This is the second time I've had this problem with my Death adder Chroma, and I can't put my finger on it. Ever since I downloaded the music visualizer Chroma app, I noticed that the Razer logo on my Death adder Chroma's is out of sync with any color I select. When I choose pure white, the color is usually a light green, when I choose blue, it's completely black. I said second time, because I had this issue on my laptop with the same moue. When I built my PC and switched over peripherals, the colors would sync perfectly, but when I downloaded the music visualizer Chroma app, the same thing occurred.
Have any of you had a similar issue? Is there a way to completely reset to factory defaults and start from scratch? I've tried just about everything; uninstalling and re installing Synapse, updating the death adder drivers. Any ideas?

Have you tried holding the left, middle and right mouse buttons down for 5 seconds?

Firstly, please contact Razer Support with any issues.

You've mentioned the Audio Visualiser a lot so I'm not sure whether you're just referring to the issue happening while the visualiser is running, or whether you think the visualiser has caused your mouse lighting to completely malfunction (ie. when changing the lighting within Synapse).

Does the lighting setting work as expected until you run the visualiser?

Try changing it to Red, then Green, then Blue. It could be a faulty LED. You should definitely contact Razer Support if it is faulty.

After doing some research, and after constantly thinking it was a firmware issue, I have determined that it's more than likely s faulty blue LED. Going to be contacting Razer Support, get everything straightened out. Thanks for your help guys.

Update: I know I'm bad for doing it, and I voided any warranties, but I managed to take the mouse apart, and the moment I separated the base from the top, it worked. My guess is that it was either a pinched wire or something along those lines.

Again, try not to spam. Giving an obvious and frankly unhelpful piece of advice like "call support" on a thread over a month old that had been solved by OP on just the previous post is most definitely spamming, as is posting >100 short posts in one day. We all love Razer because the company makes quality products, and we at insider try to make sure our forums are quality as well. The community doesn't want to see tens of months-old threads brought up by a bunch of short spammy posts.

Had notifications from 6 threads he necroed, not a single constructive post that doesn't reiterate what has already been noted in the respective threads previously.
