Device: Razer Huntsman Mini Analog (RZ03-0434)Synapse version: Razer Synapse 4 (latest version)Issue description:When Razer Synapse 4 is running, the E key on my Huntsman Mini Analog stops sending the normal "E" keyboard input.The issue only happens when Synapse is active:Synapse closed: E key works normally. Synapse running: pressing E produces no "E" input. The E key pressure/analog detection works normally in Synapse. Remapping E to another key (for example C) works correctly, so Synapse can detect the key press. No Hypershift is enabled. I deleted all profiles and tested with the default profile. I completely reinstalled Synapse 4, but the issue remains.This appears to be a Synapse 4 software/input handling issue rather than a hardware problem.Please investigate compatibility between Synapse 4 and Huntsman Mini Analog key input handling.Additional information:I also noticed that some games detect the virtual Xbox 360 controller created by Huntsman Mini Analog.In Marvel Rivals, this

the new headphones i got do not show up when i plug them into my pc and do not show up on the razer app. i have reseted my computer, looked through advanced audio settings, disabled possible conflicting audio inputs, but nothing is working. any tips?

I love how the Razer Kitten v3 Pro usb headphones look, but they cause so much ear pain. The ear cushions with my v2 were wider and more comfortable. I thought about putting them on the v3, but they are much wider, and I don’t think they will fit. I’d appreciate any suggestions. 

2023 BSV2Pro and when I plugged it in for the first time it was blinking red in even intervals for several hours. Then It started blinking green but in uneven intervals. Is this normal? It’s been 12+ hours on charge but the uneven blinking won’t stop and turn solid green

I’ve noticed that the volume drops significantly on my BlackShark V3 Pro whenever I enable Low Latency Mode. I’d really like to use this mode—what should I do? Why does this issue occur when using Low Latency Mode via the wireless dongle?

Been checking new reviews about the laptop, while it does seem to offer great things, I just wonder if there is any issues in the long run or should I just find another gaming laptop instead?

Hi!I've got tiny issue with my hammerheads. My 1st one I bought in 2023, few years later they had technical issue, fortunately I had valid warranty and I did get new pair(I think I forgot to register 2nd pair at razer website). Everything was just fine until yesterday. Basically right one stopped working. Light on right one does not flash, can't switch that one on. I try to charge it few times, but looks like it doesn't work. I cleaned the pins, no effect. I'm curious what might be the issue? Could it die? Is anything else I could do to make it run? I've got razer accessories for the last 20 years and never had issue with anything. Razer stuff is durable and allways worked for me for years(if not decades). Any option to fix this issue please?

Further to my thread on Razer coming down for PAX, I’d like to see a permanent presence in Australia, beyond just online and socials.Last year at PAX it was clear there’s a remote team on the ground, but there’s still no official RazerStore anywhere. I’d love to see one open up in at least Sydney. Being able to try gear in person, get proper demos, and just hang out in a real Razer space would be awesome.Is this something anyone else wants, or just me?Come on Team Aus, let’s rally behind this!

Feel like I'm running in circles on the website trying to find any kind of support. I'm trying to file a warranty claim for my Viper Mini but cannot for the life of me find out how to do it. The website just rambles on about proof of purchase etc and provides no clear way to file a claim. Any links I click to get to 'Support' just loop back to pages I've already read. 

I have a PS5, and I’m a bit confused about the different BlackShark V3 Pro versions. If I buy the Xbox or PC version, will it work normally on my PS5 using the wireless connection, or do I specifically need to buy the PlayStation version? Will I still get all the PS5 features, such as Tempest 3D Audio, or are there any limitations? I’ve never really understood the differences between the Xbox, PC, and PlayStation models.

Has anyone found good EQ settings for gaming on this headset yet? I’ve been using ChatGPT to help but so far it’s hard to get EQ settings that beat what my V2 Hyperspeed has which is crazy because I would think the V3 would have better audio quality.

