Hi, I wanted to change my headphones, but I can't find any information on a specific model I'm looking for.I currently have the Razer Kraken Tournament, which are about 5 years old and are already quite old. I was torn between two models, but as I said at the beginning of the post, I can't find much information on one of their models, and it leads me to think it's because they're somewhat bad... they're the Razer Kraken V4 X, which are the most basic models. The other model I'm interested in is the Kraken V3. 

Hi everyone,I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced a similar issue and could help me.I have a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate headphones. They were working fine last week, but since yesterday I've been having problems.At first, they connect properly, but after a short time they seem to disconnect and my PC no longer detects them.I tried running the RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00.exe tool — it worked temporarily, but then the issue came back.Has anyone here found a fix for this?

Hello,I purchased a 2022 razor 15’ base model and would like to write a review after it has finally broken after 2 years of poor functionality. I was excited when I bought my $2000+ dollar laptop. The first thing that was obvious was the battery life functioned worse than my Dell laptop of 7+ years. I assumed the power hungry gpu was responsible for this and since I keep the laptop plugged in I overlooked this issue. Then I noticed terrible WiFi connection. The laptop was unable to keep a stable internet connection despite days and weeks of fidgeting with the router and frequency connections. The substandard WiFi connection persisted through the entirety of the two year life cycle of this piece of crap. My ancient dell laptop had perfect stable connection while next to my state of the art Razer and functioned like a reliable workhorse. The death knell was playing a game while relaxing on the couch. As I adjusted my sitting posture, the power cord dislodged marginally unbeknownst to me.

Can someone help me i lost the phone # that i used on my razer account and i already forgot my back up codes can someone let me know how to fix this problem? 

I would like to know if the razer blade 18 2025 is also a touch screen as well or basic screen?

i’ve been using the v3 kraken for about 2 months on ps5 now and i want to make it louder but i cannot find out how. i’ve alr tried messing with my ps5 settings and it’s not getting any louder any help would be appreciated

I bought a Razer Blade RZ09-0195 in 2018. back then I used it for gaming as well as video and photo processing.Nowadays my life has changed a bit and I still use the Razer for work - I need it to run Office as well as an Internet Browser and expect nothing else from it.Has anyone managed to install Windows 11 on this model? I still want to use it as it works for my everyday use but it seems like Windows 11 is not supported by one of the parts in the Blade?I need to run a version of Windows as I need to run an .exe file to work on an .xml file every couple of months and this does not seem to be possible on other systems?

Hi everyone,have graphics errors with the new Razer Blade 18 2025 model and captured them on a video:https://streamable.com/zuqnmfAs long as only NVIDIA is active, everything works fine. As soon as I activate the Intel internal graphics card, they come right back.I have already updated drivers, cleaned NVIDIA and INTEL with DDU in shutdown mode. Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4 but unfortunately no chance :(

Shredding* I'm kinda lost here. But i surely hope i will find my answer. My hello kitty and friends kraken works fine, i love it. But i just looked at it and one of my led hello kitty is litterally shredding !! I don't know what to do :( do Razer have any stickers of it so i can replace it ? I've bought Nommo V2 Pro. Whatever I do, only Presets work, I can't change the audio levels in custom. I mean, I change sliders but non of them has any effect. Movie, Music etc. affects, they are working but my only issue with the equalizer is in Custom mode.Also THX option doesn't do anything, it's always sounding stereo even though i click and select THX. I changed usb ports, updated my speakers and subwoofer to latest firmware, I even reinstalled Windows 11 Pro (latest version) but my problems persist. I tried with Synapse 4 and 3 but no luck. My bios, drivers etc are all updated. Please help me.

I have been using this two products for some time now. Actually i already changed one Tartarus and bought another one. At the beginning they worked fine. But after a few months scroll wheel on both of them (not at the same time) started with problems. When want to change the volume on the keyboard, if i want it to go up, it jitters and at one moment it is going down, while i am scrolling up, and at other moment it goes where it should. It is like this: If the current volume is 50% and i want it to go higher, i scroll up and it starts jittering first to 42%, then to 56%, then to 38%, 48%, 60%, 54%,46%, 58%… and i have to scroll up until it finally is on the number i desire. The sam is when i want to zoom something in photoshop or some other program with Tartarus. Images are going smaller when i want to be more zoomed in. And at some point it starts to go in the right direction. I find somewhere that this is a general problem with Razer scrolls on most of the products and it is some kind

I’ve wanted to be a Razer fan.I’m an old 51. Bear with me. Back in 2007 I was so happy with my Belkin N52TE Speedpad (the great granddaddy of the Razer Tartarus Pro). In 2009 or so, I picked up the Naga with its amazing 12 side buttons. Next Razer product was a Cynosa, and I was going good for a while. In 2020, life drastically changed, and while I wasn’t doing great financially, I saved up and bought a Naga Pro (gifting my previous Naga to my nephew), and a Blackwidow v3 Pro to go wireless. Around this time, my beloved N52TE died, and I replaced it with a Tartarus Pro. I’ve also bought a Barracuda X, Firefly mousepad, and a Seiren Mini (and I bought one for my nephew as well).I have never been able to keep my Blackwidow and Naga Pro working correctly. I simply want 3 things:1) To work (not freeze/stop)2) To be Wireless (that’s why I paid more for the wireless versions)3) To allow custom lighting.I can get 2 of those things to happen, but never 3. I believe beyond a doubt it is because

 As u can see this was inside my Razer Naga hyperspeed v2 after i noticed a weird noice and after i noticed the hyperscroll didnt work it always jumped out, i tried do find the hole or something do fix it where it belongs but i couldnt find it where do i have do stick it in? it doesnt seem broken everything works just the scroll button doesnt stick i need it tho hopefuly anyone knows where do push it in for it do work again

I bought the Razer Turret a couple of days ago, when I connect it to the PC via dongle everything works fine but when I connect it to my Series X it doesn't work, when I connect the dongle the screen flashes black and does nothing else, it doesn't recognize the keyboard, the only way to use the keyboard is via cable, I've tried everything, using all the console's USB ports, updating the firmware, restarting the console, I can't get it to work on the Xbox, does anyone have a solution?

I have an MSI Vector 16HX AI and I want to get a cooler for it.Since I like the design of the Razer the most, I initially wanted to pull the trigger and buy one until I realized the front lip is non removable.The base of the RCP is slightly wider and deeper than my laptop, but I'm afraid that the foam will block the airvents at the bottom and that the laptop will sit too "high" because of the lip pushing the laptop back (and not allowing it to go over the front) 

I am using Deathstalker v2 pro, Basilisk v3 pro and Barracuda pro wireless. While I was using Synapse 3, everything pretty much worked, except Barracuda sound quality sometimes going down with ANC On.But then I installed Synapse 4, ohhh the nightmares. Just, don’t do it guys. It’s the biggest scam, the biggest PoS software ever. Hell, it even broke my Tobii eye tracker. I reinstalled everything several times, still it doesn’t work. Profile buttons not being applied for mouse, Barracuda headset not connecting over and over again, THX bugging out every time PC is turned onIf there is a Razer employee here, reading this. Please, don’t hire cheap workforce, and please fire all the devs that worked on this bs software.
