Associated Razer ID Blank

    Hi, I created a Razer Insider account on 27th November last year and haven't logged out since. However with the upcoming 50% sale I went to check my Associated Razer ID on my profile only to find it blank. The page acted as if it were linked but there was no ID being shown. So I decided to disassociate the account in the hope that 're-associating' it was fix the problem. Now I'm afraid I may have made things worse.
    It then proceeded to log me out of insider and upon logging in again (with the same email and password) I was asked to create a username and link an email address. It would not let me use either my previous username or email (so I changed my name slightly and used my other email address).

    As it stands I have no idea about the status of my account or whether I'll be eligible for the 50% code on Monday. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    You know the fact that you mentioned that.
    I just checked myself and mine also states the same.
    No RazerID under my settings yet I own two Razer devices and must've created this account over 5 months ago to try the Razer Surround.

    Mine is blank as well. Would appreciate some clarification on whether I will be eligible for the sale.

    If you click on your name under the avatar photo to the left, it says you created this account "yesterday" -- so, you may want to just give it some time for everything to migrate over from the RazerID and Razerstore onto your Razer|Insider account.
