Paid to Play downtime refund

    I was wondering whether those who suffered the broken zsilver system will receive a reimbursement as i have lost about 5000 worth because of the bug. please let me know as I need that mug & holder.

    Well, i think all the cortex users want to be refunded :< . For example i lost about 950 zsilver for that issue , i sent many feedback to the cortex support but i received no answer T_T,I really hope they will do something..

    You have lost? Or you just did not win? there is a huge difference between those two questions I made

    Strange thing since I sent a report 2 days ago and right after I send it (about 1h after) I got a response from support team

    The first time i sent a message to the support and they were really fast, and they asked me to sent a feedback from the razer cortex client, then i received a responde 3 days later(they said that i had to reinstall the client though i did it like 3 times) when the issue was solved >.<

    Well, you will definitely not be "refunded" or anything else.
    Always consider that Paid to Play is something Razer does for free and also it's thought to gain some rewards while you are gaming as usual. Nothing to especially work for.
    And what do you mean with suffered? haha "Oh no, I suffer so much from playing a game and having fun, but not getting paid for it..."
    You never lost something, you just couldn't earn it for a couple of days.

    I'm curious as of how many of you have actually been affected by this bug as i feel that while you are correct in saying that simply I'm not winning, I think its unfair that you win and I don't when we do identical things.

    Anyway, everyone was affected as far as I know, the system just wasn't working. So no one gained 'an advantage' on you.

    I think they are not gonna give us anything cause the bug.

    As the other said, we didn't lose anything, we just didn't win coins.

    We can't really expect stuff like refunds or compensations partly because razer is technically helping us fans to get some good gear indirectly.

    Although it is abit upsetting that we can't earn our zsilver at times, we should be happy for this paid to play thing to happen in the first place.

    I think Razer will not give refund to us because Paid to Play program is a free program we just play like we always do then got some zSilver. If there is an issue in Paid to Play i think it's normal because Razer still improving the Paid to Play system.

    Food, clothing, and shelter are needs. An RGB mug is definitely not a need.:confused_:

    And the drama continues..
    How hard is to you guys to understand that this is a FREE program and YOU DID NOT LOST ANYTHING since you not paid anything to join it? Also you did not have to do anything to win (or not to win) those zSilver that you don't usually do?
