The Razer Armory

Hello I’m at my wits end and need this laptop to work. I was doing my blender assignment when suddenly the whole screen turned black. I connected it to an external monitor which worked at first and updated everything + did almost every method show online (removing ram, battery, cmos, changing to dgpu). When I changed it to the dgpu on the bios it no longer displays on my external monitor. I don’t know what to do anymore and was hoping someone could help me.

I lost the USB C dongle to my Barracuda X Chroma. how would I go about getting a replacement ?

Hey everyone, I've been eyeing the regular V4 for a while, but where I live it costs $250 which feels like way too much. So I started looking at the V4X for $120 instead. Is the difference between them actually noticeable?The main thing I care about is positional audio since I play a lot of PUBG. Funny thing is, I originally wanted the regular V4 because I thought it had haptic feedback for games like Hogwarts Legacy — turns out that's only on the Pro version, lol. And on top of that they don't even sell the Pro here, so now I'm kind of lost on which one to go with, the V4X or the regular V4.I asked an AI which one it recommended, and it told me that the Kraken V4 X was better and that I should buy the THX Spatial if I wanted it, since with the 50% discount it would cost me 10%. I honestly have no idea about this since I've never used this technology.

Hace unos días me llegaron mis audífonos BLACKSHARK V2 X, y en el tema de los audífonos todo bien, sin embargo, tengo el problema de que el micrófono no es reconocible por mi laptop, por lo que el único micrófono disponible para la entrada de audio es el que viene incluido en la laptop, quisiera una pronta solución. 

So I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.I buy a mouse… and now I need an entire software ecosystem to use it?Why does Razer have like 15 different apps that all feel required, all run in the background, and all somehow still don’t make the device work consistently?Half of it feels optional until something breaks, then suddenly you need all of it installed just to troubleshoot basic functionality.And even then, it’s hit or miss.Nothing better than spending an hour fixing a mouse so it can finally perform at the level it should’ve out of the box.No upgrade. No added features. Just baseline functionality after a full debugging session.Also can we talk about the “surround sound” stuff?Why does a headset require account logins, activation codes, and separate software just to do something Windows and literally every other brand handles without all this overhead?At a certain point it stops feeling like

If you brought back the Left Nagas in 2026, you would make bank.  You would not even have to create a new mouse evither, just re-release the existing model.  Maybe, tweak it to modern firmware/software standards, but just create a new batch.  Hell, I’d buy at least 2 of them.  I own both versions you’ve came out with and was one of many who signed the petition for the 2020 release.  Being only able to use my left hand for my passionate gaming, it made things 100x easierhave programmable side buttons. With Left Handed Gaming Mice niche being as barren as it is today, you would be the only source of the old school product.  The community of left handed gamers would flock to Razer. 

The wheel of my mouse “Razer Naga X” fails to work properly.whenever I scroll down, the page jumps UP .. frustrating as hell. I’ve tried to clean/blow out the wheel a couple of times but it comes back very fast.Any way to fix this or should replace? My purchase was ‘only’ made in may 2024.  Thanks!Best regardsBrian

Do the friends you play with also need to be a part of the competition, in order for you to gain their gameplay hours? or does it only care if you yourself are going through the razor app to load up the game, and see’s the others are with you?

I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

I Emailed the razer support team and asked why the Reusable tote bag wasn't available in the Canadian Razer website. Can’t exactly Remember what they said but they said the Tote Bag would be available in Canada Soon. but I’ve literally waited maybe 7 or 8 months and they still haven’t added it to their website. anyone know why?

Hello dudes!After updating the synapse, the headphones stopped displaying in the app and THX stopped working. It was decided to reset the headphones to factory settings and reinstall the synapse. After that, the headphones stopped turning on at all. When the power button is pressed, the LED lights up for a second and then turns off. The headphones work on 3.5, but they are quite quiet. Updating the firmware does not help, as the headphones do not turn on. Are there any ways to solve this issue? Is there a way to install the firmware using a USB cable? 

Hi my white razer blackshark v2 pro mic has stopped working and I cant find any official replacements for it on the Razer store. Is there anyway to get a replacement part for it?

this past week the left rumble motor has been more intense and noisy like its rattleing inside is there anywhere I can buy a replacement rumble motor i rather just swap the part myself than send it into Amazon since I'm moving in the next two weeks

I'm waiting for a nordic layout for the Razer Blackwidow v4 75%. I'm just wondering will Razer make a nordic layout for it?

Why are there so few new keyboards available with Nordic Layout?I’m looking to replace my BlackWidow Elite with orange switches and nordic layout, but there are no new Razer products available with that config…BlackWidow V4 75%… nope, no nordic layout.BlackWidow V4 75% Pro… nope, no nordic layout.Even the full-size BlackWidow V4 Pro is missing this layout with orange switches…I’ve waited almost a year looking for a new keyboard. Preferably 75% but I could do another full-size. Soon I’ll have to go a different route and but from another manufacturer. And that’ll mean I’ll also replace all my other Razer gear down the line (mouse, speakers, webcam, enclosure, etc).There used to be a nordic layout option for all (or most) keyboards. But maybe Razer no longer care for customers outside the US :-/And yes, I’ve looked for other keycaps to replace but there are no good options.

Split ergonomic layout, solid specs, just what I have been looking for! But... US layout only, with zero information about when or if ever international layouts are coming.This is becoming a pattern.BlackWidow V4 75%? None of us can get a proper layout for most of the new lineup. Razer sells in Europe, markets in Europe, but apparently doesn't make keyboards for Europe.So I have to ask: is Razer actually interested in keeping European customers? Because at this point it feels like we're expected to either live with a US layout or look elsewhere. I've been a Razer fan for years, but I'm genuinely starting to wonder if it's time to move

I’ve had this mouse for maybe 6 months. It worked flawlessly for those 6 months, but now, I cant use the 2.4 ghz mode on my mouse. The mouse will stay blue and then after a few seconds the blue light shuts off. The mouse still works wired and in blue tooth mode. The mouse isn’t recognized in synapse either unless wired or in blue tooth mode. I really enjoy using this mouse and would like to hear about some options I have.
