    Hmmm...havent gotten a chance to use mine yet (its waiting in at my future house for me to get there) but I would be interested in one as well. Let me know when you start making them.

    A 3D-printed case will hardly work... No chance of getting a print version of good resolution + material for an acceptable price. "Spraying" some kind of protective layer might be better.
    In the end Razer has to change something about their production - lots of parameters (temperature in the tool, pressure, ...) to play around with, without changing the material.

    Because let´s be honest: One of the selling points is the compact design, so an additional case works against it and also destroys the premium feel - which is already destroyed with the current build quality... so yeah, maybe try it before it falls apart completely :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    It seems that people would be more excited for a 3D printer extended clip size to make the circumference larger.

    Yea, I was thinking about that as well. I could probably manage that, but the real question is, can the band manage it. Does it have enough bend to fit a larger clasp? A lot of people are saying no.

    Makes me wish they did with the Nabu what Nike did with the FuelBand or Garmin with the Vivofit or VivoSmart. Making a rubberized coating translucent enough to cover both button and screen in addition to the band. So that everything is flush and tidy and no open access to the edges of the rubber molding.

    Hey guys, I'm reading everything you guys are writing and also working behind the scenes to make sure your issues are being passed on to the appropriate channels. Even if a small number of you are facing said issues, I will do everything in my power to ensure all of you get the best experience with your Nabu.

    Separately I'd like to remind everyone if you are facing any product-related issues, your first port of call should always be Customer Support. Some of you are definitely doing that, and it is appreciated. CS is there to ensure your issues are taken care of quickly and appropriately. Making your voice heard here may help in that regards, knowing that there are Razer staff reading, but it is always just better to go first to the folk who are there to help you out.

    Hey dehrk, ouch at that scuffing. The screen should definitely stand up to a lot more than that though. Have you gotten in touch with Customer Support yet? Am happy to help you get in touch with them.

    If it's alright with you, I'd like to speak to you on Conversations to understand a bit more about your day to day use with the Nabu, and how the issues you're encountering arose.

    The more feedback I can pass back to the Nabu team the better.

    @Junch is this a known issue with the production site or just an anoamy? Exited to get to my house next week and get my hands on my Nabu, just kind of concerned now that its going to fall apart on me.

  14. Yeah mine has a mark on it too...pretty peeved about it too considering everything else Razer is built like a tank...and this thing well not so much! They need to have a screen protector or put glass in these, also make the rubber so it won't show marks and indentations when you rest your arm or are gaming! C'mon Razer!!

    @Junch Thanks for getting on top of this. I have a ticket in to CS that was escalated, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I assume you guys are gathering all the info to assess the problem before you get back to people. But do you have any idea on what the cause may be?

    As others have said, the rubber just feels like it may not have been properly treated or something. Just normal use has done a lot of damage to mine and it feels like I could probably do damage to it even by barely scratching it with a fingernail.

  18. Puh, seeing all those pics of Nabus in a really bad condition after just one week is a real let down.

  20. I wonder if this issue has anything to do with the changes Razer needed to make after the Fitbit recall?

    If you remember (you probably do cause you have been gagging for the Nabu since Jan this year!) the Nabu got pushed back to improve band and ensure no skin irritation issues would cause users discomfort.

    Perhaps the balance between ruggedness and hypo-allergenic hasn't been found yet?
