I have a Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard and recently the switches have been dying. It began with the end key, which just did not work. I took out the keycap and tried clicking the switch itself (razer green switch). It also did not work. I cleaned the keycap and put it back, did not work. It was not that bad, since I could manage everything with my right arrow key. However, recently (a few days ago) my down arrow key got the same issue. (I do know how razer synapse works, and I confirmed it was not assigned to something else) Can someone help me? I really love this keyboard but if more keys keep dying then I will have to get a different one. Thanks!

I had a similar issue with my arrow keys and my number pad, and honestly, after reinstalling synapse (on many occasions) the bug just went away (have had my keyboard since 2012 and its still working great)

You can try a keyboard tester online to check if the key is still registering. Also, try what @DrTanios mentioned about doing a clean reinstall of Synapse.
