Razer Kraken v3 Pro has audio balance issues when using volumewell on the headset. It literally drives me crazy. The headset does not work properly. The problem, based on discussions here, is massive, and no one is fixing it. I just purchased a:  Razer BlackShark V2 X USB / Product numberRZ04-04570100-R3U1 from Amazon on July 10th, 2025 and received it on the 15th..  Registered my headset.  Received my 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code.  Downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound application.  Launched it.  And then…Nothing.The 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch.(I believe it has something to do with my AppData, but am not sure.) I would  very much like to get the 7.1 Surround Sound application to run on my machine. I have an MSI GE76 Raider 11UE-046US-SG71180H16GXXDX10MA with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H, 16.0 GB RAM.  I do want to point out that I upgraded from the Windows 10 it came with to Windows 11 Home. I can use the BlackShark V2 X USB just fine in games and applications like Discord.  But, it is frustrating that the 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch, though.  I have installed, removed , and re-installed it multiple times.  I’ve even uninstalled:Synapse 4 (for my Blackwidow

Hello! These are my first big headphones from Razer. Honestly, I'm very annoyed by the way the connection works on 2.4hrz. For some reason, my sound starts to creak, hiss, as if the headphones are losing connection. The video also starts to lag. For some reason, this happens when I go to the Nvidia APP application, as well as GTA5. Sometimes it goes away when I turn on the stereo mode. THX spatial audio, it seems to be in this mode that it lags. I don't know what's going on, there are no updates, I tried to set it up. I haven't found a way to completely reset the headphones.

Good afternoon. The Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application has been reinstalled. After reinstallation, the previously valid activation code is no longer working. Please help me activate the program.

I buy razer blackshark v2 x in October 2024, in the first week when I wore them there were no problems, after that they began to squeeze very hard, this continues until this day, I started using the headphones as speakers because of this, I tried them stretching it with books and leaving it for a couple of days, it didn’t help, unfortunately the headphones cause me very severe pain, does anyone know how to solve this? Or will I have to stretch them even more?

Hello! i have a huge problem….I recently bought the Razer Kraken v 4 and i have massive issues.I bouight it in Feb 2025 and had no problems since. Then suddenly last week i got microphonee problems. I sounded distorted for others and they could always hear themselv and when they speak my mic get activated. i thought, since i dont have the problems with other headsets that it might be broken. Could happen no problem i send it in. Got a newe one from razer send today. Plugged it in. same problems….. i have no cloue what to do please help my suffering

I recently bought a new Razer Kracken X headset and it has been working fine for weeks, but the fast few days on both pc calls and ps5 party chat people have been telling me that my microphone is making some sort of beeping noise every now and then and that is sounds somewhat like morse code. what do you suggest? is there a way to sort this or is the headset broken? The headset i bought is the wired version if that helps

Hello,I'm facing an annoying issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, specifically with the microphone. When using it on PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation 4, there's a constant whining or static noise coming from the mic.Here’s what I’ve tried: Connected the headset to multiple controllers (including a brand-new one) Adjusted audio and microphone settings on the console Tested the headset on a PC (works perfectly with no issues) The issue only happens on PlayStation devices. Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPad tablet to a new Android tablet. However, I'm still experiencing audio lag even when I switch it to player mode. I've reset the headset, but it still hasn't worked.

Hello!Razer blackshark V2 Special edition (Razer USB Sound card).I reinstalled win 11, installed synapse 4, and now CS2 sounds differently.The footsteps are quiet, and the sounds of gunfire and explosions are very loud and voluminous.On win 10, I used the standard custom equalizer setting in synapse 3. THX was turned off.I set the same settings in synapse 4, surround sound during shots and explosions prevents playing.I did not change the settings in CS2 itself, in windows all settings with surround sound are turned off.All "bass boost" type improvements in synapse are disabledI have tried all possible combinations of settings in synapse, nothing helps.Thanks!

Hello, I purchased a used Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed from an app called 11st. It was brand new. After updating the firmware in the Razer Audio app, I tried to use it, but the right earbud stopped working. The battery was 100% charged. Please help.

Does anyone know of a safe store or a way to get my nari working again? I really liked this headset and want to use it again but i lost the dongle a few years ago, razer store doesn’t have the replacement part i need and if possible i would like to not buy it from aliexpress/ebay, and yes, the warranty is expired.

Hey folks!  I have a Clio paired with the Nommo V2 as my front speakers. When working together they show in windows as razer clio surround. Just wondering, what configuration is best in windows for “razer clio surround”? Should it be 5.1, quadrophonic, or stereo?Thanks

Hello. I bought a Razer Kraken v4 headset from you and I have a problem with the sound. When I use Discord during the game, the sounds in the game are constantly interrupted if I set the chat sound source in the Discord settings. I specifically bought this model with the ability to select two channels for sound and balance them. When I connect my Kraken Tornament edition, there is no such problem. Moreover, if I use Discord while listening to music and video, the sound also begins to disappear until some sound is played from Discord.

Just got this on a deal everything works just fine.The only downside is it every time I turned it on volume level backs to flat and I have to manually turn it up by pressing the button on the bar so…Is there a way to avoid this?Tnx in advance for the help.

Hi guys! Hi Razer team! So, as the title suggest, THX Spatial Audio has a CPU problem, a very old problem it seams.i found a work around: go to Task Manager → Services an then restart the Windows Audio service. After the restart everything is working as intended.Razer, I know you have a lot to do, but would you be so kind to tell who is the culprit? Or at least why is this happening so we can find a more permament solution? Thanks :)

 I recently tried upgrading to synapse 4. I noticed it made my sound quality very bad compared to before and decided to go back to synapse 3. Now that i have gone back my mic does not work, but only when synapse is installed. As soon as i delete synapse it starts working again, but then the sound quality turns bad again. When i try to test the mic in windows settings, the blue bar moves like the mic is working but then when i try the mic in discord and in games it doesn't work. I tried revouninstalling razer, switching usb port, switching razer profile and other things i dont specifically remember.

So i have my razer kraken v3 x for a year now and accidentaly broke a part, is there any way to fix or maybe replace the broken part?here are the images
