All the europeans beware, you will probably pay import fees, customs, taxes (in addition to a huge shipping fee) and end up with a much higher price than you'd pay if you'd buy it locally.

I'm afraid many kids that are jumping on the -50% bandwagon will be unpleasantly surprised when they see their bill.

On the RazerStore, it says that "orders outside Europe can be subject to customs fees" ( not the exact words, but that's the idea ). Most of the time, when one imports goods from the US to Europe, there are no customs or taxes.

Yes, I was also confused by that sentence. Most of the EU countries let you through without any customs when the item price is below 25€. Which would not be the case with most of the stuff from Razer. Unless they ship within the EU, then you don't pay nothing extra. But I doubt that, with such a high shipping fee.

"European Razer customers, please be informed that shipping rates for EU are fixed for respective countries and will be calculated for you at checkout."
"Orders shipped OUTSIDE the European Union may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country, and the recipient will be responsible for those charges."
These two sentences are from the Delivery Guide on the Razer Store, I think they're pretty clear : European customers pay only a delivery price that's calculated and that can't change; no custom clearance.

Yeah, and here they state the following
"If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees."

Would love to see some clarification on this.

I can see only one explanation : maybe they send products from the US to American customers and from Europe to European customers ?
Someone once ordered Razer Ferox from the Razer Store for me, we live in Europe ( France ) and I don't think this person had to pay more than expected, otherwise I would have known.

Okay, so I tested my luck and ordered anyways, and it looks my order is being shipped from Netherlands!

    Yay! No additional fees!

Yeah my Blackshark was shipped to me from the Netherlands, hopefully I'll get it tomorrow ( I have to get up early in order not to miss the delivery guy :slightly_sad: )
