So I was just wondering if Razer decided to do financial services, like Dell Financial Service, on their more expensive things like the Razer phone or the Blade laptops or heck even partnered with MasterCard or Visa to have a credit card that does Zsilver or Zgold cash back. How many of you would apply and for what item or credit card (if they did the partnership).

They have. It's an option at checkout.

Yes they have it through AFFIRM as @Dalton24 pointed out. I have a feeling, once this E-payment system is approved, it'll be a step closer to their own financial servicing system. At least it seems to be the direction by only taking on a huge task asked by the Prime Minister a couple of months ago, is why I'd assume it so.

Really, cause anytime I've gone to thr store and looked at buying one of the laptops. I only get the paypal or credit card options .. then again I live in Canada so a financial payment plan might not be available to me, But I'd still like a Razer MasterCard with Zsilver or Zgold cashback

As much as I would like it, sadly I dont see Razer doing it. There is a lot of red tape for them to solve, along with the idea that at the moment, they are this amazing gaming company that we love with fantastic staff who can do anything for us. However as soon as they get a credit card they risk loosing that positive outlook people have with the company. When people loose money and get their houses taken away by a man with a razer badge, bad publicity 'for games, by gamers... now give me your PC, its payments due!'.
