The Razer Armory

I’m curious what people here consider worth the money. It could be a mouse, keyboard, headset, mouse pad, or anything else you use regularly while gaming.

The Razer Raiju Mobile app isn't supported anymore and recommended Razer Controller app doesn't seem to support Raiju Mobile either. Tried via cable and Bluetooth with no success. Tried to find any kind of answers online with no success. It's very frustrating that big companies can't even provide proper documentation about the products they are selling. Instead of testing the controller in games, I have spent hours trying to make official apps work so that I can remap buttons. Can it be done with Razor apps or will I have to use a 3rd party software?

I really wanna buy a Razer chair - they are stylish and comfy looking. But also, as a guitar player, I need arms that fold out of the way; none of Razer’s chairs have that. Backforce does but they do not ship to North or South America - I’m in USA. I currently use a Wavebone chair but it stinks.  Who else would buy a Razer chair if there were a model with foldable arms? I’d buy a chair like the Iskur or Enki. 

I’ve misplaced my dongle for my blackshark v3 x hyperspeed wireless headset Is there a way for me to get a new one?

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.Thanks in advance!

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

Hello Razer Support,I am using a Razer Anansi keyboard. After updating Windows to 26H2, I get a BSOD every time I connect the keyboard.Stop code: WDF_VIOLATION (0x10D)What failed: rzudd.sysI have already tried:· Uninstalling the device in Device Manager.· Manually deleting rzudd.sys from the Windows folder.· Reinstalling the Synapse version that supports this keyboard.The issue still happens. Razer Synapse 4 does not support the Razer Anansi.Could you please provide a compatible driver/fix for Windows 11 26H2, or a workaround? This is blocking my use of the keyboard.Thank you.

And fair share of abuse from my gaming years.1-2 years ago i was browsing for new one as i tought these are soon to die  after a MSG came on razer synscapse that it is being discontinued. But they refuse to die.The keyboard doesn’t have a mark except the tilted right arrow button and the grime. And if i release the small enter button sharply it flys off sometimes. Like 2-3 times a  year.The mouse apart from the grime and probably coroded battery that i haven’t replaced in years it still absolutley fine with all the buttons working.So yes, just wanted to say thnaks for the great products. I had a Razer DeathAdder Pro V3 (wireless) suddenly stop working—it was completely dead. No response when plugged in, no wired mode recognition, and pressing the power button did nothing.After some trial and error, I found a fix that sounds strange but worked for me:Flip the mouse over and hold down the power button for 5–10 seconds. This seems to force a reboot or override mode. A white light started blinking, and suddenly the mouse came back to life. After that, I was able to charge it and use it normally again.This issue happened randomly while I was using my computer. I stepped away for about 5–10 minutes, and when I returned, the mouse was completely unresponsive—no clicks, no lights, and no reaction in wired mode.I'm not sure how long this fix will last, but if your DeathAdder Pro V3 suddenly dies, try holding the power button for 5–10 seconds. It worked for me!Hope this helps someone!

I wanted to know whether it is intentional that Pro Click V2 cannot set DPI settings per App Profile? This means that profiles that typical Razer mice have are unavailable for this mouse. If this is intentional, then it seems like a serious design oversight then, because I bet that many gamers have per game DPI settings, and it is impossible to set those up with this mouse.

Just built a new PC with a fresh Windows 11 install, and decided to try Synapse 4 (previously used 3). I’m seeing some odd behavior with my profile in Synapse 4 that works OK in Synapse 3. I’ve duplicated the problem on a brand new profile to rule out import issues, and duplicated it with a spare (older) Tartarus Pro that I have.I’m curious if anyone can duplicate this, or if I should start looking elsewhere for the problem.On a fresh profile, these keys in particular demonstrate the issue.I’ve set:07 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 16 to keyboard modifier ALT 17 to keyboard alphanumeric 7 with CTRL modifier (CTRL+7)When I hold the 16 key and press 07, I expect the output to be ALT+7, but it appears to send BOTH the 07 and 17 keys in parallel, resulting in overlapping outputs. every time i turn on my pc my keyboard starts with spectrum cycling and i was wondering if there was a setting i can turn on or keyboard shortcut i could use for my keyboard can turn on with the last color used instead of having to open up synapse all the time

I’m using an Apple Mac laptop to play my Favorite game that I’ve been playing for years but  My favorite razer Mouse does not have the software support for Apple Mac so I’m kind of crippled or limited for what I can do and I really just need support for my mouse for my Apple Mac.  gaming on Apple isn’t that bad. I just need support for my mouse on an Apple Mac so I can have all the features. My favorite mouse that i use is a RAZER Naga v2 HyperSpeed. I just really need this to happen.

I have a product idea that could enhance future versions of the Razer Naga or serve as new side plates for existing models. When using the 12-button side panel for MMO gaming, I find it difficult to reach the rearward buttons effectively. My concept uses 6 toggles to provide the full function of the 12 keys within a much smaller footprint, improving both reach and accuracy. Attached is representation of what I have in mind. (Don't flame me lol)

I bought a Naga V2 from Amazon resale. Twice. Each time, a test programmed button only functioned intermittently. I programmed with Synapse on Windows 11. See the Amazon review below. I think there is a problem with the batch. Anyhow, all I want is two programmable index finger buttons and a programmable wheel-click, for copy, paste and enter. I want to use the mouse on a Chrome machine, but I saw that certain functions require Synapse to be running. Presumably macros get stored on the computer. Then I found the DeathAdder, which actually seems to match my requirements better.If I buy a DeathAdder will it support copy, paste and enter as I want? IOW, can I program them on a Windows machine then use the mouse on Chrome? The most over engineered mouse in recent memory omitting a default feature but it's for MMO lads so who cares?Just got this hefty beauty and was disappointed to see I still need third party tools. 

After 7.1 Surround Sound software, I am unable to launch it. I am getting this Specific error message. “Windows is searching for rzappengine.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse.”I am unable to find this particular file anywhere in my system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing couple of time, but no resolution.Please Help!!!

So I had a black widow 75 keyboard from about a year and half ago. It's currently sitting in a box because shortly after buying it, it had a double key pressing issue.. like many have stated. I then decided to buy a wooting and never went back. Yeah, prob should have returned it, but whatever I suppose.My question is.. did this ever get resolved, if so, how? I even switched to different switched or is that keyboard that is a month old just going to sit in the box?

From broken firmware v1.02.0 updated to v1.03.0. It does solves the manually disconnect-connect on the USB cable to mitigate the keys freezing issue BUT The freezing persist for like 1-3 seconds before went back to normal for only around minutes after that then it keeps on repeating couple of times during mid-game. This does indeed dangling the quality of life though. We need a major fix on for this Huntsman V3 HE line ASAP.
