Login Streak Reset

    I'm not sure if it was actually the cause or a coincidence, but when I logged in after downloading the latest update yesterday my login streak was reset from 26 to 0. This also reset my progress on the Dustforce promotion as it would have been my 3rd login in a row after registering for it but that also got reset to 0 logins.

    Hi @jamesviola, sorry to hear what you encountered. We are checking this issue now.

    Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from http://rzr.to/cortexlogtool, then fill out the Game and Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on your desktop with all logs needed.

    Please upload the logs to services like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste the link here in the forum.

    Hi @jamesviola, according to your logs, it appears that there was 1 day that you just ran Cortex for a few seconds. It did not give Cortex enough time to get the message to reward you. Next time, please run Cortex for a few mins to make sure that the reward can be issued.

    Hm, I guess that's the was the most likely explanation anyways. I did think I'd logged in each day but apparently I made a mistake.
