions, even though the hardware specifications should handle the workload smoothly.I’ve already tried: Updating drivers Checking background processes Adjusting power settings Restarting the system after updates However, the issue still appears intermittently.Has anyone faced similar performance behavior? I would appreciate suggestions on troubleshooting steps or configuration tweaks that could improve stability.

There’s multiple threads on this issue so far, but not many answers. Is there any available dongle or other connector that is compatible with the Turret X keyboard and/or mouse?Some people have lost their original dongle, and can’t get a replacement.  Some people just want to maybe use a different mouse without needing 2 receivers.  But there seems to be no options at all.Surely it’s possible to make something compatible with whatever weird proprietary solution the Turret X uses?

I’m experiencing a persistent and very frustrating audio issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headset on Windows 10.After a few seconds of silence, the next sound played suddenly becomes extremely loud for a brief moment (a sharp volume spike), before returning to normal. This happens consistently — for example, when watching videos, opening a tab in opera with browser-sounds activated, or receiving a system notification.Additionally, Windows system sounds completely ignore the volume mixer. Even if I mute system sounds or set them to 0%, they still play at maximum volume through the headset and then reset themself in the audimixer to 100%. I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

Hi thereI have searched alot but i cannot seem to find firmware for my left handed naga, not even a firmware updater.I have an issue where my mose stops moving for just under a second at random times, and its annoying in games. its POSSIBLE that this is only the case while having synapse open so that might be the issue. but in any case can you please provide me with new firmware as I bought the mouse a few years ago and never done a firmware update.Thank you kindly

Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Hi,First, I want to say that Razer Nexus is the best launcher I’ve found on the Google Play Store. It really makes the Razer Kishi feel like I’m holding a Nintendo Switch, which is awesome.However, there’s one big issue: the “Owned Games” layout. The 1:1 square ratio doesn’t look good in handheld mode. When using the Kishi, the experience feels like a console, but the layout breaks that illusion.Why not use a 2:3 aspect ratio like Steam and other platforms? It would look much more like a real game library and feel more premium.Also, it would be amazing if we could: Customize game covers Upload our own cover art Remove games we don’t want displayed Customization would make the app feel much more personal and console-like.I really love the app, but improving the layout would make it perfect.Thank you! 

I would like to ask for a warranty with my razer viper v3 pro. Which I cannot use with a wireless receiver and only works using a type c cable.

So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below. Hi there,The Bluetooth functionality of my ProClick mouse stopped working for no reason.When I move the bottom switch to Bluetooth mode, the LED starts blinking in pairing mode (on, on, pause) but the mouse cannot be detected by any Bluetooth receiver (neither on Windows nor on Linux) The behavior is the same on all three Bluetooth channels (blue, green ,yellow)Mouse works fine in 2.4 GHz (with dongle) and wired mode.Firmware is on version v1.02.00_r1The purchase date was in 2020 so I fear that it is out of warranty. Still it’s pretty disappointing that such an expensive mouse suffers from such a malfunction.Any chance to resurrect Bluetooth functionality? Any tips are welcome.

I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devicesAnybody know how to get the bluetooth working again?Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device.There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot.This is cursed  behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

I have a Razer Goliathus Chroma, and I would like to know the best way to clean grime and build up over time where the mouse is located on the mousepad surface. I currently have inverted the mouse mat, so the top is at the bottom lower right vs normal of top on upper left. I've tried normal alcohol wipes like for cleaning keyboard but no success on the mousepad. What do you recommend other than purchasing a new mousemat?

I am considering purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile keyboard, but I noticed that this model does not seem to have dedicated indicators for Caps Lock and Num Lock (the full-size version should include this feature). I am considering a Wolverine V3 Pro exclusively for use on my PC. Tried it out at the store and am a big fan of the button layout and their feel. Currently have an Elite Series 2 and while it's really good, the face buttons are mushier than I prefer and the trigger stops are blegh. It has some problems with registering inputs too and I don't wanna get another fussy controller.
