Hello I have an idea for a razer product that I think could do really good. You guys have the Razer Kraken Cat ear headphones and there really cool, but what if you guys just sold cat ears by themself so you could attach them to any headphones. I think It would be a really cool product and I would 100% buy them for mine

I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse

I can't figure out how to turn off the RGB lights while the kraken v4 pro is in Bluetooth mode. It's an unnecessary drain on battery life and it's really frustrating. I have tried turning off brightness on synapse but the moment my headset isn't connected to my PC anymore, the RGB resumes. Does anyone know how to trim them off and keep them off while in Bluetooth mode?

 As same as other users, I am experiencing the firmware issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE (65%).The keyboard stops responding randomly. No key presses register, and absolutely no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting remains lighted, so it is still receiving power with no input.Here is what I have already tried to troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, none of them realy resolved it:Reconnected the USB cable directly to the USB ports(It would fix it for a few moments) Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4/Not having it installed Performed a hardware factory reset on the keyboard. 

Hello, Im trying to upgrade my headset for xbox, I have Steelseries arctis nova 5x rn. Playing games like r6s, rocket league, some singleplayers. But siege mainly. I was looking for razer blackshark v3 pro xbox. Is this any good or do you guys prefer other headsets? Thanks 

they are almost same price ($110/$125), what are the feature differences between them and is there a feature that makes one a better choice? what i seek is good build quality and hotswap, also will either one of them get synapse web support?, what would u guys suggest and why?

What cooling setup works best for systems running all day? Are compact gaming PCs reliable enough for event use? How would you manage peripherals and RGB lighting across multiple stations? What would you consider essential for avoiding hardware issues during a busy event? Interested to hear what configurations have worked well in real-world gaming or exhibition environments.

I am wondering if Razer would ever support the Kyio pro ultra (and others in this family) on the new MAC app. Now that Razer is officially supporting Apple's silicon, it would be neat not to use the competition's (starts with L) app to configure my camera. 

I’m trying to replace my Blackshark v3 pro’s mic which I lost while traveling. I’ve messaged the support page but got an automated email response that opened with “Hi ____,” So I know it wasn’t a human. It told me to check the replacement parts page regularly, but when I looked up the part on google the search engine ai said I need to have a real person check the stock, that that specific part has never appeared on the replacement parts page. How do I reach a real person? 

My razer blackwidow v3 just stopped working, I took it to repair as this issue had happened before, and apparently the microcontroller chip short-circuited/no current is passing through, is there any way to get that spare part or to fix the keyboard?

Hi when will next update come for raiju v3 pro as it disconnects and connects a lot mid game are you aware

This is my first Razer product, love it. It looks great and I will test it out in video calls and such. But there is no native Mac software from Razer. Anyone know why that is? If I cant get to the setting proper I will have to return the probably coolest cam on the market

After updating my Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed for Xbox to firmware version 1.5.0, the old system beep sounds (tones) were replaced with voice prompts for the microphone status. Unfortunately, I do not see any option to switch them back to standard beeps in Razer Synapse, and these new voice notifications are very inconvenient for me.Could you please provide a standalone firmware updater for the previous version (such as 1.4.2 or earlier) so I can downgrade my headset and get the classic beep sounds back?Thank you!

Hey, didn’t find a place specifically for product requests so asking here.I've been trying out a few different glass mousepads and the Atlas Pro has been the favourite in terms of mouse feel - however the size is a problem.I'm currently using a Gogofree glass pad instead just because it comes in a smaller footprint that actually fits my desk and preferred DPI setting, since the Atlas Pro is only available in 500x400.Would love an Atlas Pro option in something like 300x250mm or 300x300mm, maybe even 350x350mm if need be. Would become my pad of choice instantly.Anyone else running into this, or know if this has been raised before?

Hello,I purchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed and used it normally with the original wireless dongle. However, I lost the original dongle.I wanted to use the mouse again, so I purchased a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle separately. However, I have repeatedly tried to pair the mouse with the HyperPolling Dongle using the Razer pairing utility, but the pairing fails every time.I understand that the mouse may need a firmware update to work properly with the HyperPolling Dongle. However, the Viper V3 HyperSpeed is a wireless-only mouse without a USB port, so I cannot connect the mouse directly to my PC to update its firmware. Since I have also lost the original wireless dongle, I currently have no way to connect the mouse for a firmware update.In this situation, how can I update the mouse firmware and pair it with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle?Is there any way for Razer Support to assist with the firmware update, or is there another official solution for this situation?Thank you.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Razer Kishi Ultra I recently purchased for a significant premium over competitors. Your marketing explicitly highlights this as a "God-Tier" controller designed for the iPad Mini that delivers a "true console experience without compromise."However, after spending hours troubleshooting, I’ve discovered that the flagship feature—Sensa HD Haptics—is completely non-functional on iPadOS. This is not a "console experience"; it is a silent, dead controller that costs twice as much as its competitors.Hiding a "not supported on iOS" disclaimer in a tiny footnote while using the iPad Mini as a primary marketing image is deceptive. I am requesting either a firm timeline for when haptic support will be added to the iOS Nexus app, or a full refund for this "compromised" product.

Hi All,  I’ve been searching all over  internet on this issue but seem like I can’t find any related articles..Just bought the Kishi Ultra and was tempted by Razer website showing on game Genshi Impact on an iPad mini 6 with the Kishi Ultra and make a purchase.   But only realised it doesn’t work at all T.T or am I missing out anything can someone help.   Thank in advance. 

OK Razor...I’ve been pleading with the powers that be since 2014 for a Razor Naga 12 Button Left-Handed mouse that is WIRELESS.  Why haven’t you created one yet?  There’s one for right-handed users!  Don’t you believe that lefties deserve the same products?  I have a WIRED Razor Naga Left-Handed mouse, my second one.  Whoever owns Razor is obviously not left-handed.  Just created one, eh?
