The Razer Armory

I recently noticed how Razer came out with the new Hammerheads and at the same time downgraded firmware on my 2nd gen. Didn't thought Razer would disappoint me like that but oh well. Not purchasing the new ones knowing they’ll just do this whenever they come up with a new version.

So, when my Nommo goes to sleep, I can’t get it to wake back up. I have to unplug it completly from power and the USB. The only work around I have is to turn sleep mode off. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Help please its really annoying when I'm watching/listening to stuff at night and trying to sleep 

Are there any plans to release a left handed version of the Pro Click V2 Vertical? I’d buy it immediately. Currently using a Logitech lift left handed.

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

windows11 update KB5094126 breaks my mouse Razer Deathadder V3. Have uninnstalled the update and immediatley works again. stopped auto updates for a few weeks to see if issue would be solved, but after it installed again, again the mouse stopped working and again I uninstalled said update. Anyone having the same issue?

Hello everyone, i saw the collaboration between Razer and Wuthering Waves(Denia) and i wonder if could we changes to another Resonator? I want to buy a mouse for my setup 

Every time I boot up my computer, my wireless headset starts quiet, and then doesn’t kick into its full loudness until I swap EQ Profiles in the Synapse app. This workaround works every time but it’s also annoying that it doesn’t this because then I have to keep synapse on my computer just to do this every time I play.I’d love to truly just turn the headphones on and have them work. Anyone else notice this issue?

Hello everyone,I bought a Razer Kiyo (Model RZ19-0232) 15 months ago and have been using it daily for work meetings. The camera is typically on for about 15-30 minutes per meeting, and rarely exceeds an hour.Today, during a call, I decided to turn on the ring light as usual. It turned on normally, but after a few minutes, it started flickering. When I tried to turn off the light, it wouldn't turn off, and the camera went off as well.I disconnected and reconnected the USB cable, and the camera was recognized by Zoom. However, when I tried to select it and turn it on, it started flickering again and showed no video image.Now, my computer doesn't recognize the camera at all. I've tried different USB ports and left it disconnected for a while before reconnecting. I am using a Mac with an Intel chip, connected through an Apple Multiport adapter.It seems the camera has become completely unusable after just 15 months of use. Any ideas on what's happening?

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer

this is more of a request than anything but would it be possible for the tech support team to provide razor controller owners with the option to change joystick response curve like other pro controllers given the price tag for the device. All pro controllers including the duelsense edge provide this option in their software which hive gamers a competitive advantage. Please pass this idea on to the dev team as the controller itself is very good but the lack of customization for the joysticks other than changing the deadzones is a massive downturn for the controller

As I and many others have been experiencing dpad issues with the Tartarus I thought I would post what worked for me.It seems like there is an issue with the default arrow key binds.If you use the key recording function when binding the keys it works as normal.Rebind the dpad to the arrow keys using the key record option in synapse.Hope this helps guys

Hi, as in Tittle, keyboard doesn’t light properly. Only Left side of keyboard lightning in all colours to letter F. All that part. I cant change it through Synapse 2 and 3, my Pc even read it as Bw Ultimate 2016. For 8 years everything has been good. Evrything started since my pc started read my Keyboard as Razer Bootloader. I tried to fixed in my own and now I have Blackwidow Ulitmate 2016 xD.  Please help me I am starting loosing my mind

Hi Razer support team. My razer viper ultimate model no: RC30-030501 is suddenly giving me issues, it keeps connecting and disconnecting. It seems to be an issue with the small dongle, as it works fine with the wired connection. What can I do to solve this issue and if I need to purchase a replacement dongle, where can I buy it? I am located in Canada.  Thank you in advance 

Just got THX spatial sound app. I got it working. If I want it to work on my speakers I have to select speakers. When I plug in my headset, it doesn't work, unless I go to the menu and I select the headset, then it'll work, but then if I unplug my headset, my speakers no longer work.How do I get it so that my speakers will still work after I unplug my headset?

So as a razer fan boy i bought this keyboard to add to my collection. Well this is by far the worse keyboard i have ever owned. The Keyboard gets about 3-7 hours of use a week, max Question ***  Its beeen ovver a year from my purchase, and i was hoping i could maybe replace the switches?yes i tried cleaning, contacting support, updating software , switching USB ports and telling the kyboard (cmon man!) nothing has changed, but growing frustrations when i get canceled mid sprint playing Tarkov.) ^ (thats how it works lol, playing games on this keyboard is a headache, or writing emails to my boss)  HALP  GL HF GG

Just got it today and noticed that the mute button makes a noise?? Why is this a thing? The noise is very obnoxious and not only that, it mutes my PC audio for a couple seconds? How did they somehow make the mute button function worse compared to last time.. Does anyone have any fixes for this? Or if anyone has information if they’re going to push firmware related to this complaint? I’ve done some googling and saw others complaining about it as well.

Just to keep a long story short I had a very good discount at that time and it was the latest model then. Flash forward 6 years, and two keys have snapped off and a number key doesn’t work right. I’m using a Bluetooth keyboard for now.Is it worth taking the time to try to fix? I think I found the keyboard in white but it seems like an awful lot of work, and money if it doesn’t work out but still cheaper than a new laptopModel RZ09-03272E12

Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Or am I forced to buy a new keyboard for 200€?  Perhaps there is someone in the community willing to sell me theirs/knowing a reseller. Thanks in advance.

I currently have the Razer Nommo v2 (2.1) set-up.  I was looking into purchasing the Razer Leviathan V2 X to use as a center channel speaker (3.1).  Is this possible?

Hi, everybody hopes y’all doing fine.So as you read, I’d like some advice on which headset I should buy as a “deaf” person.To be more precise, I’m totally deaf in both ears (cochlear 100% dead) but I can hear thanks to an implant in my right ear. So I used several headsets (Razer included, some years ago) but no one was really adapted for me especially for fps game like csgo & tarkov etc.. So is there any headset that would fit well in my situation, if not at least which one would help a bit. The budget is not a problem if it’s justified :) Thanks very much in advance.
