I can't sign up a new Razer ID account with the same email as the one I previously deleted.

    I just deleted my current Razer ID account, but can't seem to sign up with the email I previously used. The sign in for the old account is down, but the sign up page says that the email is still in use. Is this just a time thing, where I have to wait a while, or is there a problem?

    (BTW This is my first post. Please tell me if you need more details or if the topic is not where it is supposed to be.)

    This is confusing? You're posting on the forums, and as far as I can tell, the account you use in synapse is the same account you use on the forums. Ergo, if your forum account works it stands to reason that your synapse account should work as well?

    My point being, if you're able to post on the forums then your Razer ID account should still work.

    You really should contact either @Razer|WolfPack or @Razer|Gwynbleidd for assistance with this. They will be able to answer all your questions and figure out where to go next.
