Nabu X can't update

    Hi all, not sure if this is the right section but I'm posting it here anyway.

    So I bought a Nabu X, and when I connect it with my phone everything seems good until it tries to update. Once it does, it says it encountered an error. I'm using it on my LG Nexus 5X running Android 7.1, and have the latest Nabu app.

    Any advice?

    You should probably contact Razer Customer Service for assistance, because they'll be able to give the most up-to-date and accurate help for the problem. However, if it were me, I'd try plugging the Nabu X in and then attempt to update it. I have the Nabu and sometimes it would refuse to update if there wasn't a constant power supply during the update process.

    I think mine might have a battery defect or something actually, the battery seems to be going from fully charged to dead overnight, while not connected. Should I try to get a new one?

    Definitely contact Razer Customer Support and have them help you out, they can also address the potential battery issue for you.
