How do I know the controller is fully charged? 

Brand new cooling pad, razer blade 14 w/synapse 4. Updated firmware on cooling pad per razer synapse, and now guess what?! I can’t use my cooling pad. It just sticks on “initializing” within the GPU/CPU temp boxes and won’t let me switch the thing back to “balanced” now I either have to deal with the constant fan blaring or lay off the PC for gaming (which is not ideal for a gaming PC). I know it’s a wider issue and expect some update to fix it, but it would be great if Razer would at least acknowledge the issue and assure us that we didn’t just burn 150.00…  

I recently switched back to Mac and although my Kiyo Pro technically still works as a webcam, I can't detect it in Synapse. I've seen some inconsistent info around whether Synapse still works in Mac OS, but I just wanted to check. I'd really like to adjust the settings on the Kiyo, since the image doesn't look very good now that I've switched over to a new setup. 

My Razer Deathadder V2 Pro, I’ve been using it for over 1 year now, and its been acting up. The MB5 Button isn’t working anymore and the MB4 is getting harder to use by the day. 😢 Anyone have a lube solution or something to ease the friction? Jk Lol

Greetings dear Razer community,I hope this post finds you well. I was wondering whether there are any free 3D models available for users like me to print.I’ve got an old Razer Taipan mouse, and it’s working very well, except the plastic body that was scattered when I untied the screws. I mean I get it, it’s been like 10 years stored in a warm room, so it’s rather accepted to find the plastic no enduring after the fact.Therefore, wishing to find a free 3D model, I searched the internet and found nothing except a website selling a fake 3D model files for 20$. I don’t wanna pay that much for a model and then pay some more to print it. 20$ can buy me a new mouse with good specifications and quality, but I don’t wanna waste a good hardware due to the failure of the plastic.I hope some designers here can help me make this model ready to print. I wanna have my old mouse back, I love it. I also hope that Razer embraces the need for sustainability and reduction of waste by making the original 3

Im curious if there is a way for me to keep my speakers on all the time or keep them from going into sleep mode. All the forms I see say to change the power settings however synapse 3 nor 4 seem to offer power settings for this device. They seem to go into sleep mode if not used every 15 min. 

Hi everyone,I hope someone here can help me with a problem I'm facing with my Razer Kraken Ultimate headphones, which come with THX Spatial Audio.Until recently, I had no issues using THX Spatial Audio. However, after updating from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 today, I'm now unable to activate this feature. Specifically, when I press the THX Spatial Audio button, the indicator light doesn't turn on, and the feature doesn’t seem to activate at all. I just got my Acari mouse pad and I need to trim about ½ inch off of the long side to fit into a custom space.Is this possible without causing delamination or other potential damage?If “yes” then what would be the recommended technique for the trim?TIA

Hi everybody,I’ve just got a new Barracuda X Chroma headset. After I turned on sidetone, I hear some crackling/white noise in the background in my ears once the mic starts recording. Is low volume, but loud enough to annoy me when having the sidetone level on a minimum helpful level. It is only noticable in the real-time sidetone playback, but not in any recording.Has anybody else encountered this?Is this a bug on my specific piece or a production issue?Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to assign the controls on the touchscreen (Razer Nexus) in a combination of two buttons (LT + X), similar to "Bluestacks" ?

Hello everyone, it seems like I’m not the only one to have the frustration of a failing scroll wheel on the v3 pro wireless model. When scrolling down for me, it’ll actually scroll up then switch to down, then back up again. It’s one very frustrating charade and definitely expected something better than that considering I spent 250$ for this thing on release.So I figure okay let’s try to see if we can get any warranty claim, keep in mind I have attempted all the razer support “fixes” and still have the issue. 2 frustrating days later and I can’t even get them to cross ship a replacement, instead I have to ship my model to them for an unknown amount of time, then they decide if I get a replacement. Considering I use this every single day for work, how is this even remotely considered a solution? Not to mention the grief of not having a receipt since I bought it in store at micro center back in 2023, didn’t realize you had to keep a receipt forever just in case, guess I know now. Has any

I have seen others have this issue, my mouse is probably just over a year old & i’ve had the issue where my mouse won’t stop scrolling down, I paid a lot of money for this, troubleshooted this in everyway that has been suggested. I will provide the serial number if staff will respond. Any help would be much appreciated,.

I am hoping the Deathadder v4 Pro will be compatible with the Razer Mouse Dock Pro.The Deathadder v3 Pro is an amazing mouse, but the need to plug in a cable to charge it so regularly is frustrating when it could be charged wirelessly with the dock.I purchased the Razer Cobra hoping it would suit, however, have to sell it because it is far too small for my hands.There shouldn’t be an issue with weight for the DA v4 Pro having the puck because that is an optional feature. For those that care about every little gram, they can simply not use the puck and charge it with the cord.Seems like Razer has created an excellent ecosystem with the Mouse Dock Pro, but not utlising it.Also unfortunate the latest Razer Viper isn’t compatible with the dock.

The new Razer HyperFlux V2 Wireless Charging System from looking at pics and system specs has no bottom Chroma RGB…...just why have Razer left this off?  its a no from me just because of this missing feature!

After several years, Razer still hasn't thought of adding the Barracuda X 2022 headset model to the Synapse app list. It's really surprising why. I just want to have the battery percentage and EQ settings in the app, that's all. Please follow up and add it to the list. This headset is very popular. Maybe someone will want to use it in Windows...

Всем привет, столкнулся с проблемой после обновления на syn4, калибровка THX звука работает некорректно, когда включаю проверку, звук который должен идти справа идет слева, если вернуть syn3 то все работает, такая проблема была еще пол года назад, но как вижу она все еще есть и ее никак не исправилинаушники blackshark v2 

I was using my wonderful razer controller when the app told me the controller needed an update I did the update. now my controller will turn on when plugged in you can press all buttons except move the joysticks and the controller still works. if you move L or R joystick the controller vibrates really long shuts off comes back on after few seconds and works until joystick is moved. the app obviously says the controller is up to date. it does not change if you swap pc consol or cords.

Hello, I have an issue with the Basilisk V3 Pro that is not detected when I enter the bios setup of my Alienware Area 51 AAT2250.  Other USB mice and trackballs are detected and work properly.  I’ve tried various USB ports available on the computer.  The mouse works properly in Windows.Is there anything I can do to get the Basilisk to work with the computer during bios setup? Thank you!

Hi I have a issue that I'm looking for replacement parts for my wolverine ultimate that i have had for quite sometime now, and I would like to find somewhere to get parts so I can replace the sticks, triggers, grips and springs for bumpers and triggers could do with replacement. I run a site that helps people find jobs in Canada  and a lot of our users are working remotely now. I've been using Razer gear myself (keyboard + headset), and honestly, it's been great for productivity and long hours.But I wanna know shoul i use for work too?

So i just installed the update for Synapse an hour ago and for some reasons since then, my headphones sounds shit, like 5$ headphones.. I tried deleting synapse, reinstalling it, look for windows update, rebooted pc and it didn't changed anything. Even unplugging and plugging back the headphones doesn't change anything...Anybody have the same problem and if so.. does someone have a fix for it?