Hello everybody,I have been using Tartarus Pro for a while now, and it has become a pain to remember all the mappings I have used for more than a few programs.Tartarus is not a usual keyboard, so there is no muscle or visual memory for the keys for a long time.Not using your specific layout for a few months - now it’s gone, you need to check all keys again and remember them. During the gameplay, there are always a lot of reminders, like “Use E for healing” or something. But the problem is that there is no reverse compatibility with Tartarus and Game, the game does not know that you remapped key 01 to key Y for example.  So everyone and I are making pictures with all mapping reminders, like this: This is where my question arises:Can Razer dev make a utility that will show mappings at the keyboard in some UI layout? For  about  the  past 2-3  months  or so  my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100  keyboard has  been double  typing keys  for no  reason. I’ve had  this  keyboard since late  last  year. At fiirst this  problem only  occured  with  the: F,  T, O and  P  keys. Now  it’s  efffecting the:  Space, I,  and multiple  other  keys.I’ve ttried everything I  could think  of, or  saw on  fourms/dicussions,  such  as takiing  the keys  ooff  and cleaning  the board,  uninstalling/reinsttalling the  synapse  app, unplugging/replugging the  keyboard  in,  reinstalling  the drivers,  updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc.  And  nothing has worked yet. I’m only making  this post as  a last ditch  effort to get some  actual  help with  an actual solution because  I have some very  important projects that are password protected, not  to mention in order  to  get  into my  computer I  must  put  in  a password. So  Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can  be when a  problem like this

Hi all, I JUST bought a new Razer 14 (2024) laptop 3 weeks ago, and since then, every single time it starts up from sleep, it works for a few seconds and then powers off and completely restarts. Saying it ran into a “video memory management error”. The event viewer says critical error kernel power error. After it does this reset once, the laptop works perfectly fine until the next time I have to wake it up from sleeping.Everything is up to date with the latest updates. Including the graphic drivers.Razer support didn’t try much to fix the issue and then instructed me to completely wipe the laptop, get a USB stick(which I don’t have on hand) and perform a system image recovery. Which is a LOT of work for something that is a minor inconvenience, but is starting to get more and more annoying as the novelty of a buying a new laptop starts to fade.Can someone please help me fix this without such a drastic step?

I attended PAX last year and spoke with a few of the Razer team on the floor. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have their own stall, but it was still cool to chat with them (they even featured me in a video on the ANZ Instagram account, although that account’s gone now).I’m attending again this year and wondering if they’ll finally be able to have a booth, or just roaming again?Would love any info!I’ll be rocking my new Xanthus shirt!

looking to get a keyboard but not trying to spend over $150 on a keyboard which one do you guys recommend ?

My scroll wheel worked without any issues and now stopped working without any reason whyI have tried to fix the problem in the following ways: I reinstalled drivers for the mouse, I reinstalled the firmware for the mouse, I tried the mouse on a different PC and multiple USB ports, Lastly I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse.

My boyfriend was using some very old Razer Kraken phones, but he is in dire need of a new pair. I already heard him say he was very happy with them and wanted new Kraken ones. He's the type to usually stick to what he already likes and knowsI wanted to gift him new ones and I've seen some reviews about Kraken v3 and v4 and they were ok, but not great. Problem is I know jack shit about computers, phones and whatnot and I need some help deciding what to get. I'm getting confused with all the technical terms and scared to get something too different and him not liking it so I could really use some helpBecause of his schedule he's more of a casual gamer, not very much into FPS and likes to just chat and play with his friends too. So I don't think there's really a need for ultra quality sound, but good enough quality and a good phone would be greatShould I just get a safe kraken model since I know he likes it? Should I try a different line? What would you recommend?

I have a Razer Naga Pro Model RZ01-0342 but this guide might work for other Razer Naga models or other razer mice using the same scroll wheel encoder. Like every razer product I’ve owned a switch or sensor goes bad within a few months of warranty expiration. I have replaced D-Pad switches on my Tartarus’ (I have 3) over 40 times. Let me know if you have this issue because I found better switches for these. Anyways the scroll wheel on my Naga Pro started jumping around. I followed every tutorial, using compressed air etc. I took it apart and cleaned the optical sensor, still jumping. It seems this uses both an optical sensor and a physical encoder attached to the axis of the wheel. Looking down on the mouse this attached to the right side. This is likely what you need to replace. I was able to find one on Aliexpress for under $4 including shipping. I need to switch the keycaps of my Razer Joro, because I bought a used Joro with the french layout (AZERTY) I want to convert it in an Italian layout (QWERTY) knowing it will still have some french "special characters" but I don't want to buy another keyboard just because I bought the wrong layout.Can anyone help about it?

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the microphone on my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. Compared to my other headsets, the microphone volume is extremely low. When testing it through the Windows microphone settings, speaking at a normal volume only reaches around 6–10%.The microphone sounds muffled and as if I’m talking through a filter, both in Windows and on Discord. The same muffled sound can also be heard in the Mic Preview in Razer Synapse, so the issue seems to be present consistently. I have also tried the beta version of Razer Synapse, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue.My friend on Discord has also mentioned that my microphone volume is noticeably lower compared to other people he talks to, which confirms that the issue is not just limited to the Windows microphone test.I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution to this issue.

So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below.
