Hello, I’m interested in the Viper Mini Signature Edition and wanna try getting one during the next drop. I noticed however there’s no “buy” option on the Canadian website whereas there is one on the American website (shows “Notify me” button). When it’s time to purchase, should I be on the Canadian or American website? Thanks

Hey folks!  I have a Clio paired with the Nommo V2 as my front speakers. When working together they show in windows as razer clio surround. Just wondering, what configuration is best in windows for “razer clio surround”? Should it be 5.1, quadrophonic, or stereo?Thanks

I use my controller on an xbox series x. I've had the controller since early November last year and it has worked fine untill today. The controller won't turn on unless it's wired to the Xbox and when it does turn on it doesn't connect an doesn't register any inputs. I've never dropped or spilled anything on the controller. The dongle isn't loose and I've tried it in every usb port on the Xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am planning to buy the RAZER KRAKEN V3 PRO, but I have seen that they say that they have many problems but that they were going to solve them! Has this time in 2025 already solved those problems or are they not worth it? 

When i start playing after some time it starts to unrespond to movement and later keys it doesnt happen at exact moment it just gets weaker and weaker until it dies again it works for a small moment when replugged i tired different usb ports it worked until now, i had it 8 months

Hello. I bought a Razer Kraken v4 headset from you and I have a problem with the sound. When I use Discord during the game, the sounds in the game are constantly interrupted if I set the chat sound source in the Discord settings. I specifically bought this model with the ability to select two channels for sound and balance them. When I connect my Kraken Tornament edition, there is no such problem. Moreover, if I use Discord while listening to music and video, the sound also begins to disappear until some sound is played from Discord.

Pretty much have concerns on point with most others. But one that seems a bit more subtle is that of DPI changes. Going back to the DPI that I had no longer feels the same... Is this placebo, or is it possible that the newest software doesn't quite treat DPI the exact same as Synapse 3?

I recently purchased a 15" razer blade laptop on eBay for 300 USD. Apparently it has a very rare screen flicker when unplugged. I'm very familiar with working on PCs and some macbooks, and looking up repair guides on the 2019 and 2020 models, I don't see anything that looks out of my comfort and skill set. I'm going to start with cleaning it out, repasteing, and repadding everything and was wondering what size thermal pads are correct to use. I saw one reference to 1.5 mm pads and was wondering if that was indeed the correct size? 

I have the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k and Dock Pro using Synapse 4 (windows 11 PC). At the moment in Synapse I can only see 1 device, the dock. In the settings for the dock you can see that the mouse is connected to the dock. This means I can’t access any setting on the mouse. Do others with tis combination have the same issue?

Asking this because my Viper V3 Pro, while otherwise fully functional, developed double clicking on the middle click at the scroll wheel. Considering it is used much less often, having this problem within 1 year of use is surprising.With the new DAV4Pro, I wonder if it has been upgraded to have optical switch there as well. The scrolling part is optical as advertized, but there was no mention for the scroll wheel clicking mechanism.

I’ve had this Razer Blade 15 for just around 2 years, and recently i’ve noticed that the h, 8 and { keys are cycling at a different speed than the rest of the keyboard. Is this some issue with Razer Synapse 3? Do I need to update certain drivers? Or did the keyboard LEDs just burn out over time? Images are attached below 

Just got this on a deal everything works just fine.The only downside is it every time I turned it on volume level backs to flat and I have to manually turn it up by pressing the button on the bar so…Is there a way to avoid this?Tnx in advance for the help.

Hi there! So my Viper 8 kHz has some button/scroll issues and I’m looking for a replacement.Thing is I’m interested in using it at the max polling rate and it better be 8000 Hz.My grip type is the palm one so I’m sensible to the size of a mouse being as close to my current one’s as possible.And my question is - what’s the max polling rate achievable with Viper V2 Pro and Viper V3 Pro when connected through the wire (USB)? And also - what is it when connected through the dongle the mouse is shipped with (I don’t want to buy an additional one)?Thanks, have a nice weekend.

Razer Wolverine V2. It has now started with the forward input on the left thumb stick, randomly slowly comes to a stop still pressing constantly forward, is there a fix?

Hi guys! Hi Razer team! So, as the title suggest, THX Spatial Audio has a CPU problem, a very old problem it seams.i found a work around: go to Task Manager → Services an then restart the Windows Audio service. After the restart everything is working as intended.Razer, I know you have a lot to do, but would you be so kind to tell who is the culprit? Or at least why is this happening so we can find a more permament solution? Thanks :)

So I bought this mouse like almost 3 years ago and barely use it, because of the job, I didn’t had the time to play something on my computer and suddenly for 2-3 weeks, the mouse started to lose battery in like 1h or something, when I bought it the battery lasts for almost 1 week and a half and that’s something.  Also the rubber on the sides started to peel off, looks like a cheap product to me, I know I don’t have warranty anymore for this mouse but the problems with this rubber started like after 2 months of barely usage of it. Can you give me some advice or what can I do with these 2 problems?

 I recently tried upgrading to synapse 4. I noticed it made my sound quality very bad compared to before and decided to go back to synapse 3. Now that i have gone back my mic does not work, but only when synapse is installed. As soon as i delete synapse it starts working again, but then the sound quality turns bad again. When i try to test the mic in windows settings, the blue bar moves like the mic is working but then when i try the mic in discord and in games it doesn't work. I tried revouninstalling razer, switching usb port, switching razer profile and other things i dont specifically remember.

Hello all, I own a set of Barracuda X 2022’s and looking for a suitable carry case for them?  Does RAZER offer anything or am I looking at and aftermarket one?  Any suggestions? Thank you
