Get the Razer Deathadder Chroma if you are really competitive. If you need extra buttons, get the Logitech G502. Both have great sensors. But personally, I prefer the Deathadder since it is lighter.

For the mousepad, it is really based on personal preference. A generally good tried and tested option would be the SteelSeries QCK.

    But for options here:
    Speed: Razer Destructor 2
Control: SteelSeries QCK or Razer Goliathus
    Hybrid Silicone: Razer Megasoma 2

The Hybrid Silicone pads are supposed to offer both speed and control with no compromise. I personally LOVE them but they are just too damn small for me to use. But if you want to try Hybrid Silicone, go for the Razer Megasoma 2.

    What do I use personally?

Thank you for your answer. Since a long time I used the Razer Naga and the Razer Goliathus control mouse pad. But since a few weeks I struggle a little bit with this connection also because I think it is not the best combination for playing competitive. That's why I really thank you for your alternatives.

Absolutely! No problem! You should really try out the Hybrid-Silicone if you play at relatively high DPI (pretty much anything above 1000). I also added links to the mouse pad names. If you are ordering just the mouse pads, then get them from Amazon or something. But if you are ordering with the mouse, get them from the Razer store. You will have better support if you order from the Razer store.

    I am using a DPI between 800 and 1000 with a sensitivity of 1,18.
Thank you again for the hint and the links. : )
