Hi, when you disable the QoS does it work?

Yes, So right now I'm using the router in bridge mode with another router. The wifi on the sila seems great. But the QoS seems buggy.

We're trying it out right now, but could you perhaps elaborate on what you mean by buggy?

When using QoS/Fast track it cuts my speed down pretty far which isn't uncommon I've seen it before but Google WiFi does it(works getting full internet speed) somehow but their QoS seems alot different. I'm using a Ubiquiti Edge Router 4 as my primary router for the moment and although it's doing what I need it to I do like the Razer setup for prioritization. My concerns are.

    Black Ops 4
    Port forwarding for port 3074
Black ops needs this port and I have multiple uses playing the game on PC.
One PC when this is enabled will get OPEN Nat the other will get moderate and face disconnection issues.
    QoS enabled
Match making will not work properly. Sometimes it will find 1 match and then have issues when I'm playing with friends it will sit in the lobby area way to long. I disable it and match's are found fast/normal.
The other thing I noticed is when using manual DNS for Ipv6 the address gets entered (let's use Google)
    2001:4860:4860::8888
But in the system shows up after saved
    2
So not sure if it worked and just displays odd or not so I just used IPv4 because I don't need 6 ATM.

If I can I would like to keep the Ubiquiti router as the primary because it has dual wan then use my Razer sila after and use that QoS then my switch/normal network. Otherwise for me I will use the Ubiquiti QoS and keep the Razer as the wifi router which seems to work great.

I like to know before you set FasTrack QOS, did you perform "Internet Speed Test" in the APP? my advice is do a couple of times to know the actual Internet Speed from WAN port to ISP that router can achieve. When you leave the speed test page, save this value onto Download/Upload Bandwidth.
This is important for the FasTrack to work properly.
    Hope this help!

Another area to check is the Port Forwarding setting.
If the Sila Router is configured behind Ubiquiti Router, you need to set both TCP/UDP port forwarding to Sila Router in Ubiquiti Router.
Then under Sila Router, configure the port forwarding to your intended PC or laptop.

Yeah all this doesn't work. I hook up the sila straight to the modem using one ISP. And have QoS on and it won't match make I turn it off it works fine. Doesn't matter what settings I use for bandwidth I have a 20Mbps upload and 1,000Mbps download. It should work at those settings even still I drop it to 500Mbps and doesn't make a difference.

We tested with QOS on on our side and is working. during the setup based on your description, it seems like proper port forwarding setting is key to get it works since you have one router in front of Sila router.
The port forwaring at the Ubiquiti msut point to IP address of Sila rputer assigned by Ubiquiti. Then at Sila router, set the port forwarding to the PC using the IP ADDRESSS assigned by sila router.
    Have you try this setting?

Trash the whole current network idea.
I hook it up like a normal modem/router setup.
So I'm forwarding port 3074(udp) which is the only one needed for my other routers to get open Nat.
Upnp is on (shouldn't need to be)
I've tried two different Ethernet adaptors one killer nic and one Intel nic.(keep in mind it works without QoS)
Match making for me is broken what speeds are you connecting with it's this a high speed issue I will set mine to yours for Fasttrack? Something is different in my setup then if yours works.

What we have tested working is we need to port foward 3074 (TCP) besides UDP.
We tested using Sila App internet speed test to be around 200-300Mbps download and 180Mbps upload. We use this value to set for the Razer FasTrack QOS.
From there we tried COD 4 match making to palyer from different country and it works.
FasTrack detected COD 4 under real tme traffic monitoring.

For whatever reason matchmaking is working fine. But I'm still facing the open Nat issue.
    One device shows open
The other moderate/ usually strict and disconnects during play.
I tried setting up the second pc to be dmz but doesn't seem to help.

Are both of the PCs connected to Sila? Did you also setup port forwarding for the second PC?

Yes both me and my wife play sometimes we have a third play as well. Can I setup the same ports for 2 IP's? Because it says already in use when I try it. How do I make sure 3074 is open for both PC's.

Did you try 2 systems on your test setup? Could you test this and let me know what settings to use. I've tried this setup and can't seem to get it right.
Whatever gets open Nat on 2 computers.
Because when I do it I get open on the system with 3074(udp) and strict/moderate on the other and the second pc faces disconnection issues. I've contacted Activision and they can't seem to help they said to have both PC's use dmz is that possible?
